Eeep...
Either tumblr is acting up again, or the Clavis fic is one too many for the masterlist (and I will have to reorganize everything). Or Clavis is pranking me because of the fic itself.
(Will try later and see what happens).

Tips For Doing Away With Disorganization By Matt Nicosia
Tumblr media
Are you a business leader looking to take your organization to the next level? You're certainly not alone. The fast-paced world of the 21st century demands efficient operations and clear workflow if businesses are going to stay competitive, and this can make disorganization an organizational death sentence. But don't despair! There are simple steps leaders like yourself can take that will help get everyone on the same page and provide a laser-like focus for executing strategy. Read on for practical tips by Matt Nicosia on banishing disorganization from your business operations so that you can set off confidently toward success!
Matt Nicosia’s Tips For Doing Away With Disorganization
1. Create a Schedule and Stick to It: Creating and following a schedule is essential for staying organized, says Matt Nicosia. Make sure that you structure your days so that you have time for each task, both work-related and personal, then stick to it as much as possible. Break up large tasks into smaller pieces and set deadlines so that you can keep track of your progress and stay motivated.
2. Declutter Your Workspace: A messy workspace can make it difficult to focus on the task at hand, so take time each day to declutter your desk or office space. Organize items into categories like stationary, books, tech devices, etc., and store them in labeled containers or drawers when possible. If needed, purchase organizational tools like desk trays, hanging files, or wall organizers to keep items in their proper places.
3. Stop Multitasking: Multitasking can be tempting when you're feeling behind on your work, but it's not always the most efficient approach for staying organized. Try setting aside a few minutes each day to focus on one task at a time without distractions. This will help you stay focused and concentrated on the task at hand instead of becoming overwhelmed by trying to do too much at once.
4. Take Notes: Taking notes is an essential tool for staying organized, both during meetings and while working independently. Jotting down ideas, tasks, and deadlines as they come up will help ensure that nothing gets forgotten or overlooked and also serve as a reference should you ever need to refer back to them.
5. Make Use of Technology: Technology can be a great way to streamline the organization process and make it much easier. Consider using task management apps, cloud storage for documents, or digital calendars for tracking appointments and deadlines. These tools will help keep your information safe, organized, and easily accessible when needed.
6. Schedule Time for De-Stressing: Staying organized isn't just about making sure everything is in its place; it's also important to take time for yourself so that you can de-stress from work or personal obligations. Spend some time each day doing something relaxing like going for a walk, listening to music, or reading a book – whatever helps you to relax and clear your mind. Taking personal time for yourself is important for staying organized both mentally and physically.
7. Set Reminders: According to Matt Nicosia, it can be easy to forget about tasks or deadlines that don’t seem urgent, so make sure you set reminders on your calendar or phone of any upcoming due dates. This will help ensure that nothing slips through the cracks and allow you to stay on top of everything without feeling overwhelmed.
Matt Nicosia’s Concluding Thoughts
By following these tips by Matt Nicosia, business leaders can stay organized even in their busiest moments and maintain a sense of control over their work life. With practice, they'll soon find themselves managing projects with ease while also having plenty of time left over for de-stressing and giving back to their communities. Staying organized doesn't have to be a chore – with the right habits and tools, anyone can take control of their lives and accomplish more than they ever thought possible.

Posting stories on multiple sites.
If you are a fanfic author posting your chapters and updates on multiple sites, make sure you post them all on the same day at the same time. Never have I witnessed myself be this bloody disorganized because on some days I decided to be incredibly lazy to post the same chapter in-between FanFiction.net, Archive of Our Own, and SpaceBattles on the same day. It has gotten to a point where a fic on one site is twenty chapters ahead while another site is still at Chapter Seven.
It's a problematic situation to find yourself in and it gets worse because if you intend to play the catch-up game of posting chapters to make sure all the sites are up-to-date on the missing chapters, you got to ask yourself if you are going to do it in a single sitting or one at a time. The reason why you would have to ponder that thought is that you have a chance of getting to someone's front page every time you make an update. A rock in a hard place and all of that jazz.
Then there comes the risk of seeing your own mistakes and wondering if you want to go through the effort of proofreading all of the stuff you typed up for your own fanfic. Cause sooner or later, you'll find it a bit cringe and have the desire to make your own changes.
*Glances at my Metro 2033/Frozen crossover*
Ugh, I have thirty-eight chapters to update... and that's for one fanfic. I got several more.

Photo by Megan te Boekhorst on Unsplash It is almost 4AM and I am still up and wide awake. I waited too long to take my nighttime meds to make me sleepy because my alarm is set for 7AM to get up and start the process of getting ready for work after my morning coffee. If I take my meds now, I might not wake up when my alarm goes off or I will be too groggy to be alert and function at work. To…

Dick is probably the nicest civilian ever when he’s in Bludhaven and all the little old ladies who bring him baked goods and his coworkers at the station have no idea he spends the night beating criminals half to death with his escrima sticks, has the kind of insane family & family loyalty you can’t buy, and would have the entire Justice League at his side with just one phone call.

Daily writing promptWhat could you do differently?View all responses In an ideal and magical universe, the one thing I would do differently if I had magical powers is turn into a potato.
