Kicking off the new year with young precanon DinPaz 🙌

Din scores his fingers through the dirt once more, knocking it free to expose the underbelly of dull metal. His knuckles ache, barely scabbed over before he’d torn them open afresh on the side of some other fucker’s helmet, bloodying the dark leather once more.

Paz lifts a hand, his fingers splayed wide and Din allows himself an instance of jealousy at the soft leather of his glove, at how well it fits him. There’s a set of dimpled tooth marks over the tip of one finger and Din wants to loosen the seal of his helmet so he can press his mouth to them, know their shape and taste, add his own marks to them. Paz’s hand settles over Din’s visor blinding him like he’d rest his hand over one of the hunting shrills to calm it. Din considers biting him once more.

I blame discord for this: as in everyone was in such great agreement that it would be very cool and full of great symbolic potential if Paz was a Zabrak under the helmet, meanwhile I decided to double down on a joke and make him big and blue within his shell as well. So he is a Pantoran now with a fantastic pastel beard (and Din got the full update finally too!)
