More progress on the cloak, was time to distress the bottom of the cloak and snag some holes. As far as I've always been concerned, distressing is the most mandatory part of costuming and such. Distressing and repair jobs/patches. Details like these set apart kits that look like they've seen heavy use and wear, and kit pieces that look like they've never seen travel in the wilderness.

On another note it rained last night so I wore the cloak out in it, and stayed out in the rain for 25 minutes and had yet to feel damp through it. This is before the waterproofing spray, so pretty impressed with the wool's water resistance already.
