No matter who, what, where, or when you are in the wider multiverse, you have received a fine written letter, inviting you to take a vacation to Elsternwick, a beautiful riverside town!

In this amazing place, Magic and technology have come together to make all sorts of fantastic inventions, and its proximity to the “Nexus Point” has caused all sorts of strange things to pop up in the nearby forest… you can choose to help with the research of these anomalies, go on adventures unrelated to them, go on your own journey to understand the strange things that populate these lands, seek your own fortune, or simply unwind in the beautiful town of Elsternwick as a place to relax! You’re free to leave and return home at any time as well, no strings attached!

The town is always changing with the seasons, and its many events, given all the strange things that can happen with the multiverse!

Given their pride, they have invited everyone, even rough types and villains are allowed in town! So long as they behave, of course...

Elsternwick is a Discord RP server, we allow all sorts of fun plots & events to happen, and there are many interesting places to visit and explore! All the while you’ll be having your own kind of unique happenings with your character, be they an original character, a fan character for something already else set up, or a canon character!

We’re a group that focuses on the lighter aspects of roleplaying (as well as crossovers), the fun and adventure that can come about from unique interactions in a wondrous setting, while also allowing for the potential of some more serious plots, and allowing you take your own pace in both reply speed and plot progression! We are also very laid back, chill, and friendly to practically everyone!

NPCs can be played by the moderator team, or even just regular players as long as they fit and can have fun stuff done with them! You can even promote an NPC to a full player character if you like them well enough

Get your muse a job! Elsternwick is always hiring with many jobs, some simple, some complicated, and some inspired by places from across the many different universes! You can do these to help inspire threads, get rewards for your muses, or simply add flavor to other RPs!

“Dungeon Runs” of varying flavors semi-regularly, have your character investigate the mysterious ruins for the thrill of combat and loot! You never know what might be lurking down there!

“Expeditions” that take you beyond Elsternwick, to other towns, and even worlds beyond your own, and other places beyond your wildest dreams!

Dedicated dice rolling bot allows for combat with some stakes, and outcomes one might not expect! (Dice aren’t used for every action!)

Not a fighter? No problem! There’s plenty of odd jobs around the city waiting for you! You could also always help with puzzles and negotiations!

All formats of Roleplaying Accepted! (Text/Script, Paragraph, even long form!)

Many types of plots & developments accepted, be it fun and carefree, or serious with some high stakes behind it!

New areas and locations being added constantly, some depending on characters coming in, and some being “unlocked” for completing events!

Buildings and new locations are added semi-regularly, and sometimes depend on player input and choices, be careful, you could help or hinder all player characters present!

Hello, Vitans! We've made quite a few changes to the server this month! Most notably, we've updated our masterlist to a spreadsheet to hopefully make it easier to navigate, and we've removed the 6 character slot limit. You can now have up to 10 little guys right off the bat, and you can request more slots if you need them!

Unfamiliar with our group? Realm of Vita is a casual multifandom roleplay group based in a solarpunk-themed setting. Our 16+ server its complete with its own in-depth lore, fleshed-out setting, and original species. We welcome canon characters, fan characters from your favorite series, or completely original characters! Any species, origin, or power level is allowed.

Some of our features include:

You find yourself, for one reason or another, lost. Unguided, you know how you got to this point; whether you stepped through an unfamiliar door, trekked down an unknown path, or climbed a staircase to seemingly nowhere, you have found yourself far from civilization in the thick woods of the old country, untouched by man — and filled with dangers beyond. You tried to go back, but you couldn't find the exit that brought you there in the first place, leaving you to wander these woods on your own.

Welcome! This a MULTIFANDOM roleplay server but it is primarily based in a fandom fusion of Creepypasta and Slenderverse Series. Note that you do not have to have a surplus of knowledge of either fandom, but it is a 18+ (not focused on nsfw) server that includes some horror aspects! Lots of mystery awaits your characters in this server! Cryptids and Eldritch Beings such as The Slenderman are often spotted around the locations in roleplay and can turn out to be hostile! Be careful!

This server runs on Permission To Kill (PTK), but that does not mean you can make foolish choices and get away unharmed. If you try to make a grab at someone who has a gun aimed at you, they will be allowed to shoot you, which will very likely lead to your characters death — as they are far from a doctor, and anyone in the outside world will have a 80/20% chance of being capable of seeing them at all. ✧･ﾟOnce upon a time...

There lived two all-powerful cosmic beings named Estellora and Vespira. The twins loved the universe and all of the worlds, people and creatures within it. However, as eons passed, they could not agree on how best to manage and protect the cosmos. Estellora, The Librarian, had a laissez-faire outlook on the matter and wanted the worlds to remain completely open. She wanted for them to forever move forward and live their lives organically. She wanted to encourage travel, discoveries and establish connections. However… This, oftentimes, led to far reaching interstellar conflicts.

Vespira, The Collector, anguished and worried over each and every world and feared said conflict more than anything. She believed that the worlds simply weren’t meant to ever expand past their own domain because they could be incompatible with their neighbors for a myriad of reasons. Eventually, she wished that they could remain in perfect stasis, unchanging.

And so, the sisters fought, until eventually, Vespira unleashed her power and sought to do what she thought was right. One by one, she effectively stole several worlds, turning them into marbles to love and adore within her shrine behind glass.

They were unharmed, but… frozen in time.

Estellora couldn’t stand idly by and so, with a heavy heart, waged battle with Vespira.

The fate of the universe lies in the outcome of this conflict…

✧･ﾟOut of Character Information

Stellar Sanctum is a semi-literate to literate multifandom server for users 18+ that allows characters from any media (ie: anime, manga, video games, movies, comics, books, etc.)

The setting is a micro planet called the Stellar Sanctum. It is Estellora’s home, and characters will be living in her beautiful castle that floats in the night sky. Down below the castle by way of a magical starry road, is a place called Polaris Town. It is inhabited by cute and friendly rabbit-like creatures named Polarians. They love and revere Estellora and her daughter, Lunamina.

The Stellar Sanctum is a safe space for the characters who are now effectively refugees in this cosmic conflict. However, Vespira’s forces will find their way in from time to time to stir up trouble. These events can include things like monsters to fight, mysteries to solve, stolen items to retrieve, and so on.

Characters by default have most of their powers in tact, however, Lunamina is always watching diligently and reports all happenings back to her mother. If Estellora catches any whiff of significant trouble in her sanctum, she can impose consequences such as limitations on powers, closing off locales to certain characters, separating certain characters entirely, and so on.

Muns are required to communicate with the mod team in order to maintain balance, keep story beats and plot points consistent, but also, to collaborate and help build the world! The Stellar Sanctum has a firm aesthetic and mostly whimsical energy, but we want to play in this sandbox together.

A black screen awaited any viewer who dared to tune in. Judgement here was long gone, it being passed onto the unrighteous. A sizzling, static noise struck the shadow-filled display, absent of any empathetic touch.

"OW!"

A shriek of pain interrupted the solitude.

To follow the yelp, a long, quiet rustle was audible on the other end. Though whatever waited on the other end wasn't visible, the panicked, hurried sounds spoke for them all the same. Rustling and rummaging hissed through the blackened screen. The mental picture could easily be put into your mind.

...After a minute or two of agonizing and awkward waiting, the camera finally took focus, colors flooding the screen. What stood in plain view was a short gentleman with tanned, bronzed skin and short, black curly hair. They smiled sheepishly, smoothing back their hair and brushing off their suit. "...It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance." They nodded politely, putting a gloved hand on their heart. "We don't know each other yet, but... I hope we will come to. I'm Mila Law Young, a detective at the Royal Court Agency."

"For a back of a better word, I have gotten wind that thing's have been... risque, around these parts, wouldn't you say? An assortment of crime running in these dark, shaded backstreets, hiding under our noses... And I simply cannot live with the idea that innocent civilians are getting mixed in the middle of it."

"So... that's why I'm here!" Mila beamed, grinning from ear to ear. "To protect and serve! To get to the bottom of these terrible sins that are haunting our youth! Whatever you need, please don't hesitate to contact me. Please remember that I'm a resource, an ear to listen, and, hopefully, a friend."

The sleuth bowed, looking up with a wink. "...I'm at your service."

And Now, For a Taste of Things To Come...

Good afternoon to everyone in Elsternwick! We hope you’ve been enjoying Moonlit Mayhem, our Halloween Event which is currently in it’s third phase, Blood Moon!

It will end after it’s next phase, called No Moon, where effects of the moon (or lack there of) can stick around with your muses for the next two weeks!

Our first expedition is still being run as well! Muses are still in another world attempting to stop a problem with marauding angels, and will soon reach a checkpoint, that is to say, the next phase of their journey

With this change, we are allowing anyone to “tag out” or “tag in” as each party reaches a new phase of the adventure, this will allow new members to join the expedition, old ones to take a break, or simply swap muses if they wish!

And finally, there are still Campfire Tales to be told around the story time fire! Your muse can spin a yarn and tell a terrifying... or humorous tale all year round! Just because Halloween’s almost over doesn’t mean we can’t indulge in more Elsternwick Tales of Horror!

After Moonlit Mayhem, we will briefly slow down on happenings but that’s for a good reason! (Though, there will be autumn themed activities still available!

Come December, Winter themed events will return from last year, including snow related events, chilling faery tales made real, and other cool events you can look forward to! Perhaps your muse has been naughty and will receive a visit from Krampus...?

In addition, another adventure will be available early next year!

After the Necronomicon briefly went missing in October, it’s been acting more strangely than usual, pages are flipping through it rapidly, and worse of all, there’s even reports of the Deadites making appearances in Elsternwick! Your party is hired to investigate it, but soon after arriving, find themselves drawn into an ancient prophecy writ upon the pages...

Early next year, Shin will run a dungeon/adventure based upon Army of Darkness, a comedy/action/horror film! In this adventure, participating muses will be lost in time and trapped in the time of the Nordic Vikings, and their only chance of returning home to Elsternwick is to find the Necronomicon, lost in the woods of ancient times. Though little do they know, disturbing it will wake the Army of Darkness.

Trapped in Time, Surrounded by Evil... Low on Gas.

We look forward to any possible interest in this adventure, and will answer any questions!

Now, lastly, for the past year or so, we’ve been talking about our first “story” event, which is to say, an event that has a story around it and can be affected by the actions of those participating, this is unlike a seasonal event which is for fun and could lead to development if you wish, but overall has lower stakes due to being a holiday

We’ve been holding off on this event for a long time due to scheduling conflicts and other issues, as well as the sheer fact that these things take a whole lot of planning and thought, but we think that it’s finally shaping enough together for us to plan it’s coming!

The event is called Emotions Run High

During this event, a strange power from the nearby nexus causes things to happen all over Elsternwick, bizarre creatures are appearing, and people’s emotions are affecting them, and even creating them, and it doesn’t stop there-

The emotions are also capable of affecting the world around them, should it be strong enough! Strong enough anger may cause a fire, despair so deep it could cause things to wilt... And it can also affect people! It may make some muses change alignments, empower them, or worse.

So, how are you going to deal with this?

There will be multiple ways your muses can participate and help... or hinder!

Perhaps your muse is a therapist or a talker, that’s good! They can help others sort out their emotions before something terrible happens. In some cases, that’s better than a fighter

But what about the world? You can’t talk to everyone... in that case, your muse may need some help from another source.

Should you desire, your Muse can gain an additional power/form from another place, allowing them to fight the emotion creatures or effects on equal footing! Where this comes from or how it affects your muse is up to you! Perhaps they come become a magical girl or magical boy, maybe a Masked Rider, or maybe you just want to give them a cool additional power, it’s all up to you and choice and creativity is something we’d really like to focus on with this event! And lastly, if you’re feeling a bit more malicious and mischievous, we’re allowing muses to use this event for negative reasons as well, maybe you’d like to be villainous for a bit, or just want your muse to take advantage of this situation while they still can, that’s also an option!

But we’re open to suggestions since it’s still a bit out from happening! Either way, we’re quite excited for this and hope you look forward to it as well.

The city is bustling and lively but also strangely comforting despite its dark criminal underbelly. What side will you choose when the time comes? Will you be a powerful witch, a mobster, or will you work with the government to control the aliens residing in this town? Will you answer the call to protect Elysium when these shaky alliances eventually crumble or will you remain a neutral party? Only time will tell once you join this beautiful city.

ALTERA VITA is an 18+ animated multi-fandom roleplay set in a world where your characters have had their memories rewritten as to save the magic from dying in a modern-fantasy world. Our setting is on the continent of Aetora in this world, and the six regions within it. We may eventually expand to other locations beyond Aetora!

We offer an RP setting that is both sandbox and plot driven, allowing people to create concepts beyond Aetora for this world as well as experimenting with their rewritten memories - all while our story will push your character into a choice between their new and old lives.

This group holds a casual, no-pressure atmosphere with a heavy focus on allowing our members to come and go as they please, and as they are able to alongside their IRL responsibilities, while maintaining an active group without risk of character hoarding.
