DID YOU KNOW:

In '99, Eminem dissed Aaliyah, and several other women in his diss track "Get You Mad" off his "The Slim Shady LP"; which is a Special Edition Bonus Track? The album was released February 23, 1999.

Aaliyah (who was 20 at the time; Eminem was 27) was not too happy about this track, and rumor has it, when she saw Eminem at the album release party May 2000, she demanded an apology and Eminem apologized right then and there.

Bravehearts - Bravehearted (23/12/2003)

Bravehearted es el álbum de estudio debut del dúo estadounidense The Bravehearts. Un grupo formado por Jungle (hermano de Nas) y su amigo Wiz.

El álbum, sin embargo, no se vendió bien debido a la poca promoción, solo llegó al número 75 en las listas Billboard 200 y al número 20 en las listas Hip Hop / R&B. Además de que Nas lanzó un álbum de su Ill Will Records, Bravehearts fueron los únicos otros miembros del sello que lanzaron un disco de este sello.

El álbum conto con un sencillo, "Quick to Back Down". La pista fue producida por Lil Jon y contó con Nas y Lil Jon en la pista. La canción fue lanzada en 2003, cuando la disputa con Nas y Jay-Z aún se estaba gestando. Nas envió una línea subliminal a Jay-Z con la frase "En primer lugar, este es Nas, soy un veterano de Braveheart, y ya saben a quién soy mejor". También dijo "¿Cual es el próximo sello que voy a enterrar? Los CEO, los raperos y los A&R van al cementerio del rap", lo que indirectamente implica el de Roc-A-Fella. En general, tanto Nas como Wiz y Jungle riman con mensajes amenazantes, con "Hablan mierda, pero huelo miedo, hijos de puta" al final de los versos.

El álbum tenía 2 canciones Diss Track que criticaban a Jay-Z, con "Quick to Back Down" y "Bravehearted", en esta canción que presenta a Nas y su hermano Jungle se le envió un mensaje a Jay-Z llamándolo "perra" e incluso dijo su nombre. Después del álbum Blueprint 2, el ambiente se calmó y terminaron reconciliándose en octubre de 2005.
