It’s better to not merge interracial dating with divestment. It’s really not about dating or switching from one male group to another. It’s about Black women prioritizing themselves and removing themselves from toxic situations and people that don’t serve them.

Yes I agree! The two comments I was replying two were on the topic of dating. But you can be single and be divested. Not all of us have the goal to be partnered up.

Just watched a lovely video by KSC and she basically told us that the collective of Black Women are lost and that we should move on and abandon the divestment movement because if they didn’t get it 10 years ago then they’re not going to get it now. And I agree.

A lot of my female friends don’t want to see the reality of our situation and I don’t want to spend all of my free time trying to save women that don’t want to be saved. The high OOW rate, low marriage rates, and high STD rates should be enough to show us the state of our situation. Not to mention we’re slowly becoming an irrelevant voting bloc and slowly becoming the permanent underclass of America. In 10 years when all of this is happening I should be, hopefully, living comfortably and safely with my husband and 2 kids. I want no part of the destruction of Black America.

I’ll continue to make posts on here but I won’t tell Black Women that they should be divesting when its obviously the only solution that we have possible. I will no longer entertain Black Women who complain about our situation but can’t put two and two together that they should simply leave. It’ll be hard to leave the community socially but I’ve been practicing that and I think I’m doing well.

I’m all about my safety and my preservation and that of my future children first and foremost, so I will never sacrifice myself or my future children to a community that will see them abused, harassed, sexually assaulted, and raped. I’m done for the most part with the collective of Black Women. A lot of them will wake up but by then it will already be too late.

I’m sick of being expected to be a “strong black woman” and fight battles alongside men. No. I AM NOT A STRONG BLACK WOMAN. Black men can handle this without using us as human shields and work mules. Heck, even the freaking insurrectioners left their wives at home! But black women are constantly expected to fight on the front lines for social issues. Our own men do not seem to think we should be protected and safe while they handle these situations. (No I’m not agreeing with what happened on 1/6 don’t even start). 1) Stop expecting us to protest and put ourselves in the line of fire. 2) Stop using our image (especially that of dark skinned bw) to fuel the “angry black woman” stereotype. 3) What are people in high crime areas gonna do without police? Where are the criminals gonna go if prisons are closed? Agreed. And it seems I have ruffled some feathers with my response 😆. Black women should date and marry men who can benefit them the most. It does not have to be a black man. You have options!

1. Black women out number black men. I don’t know about y’all but I’m not sharing a man. I’m monogamous.

2. You are cutting off your dating pull by the millions due to the factor of skin color. This is not strategic, in fact it’s just idiotic.

3. Let’s not spread hate towards women who disagree with us. Not very classy ladies. My comments and message box are open. Let’s chat.

A/N: should I start a blog where we can discuss similar topics? I’m not a expert. In fact I’m a college student still learning and growing. But I k is what I want and don’t want for my future. We can converse with respect and grace.

There are absolutely NO benefits to being pro-Black.

Black women have the highest single motherhood rates and the lowest marriage rates. We also have some of the highest domestic abuse rates and highest STD rates. That’s all from Black Men.

When I see other “divested” Black women making the movement about “interracial dating” I just have to roll my eyes.

This movement isn’t about dating or marriage although that can factor into it. Black women are inherently unsafe in our own communities. There are threats everywhere. That coupled with constant social ridicule and gaslighting is bad for us and we have to do everything in our power to get away from these things. Divestment is about the protection of Black women first and foremost.

I just saw this post on Twitter and it REALLY hit close to home and now I really want to re-evaluate a lot of the choices I’ve made so far.

Forget about the permanent underclass which won’t have that much of an effect on me but there’s just a certain social standing that I need to have.

Black men and women will march against the police together.

Then when they go back to their neighborhoods the degenerate Black males will harass and assault Black women to no end. Pull guns on them, attack them in the street, grab them, sexually assault them.

Then the “good Black men” will look the other way and not corral the degenerates because they DONT care.

The “woke Black men” will say that the “sistas” need to hold on and that we can’t deal with that just yet because we need to fight white supremacy. Because they DONT care.

And the other Black women who are supposed to be your allies will beat you down and sell you out to the degenerates.

Black women if you get this you need to LEAVE the Black community as soon as possible.
