oh jeez!! in no order bc i can’t think:

1. he’s just. so freaking good. such a good leader and teammate and brother like he works so hard!!! and cares so much!!! ugh love him

2. relationship w damian... 🤧🤧 so soft like he took this chance on this lil boy who was terrible!! and it worked so well!! they are the BEST relationship in the batfam and that’s bc dick put in the WORK!!! love blurring the lines between brother and father figure also dickbats was GOOD (not like...the comics but dick as batman he did such a good job)

3. that boy was the first sidekick EVER!!! paved the way. the blueprint. inspired like all other sidekicks. and he was the BEST!!!

4. his whole role as robin. making it as a tribute to his fam. having it be a way to include his brothers in his first family (although unwillingly at first but whatever we love progress here) his robin means LIGHT!!! no one can do robin like he can and while the other robins have their strengths dick did it first!!!

5. his role as nightwing!!! creating it himself after robin and leaving batman. the name being from superman showing how much of an impact he had on his life. being a blend of batman/superman. also discowing. perfection.

6. the titans!!! being leader as robin and then later nightwing. LOVING his friends!!! they’re so good to each other!!! league who??? they’re best friends and family and dickroy is canon that’s it

7. this boy got CONNECTIONS. w the league and titans and outsiders and batfam he knows everyone and everyone knows him bc he’s been here since the beginning and is Iconic tyvm

i can’t think of other things bc i’m stupid but!!! i love this man so much!!!! he’s just too good!!!!
