Hey there :) how are you? Do you think the live action keeper movie will bring justice to the characters? The books mention many times that the elves are this gorgeous creatures and having human actors playing them- i dont know. Because I have high expectations for the elves and their world. How will they be as good looking as the elves?

i do not have high hopes for the live action moive i have very high expectations for a moive and i doubt they will able to get even close, my main worries are.

the actors not being twelve to fouteen like the Pjo moive

just the Cgi either looking really bad or in the uncanny valley

the Director has directed a lot of action movies and i’m worried they will skip strights to the fights and actions parts in the later books

like what if they try to smash book one and two into one book and totally skip over Frokle earning their trust

or make Eda and Grady get over Jolie quickly so they can get into the “interesting” parts

the Goblin, and Ogres looking like they did in the books, especially the Ogres what even was that?

the twins just being in the first moive for no reason

it’s going to be made by Disney.

i personally think KOTLC should be turned into an animated series that has a similar style to Arcane, but looks closer to the cover illustrations. that way we don’t have to worry about the world looking perfect or the Cgi not looking good. they wouldn’t have to stuff entire book into a movie. there could be three to five forty minutes episodes per book. though realistically that’s not going to happen.

while i have a feeling the movie may get canceled considering the lack of updates. i do understand why people are excited for it, but i am not one of those people.

Do Yume and Idia have nicknames for each other?

They absolutely do. Yume in general likes calling people silly nicknames but they definietly do it to Idia. Their cringe ass nicknames they 100% have set as their magicam chat names are:

Nightlight (for Idia) and Starshine (for Yume).

Yume started it by calling Idia's glowly hair a nightlight. They both know its cringe but its kinda just stuck and their over how cringe it its. (These are the tags I use when I make posts about them) Other Yume nicknames for Idia:

I wanna say Cheetah Girls was ahead of it's time but I also cant picture that movie series being made at any another period of time. Like the Bratz era was poppin, the Juicy Couture was poppin, everybody and they mama wanted to be a fashion designer and stylist, Disney liked niggas, western girl groups were still relevant, they were actually letting Black girls be Black girls.

My Favorite Movie A BAKUGO X READER FLUFF FANFICTION

It was three PM.

And you were bored out of your mind. Of course, you did everything to prevent this but being all alone sucked ass and you knew it in your hearts of hearts. So, you callled Bakugo, the least boring person in the world. At first, you thought it would go to voicemail; but he picked up on the last ring.

"Yes?'' The irratation in his voice was evident but you'd be lying saying you didnt smile at the sound of it.

''Hey,'' you said. ''I'm bored right now.'' There was a long pause. ''That's it?'' He intoned. ''You're bored.'' ''Yep. I'm coming over to your dorm and doing whaever you're doing right now with you.'' You said as you looked around your dorm for a sweater. ''The hell?'' He snorted. ''No, you are not.'' ''I'll be there in... like, 5 minutes.'' ''Fine,'' He said hanging up. Once you made your way to his door, you knocked three times loudly. As you always did. ''Come i- WAIT. HANG ON DON'T COME IN YET.'' Bakugo's voice responded from the other side of the door. ''Oh,'' you said while holding back a grin, ''Okay.'' Once he opens the door, you notice two things right away-- The way his face is red and the poorly hidden computer under the bed. So you push him aside, rush to grab the computer, and open it. While you thought it might've been something shameful like so horny video or something... instead the first thing you see is; Ariel, from the Disney film, The Little Mermaid. ''Bakugo,'' you say eyes glued to the screen. ''What the fuck is this?'' With a long exhale he replies, ''It's my favorite movie, okay?''

This leaves you even more puzzled. ''So,'' you start. ''Why would you have to hide that again?'' ''....I really don't know actually.'' he says with a shrug. ''....If it helps,'' You say. ''I cried at the movie 'Finding Nemo' ''

This earns you a look of question. '' I WAS SIX OKAY?'' Yous trying to cover for yourself even though you weren't you were eight when you cried at that movie. ''Yeah, sure. Anyways,'' Bakugo says sounding slightly amused. ''You wanna watch the moive with me?'' ⁂Ghost as a dad⁂

Authors note: l had seen a couple of people posting on there blog about there not being a lot of ghost as a dad or some other characters so l thought l could help out otherwise l hope you guys enjoy! also this isn’t about reader this is just if he had a s/o but you can use your imagination <3

warnings: suggestive, Fluff, just ghost trying to be a good dad

He really thought that he couldn’t be able to have s/o and rise a family with the line of work he has and what he has been though.

That all changed when s/o showed up and their bundles of joy appeared years later

I feel like he wouldn’t care for the gender but had little hopes for a baby boy but he was still happy either way

His s/o was the first to mention about raising a family and he was scared shitless after they mention that

His backstory explains how he didn’t have the greatest relationship with his family especially with his dad to

He was going to give his kids the best dad they deserve the one Ghost never had :/

Not a huge family guy prob only wants one or two then that's it

Knows it was going to be a rough 9 months and even harder when he was away on missions and won’t be able to take care of his s/o but knows she is tough and can handle herself. He won’t complain about first steps of making a baby though😩

When in labor he is with his s/o every step of the way holding her hand, brushing her hair out of her face, and kissing her crown whispering soft spoken praises of how well she is doing and how proud he is

S/o fell asleep a few minutes after the birth so she rested while Ghost held his son first (I HC if he had kids he would have a son first then a daughter so that's what am going with)  

ghost’s hand almost broke from his s/o holding his hand he knew she was strong but gawd DAWM  

Ghost was in awe

we made this he thought as he looked at his beautiful s/o sleeping peacefully 

a Tiny warm tear rolled down his cheek when he held his son he would never admittee that though

He does everything to keep his line of work away from his family so he barely mentions about work when he comes back home his s/o knows it's for the best

One day Simone got a little horny one day when he back from a rough misson and was missing his s/o badly

S/o was cooking dinner until he showed up hugging her from behind and dry humping her slowly

When things were getting more heated they hear a shuffle noise near the island table and saw a little confused boy

When their son was around 6 s/o and ghost had another kid and this time it was a beautiful babby girl

Ghost played dressed up with his daughter a couple of times

Sometimes Simone does this thing where they have a moive night every Saturday if he is home and watch a moive

Simone's daughter wants to watch a horror moive and his son wants to watch a comedy so he chose a Disney moive "Bambi" to be precised

(Spoiler!) Ghost almost cried the first time he watched that moive when the mom died

Weekend moives always end with them all sleeping on the couch snuggle up

S/o catch them doing this when she came back from the store at night and took photos of them :')

When the kids are older Simone will teach them self defense and how to use a gun he doesn't want them to do the same job he has but he doesn't want them to get hurt either

The son would look just like his dad but has his mother's eyes and the daughter would look like her mom but acts like ghost and she has his nose

Ghost Would give the death stare at any boy who looks at his little girl

Overall he would be a good dad just would take a while to let him think about it and let it sink in

His s/o would always be patient with him though and it was worth it in the end

I kind of hope encanto gets a sequel or tv series that forces on the blue/cold family. Like yeah the moive is about Mirabel and her hearing her sisters struggle but we barely get any time with them. And in fanfic the stories I see are mostly about what you said (Bruno and Mirabel being close or father and daughter, Mirabel acting like Antonio’s mother, pepa acting like Mirabel mother or just straight up taking Mirabel and have her be her daughter) and it’s kind of tiresome….funny how both the movie and the fandom seem to exclude half of the family in some ways…

Yeah, it is indeed. That's why I'd prefer a tv series over a sequel - it would give us much more content and this family is big, it deserves a show, not just a sequel. A mere sequel worked in Frozen's case, it has literally 3-4 characters, so it would make a mini-series at best lol

So yeah, Disney, give us a tv series with the Madrigals! They deserve it! Especially the cool colours family, Mirabel and her fam are literally the most underrated in her own movie.

Ranting about Beauty and the Beast (and a Good Omens fic)

Recently I rewatched Disney's classic Beauty and the Beast, I didn't remember much of it since last time I had watched it was when I was a kid. I honestly thougth people where exagerating about the Stockholm syndrome stuff, they weren't, but aside from that I also wonder what would have happened if Belle wasn't hegemonically pretty, or if the Beast was truly alone, if he didn't have his servants. Probably the moive would have had a really different ending.

If I haven´t watched this movie since I was five, why did I start thinking about it all of a sudden? A Good Omens fic, my new favorite one at that.

It's titled "The Rose and the Serpent" by Atalan on Ao3 (I'm dumb and don't know how to link it sorry), and it´s basically Beauty and the Beast done right.

I won't spoil it too much because I want people to actually read it, but I've been wanting to talk about it for months.

First of all Azirafel (who is meant to be "Belle") ends up in the castle, not because Crowley (the "Beast" or "the Serpent) has anyone hostage, but because he's sent there by Gabriel (who in this story is his brother), wich is already a better start than Beauty and the Beast. After that he meets Crowley who, since the beginning, treats him with respect and hospitality. And finally, to top it of, Azirafel is free to go whenever he wants but there are other reasons, that don´t involve kidnapping, that make him stay.

I know this is actually a pretty popular fic, or at least it was when it came out, but I haven´t had anyone to talk about it and I really needed put my thoughts somewhere.
