Divination magick
Divination is the practice of seeking insight, guidance, or knowledge about the future or unknown through supernatural or intuitive means. It is an ancient and widespread practice found in various cultures and spiritual traditions throughout history. Divination can be approached in different ways, using various tools, techniques, or intuitive abilities.
Here are some common forms of divination:
Tarot Reading: Tarot cards are a popular tool for divination. A tarot deck consists of 78 cards with symbolic images that are interpreted to provide guidance and insight into different aspects of life, including relationships, career, and spiritual growth.
Astrology: Astrology involves studying the positions and movements of celestial bodies to interpret their influence on individuals and events. It is based on the belief that celestial bodies can provide insights into personality traits, life events, and future possibilities.
Runes: Runes are ancient symbols or letters carved on stones or pieces of wood. They are used in divination to receive guidance and answers to specific questions. The runes are typically drawn or cast, and their meanings are interpreted based on their position and the intuitive insights they evoke.
Scrying: Scrying is a practice of gazing into a reflective surface, such as a crystal ball, mirror, or water, to induce a state of altered consciousness and receive visions or symbolic messages. The interpretation of what is seen relies on the practitioner's intuitive abilities.
Pendulum Divination: Pendulum divination involves suspending a weighted object, such as a crystal or metal pendant, and asking yes or no questions. The movement or direction of the pendulum is interpreted as a response from the spiritual realm.
Numerology: Numerology is the study of the symbolic meanings of numbers and their influence on human life. It involves calculating and interpreting numbers associated with names, birthdates, or events to gain insight into personality traits, life cycles, and potential outcomes.
Palmistry: Palmistry, also known as chiromancy, involves analyzing the lines, shapes, and features of the palm to interpret personality traits, character, and potential life events. Different areas of the hand are associated with different aspects of life, such as love, career, and health.
Tea Leaf Reading: Tea leaf reading, or tasseography, is a form of divination in which patterns and symbols formed by tea leaves in a cup are interpreted to gain insight into the future or receive guidance. The reader interprets the symbols and images left by the tea leaves.
It is important to approach divination with an open mind and understanding that it does not provide absolute predictions but offers guidance, possibilities, and insights into the energies and influences surrounding a situation or person. The effectiveness of divination depends on the skill, intuition, and connection of the practitioner with the chosen tool or technique.

How I do dream divination
Tumblr media
One way that I love to do divination is by analyzing my dreams! This can be very hard, because the first step is to remember your dreams. It’s a skill that takes a while to get the hang of, but once you do have it. It will help with opening a new door of divination experience to you.
What is dream divination?
First let’s go over what dream divination is and isn’t. Dream divination is exactly what it sounds and reads like. Doing divination with the dreams that you remember or that stick out to you. Dream divination is not divinating every dream. Sometimes you have dreams that are meant to be interpreted and sometimes you dream to just dream. The brain is weird and amazing at the same time, but not everything is spiritual and is just your brain just doing brain things.
Is dream divination safe? Is it beginner friendly?
Is it safe? Yes and no. Don’t worry you won’t get hurt physically. But, I believe that when we are sleeping we are at one of our most vulnerable states spiritually. It is to me like basically opening a door to let in the spirits you wish to communicate with, this could be deities, guides, angels, ancestors, etc. It only really becomes “unsafe” when you don’t close that door or have a bouncer by the door letting in who can enter and keeping out who can’t. What will happen if you don’t close that door or you don’t have a filter? In my experience is that some spirits or energies will enter my space and basically feed off me while I’m sleeping. I might get nightmares, or really weird, uncanny type dreams. And the next morning I’m more tired than I normally would be. But, nothing physical has ever happened to me. So, is it beginner safe? Yes, BUT ONLY if you know how to do basic protection.
Why do I do dream divination?
I personally love dream divination. It is something that not only works me spiritually, but mentally as well. When I am doing dream divination I am testing my memory as well as my interpretation skills. I am testing my knowledge on symbols, omens, and helping my memory improve while doing so. My spirit team which consists of my deities, guides, and spirits I work with on either the regular or have a huge impact on my practice seem to prefer communicating this way. They send me signs of lessons or messages they have for me, they will send dreams of offerings they want from me. My guides actually came to me in a dream, to answer some questions that I had for them. Aphrodite and a nature spirit both have sent me dreams of offerings and offerings rituals to tell me what they wanted.
How to do dream divination:
1. Set up some night time protections. This will not only help put a filter up for who can come talk to you, but it might also help you feel more relaxed and safe before bed. So win-win. This can be done with something basic like a crystal or little bag of protective herbs. I would also recommend using stones or herbs for divination, specifically for prophetic dreams, later to help encourage more dreams to get more practice. But, only after doing it a couple times on your own so you understand how you do dream divination.
2. Set an intention. Before, falling asleep I announce either in my head or out loud that I wish to communicate with (insert spirit) tonight in my dreams. And for them to send me signs that I will understand and recognize in my dream message. This will help whatever spirit you wish to communicate with to know you want to specifically talk to. I asked for signs that I will understand and recognize because it helped build my understanding on what to pay attention to in a dream.
3. Fall asleep, specifically REM sleep if possible. You get dreams at any point, but you get your most vivid dreams in REM sleep. But, do not worry. If you find if difficult to get into REM sleep or don’t have the most vivid dreams during REM sleep, you can still do dream divination. It can help if you know how to lucid dream, I’ve always been able to do it, but it took some time to actually get a good grip on the skill to use it to my advantage. This is not required, but might help. I’ve found that I’ve become more aware and remember more when I’m lucid dreaming. You might want to try learning that skill to try in combination with dream divination, just to see what it does for you. If you can’t do it or don’t want to, you don’t have to.
4. Figure out how your dream divination works. When you do dream divination, it is really important to be in tune with your intuition in some way. I actually find it very hard to be intuitive, so I understand if you have trouble with this. The best way to get into touch with your intuition is listening to your body. But, that’s another post for another day. When you have figured out you intuition process, apply that to your dream divination. I realized after years of doing it, mine is right when I wake up. You know the couple of seconds where you are the grumpiest person in the world if someone wakes you up too early? Yeah, that stage, is when I’m the most intuitive. When I woke up from meeting my guides I instantly thought “I just met my guides” when I had my offering dreams I thought “Aphrodite wants this”. I then felt myself reaching for my phone to write it down. I believe that whatever you remember from these dreams where you have a “this was a dream message or divination” is a message. Anything that sticks out in your memory, like the rest is murky but this one or these few parts is your message. From the smallest details to the biggest.
5. WRITE IT DOWN! This is the second most important step right behind protection. Write down your dreams. Trust me, you will not remember the details like you do 10 minutes from now or after your shower or after breakfast. Write it down immediately. Save yourself the headache.
6. Interpret. This is the fun part. From what you have written down, now is the time to pull out books, websites, other people‘s experiences. If you had a conversation with a cat look up what a cat’s significance in dreams are and what they mean in general and in other cultures, not to take their interpretation but it is always good to know, then think about the conversation. What were you talking about? How were you having the conversation? Were you interrupting the cat? Was the cat interrupting you? Think of questions like that and find the answers to them if you can.
Happy dreaming! ✨🌙🔮

future spouse pick a pile
Tumblr media
Disclaimer: This is a collective reading; take what resonates, leave what doesn't. Never use tarot readings for medical or legal advice, and for the sake of legality, don't act on anything that could potentially hurt you or others because of a tarot reading. Don't take this reading or any others too seriously. Remember, this is for the collective, not just one person.
pile one
random attributes of you or your spouse: fire sign, summer (summer birthday or when you two meet), light skin, dark skin (could also be olive or tanned), green (eyes or a favorite color), long hair, and blond or light brown hair (could be dyed).
numbers and letters for pile one: a,x,t, and 4
have you and your future spouse already meet? yes! you and this person could be from the same culture, heritage, or religion (or spiritual belief). they highly value family and traditions they are quite literally a "family man (or woman)"
personality and relationship with this person: this person may be a perfectionist, and this at times can hold them back because they are afraid of failure and making mistakes. They may abandon projects because of this. This person has to work through this. You may help them realize that it's okay to not always be perfect and help them heal their wounds, and at the same time, they'll help heal yours. Before this person heals themselves, it may cause you two to have a falling out or a rough patch because they may push you away out of fear, but you two will work through and come back stronger than ever. In this relationship, you will be treated like a queen or king. This person loves to care for and nurture you; they are very gentle with you, especially when you are sick or not feeling 100%. You may have met this person through mutual friends, and in the future, you two will share friends, and you will be close with their family, and they'll be close with yours. You two will celebrate together a lot. You'll celebrate huge milestones and little everyday achievements. This person will really lift you up and cheer you on. This person is very creative; they may be an artist of sorts, and they'll bring out your inner artist as well. You will be this person's muse; they'll make art about or for you, and they will love to look at you because, in their eyes, you are the most beautiful thing they have ever seen. You two will celebrate many ups and downs. You will help this person with grief and loss, and they will help with yours too. This person will bring lots of stability to your life, both emotionally and financially. This person literally makes the impossible possible; they can manifest anything into reality without even trying. You two will have a family together, but it may take some time and it may not be easy, but you two will be loving, caring parents.
pile two
random attributes about you or your future spouse: light skin, summer, winter, spring (you could have birthdays in these seasons or you could meet during this time, you could also meet during a vacation maybe on a vacation to celebrate yours or their birthday)
numbers and letters: v,a,i,t,6,7,2,4,
have you met this person? no you have not but you will meet with the next 3 years possibly sooner.
how you meet: you will meet this person after going through a loss of some sort maybe a messy break up on your end or theirs you will provide support for them or they will provide support for you.
personality and relationship with this person: this person is brave and eager; they may be adventurous and outdoorsy; they may play a sport for fun or professionally; I can also see them riding horses or bikes. You two will go on hikes and adventures as dates. You two may go to the park for a picnic, or you may go to the beach to relax; they love the outdoors. This person really brings out your inner child; they themselves may be playful and full of life. This person does have the downfall of taking on too much at once; they overwork themselves and don't take time to take a break or relax; they are constantly on the move. Before you two met, they had battled with an addiction or extremely bad mental health, but they put in the work to get better. They may have done this for or because of you. This person brings stability into this relationship; they are definitely a level-headed person, and they help to balance you out. This person is also very creative, and they see the beauty in the mundane. It is very important to be patient and wait for this person instead of being with the wrong person, because, trust me, this relationship is definitely worth the wait. This relationship is quite literally a gift from the divine, and you will cherish it forever. This person is definitely your twin flame or your soulmate. I see you having two kids with someone and really loving them. I think you would really love being a parent, and it would give you fulfillment in life, whether you think so right now or not.
pile three
random attributes about you or you future spouse: medium to light skin color, medium hair (length or color), brown or green eyes, brown hair, short, older than you, extraverted, spring and winter
numbers and letters: 8,6,9,3,5,i,v,u,o,a
have you met this person yet? no you have not expect to meet them soon within 6 months.
how you meet? you two meet at a busy place could be a party of sorts or just a get together. it'll be crowded which may not be your scene but they thrive in that type of environment and you may be mesmerized with how well they get along with everyone and how effortless it is for them to talk to people.
personality and how they are in the relationship: this person may seem like a player at first, like they aren't ready for a relationship yet and like they don't want to settle down, but don't worry; in the long run, you two will have a steady, trustworthy relationship. You made this person realize that there's more to life than partying and going out every night. You made them realize that they want genuine love and to have an actual relationship. This person has healing energy, like being the therapist of a friend group or being good with kids or animals. You and this person are strong. You have both had hard times at times, and sometimes, especially in this relationship, it may take willpower from both sides. You and this person are yin and yang, black and white; you two balance each other's energy 50/50. This person is also everything you have and everything you have ever dreamed of, quite literally. You may have prophetic dreams of this person, or you may sit and daydream about them and your relationship with them. You may have some trouble opening up to this person and being sensitive, but don't worry, you will work through this and open up to them, even if it takes time. This person has authority; they are strong, stoic, and protective. You will have many decisions in this relationship, and your spouse may even consult you about their decisions and choices. Don't let fear hold you back. Don't hide in your fear. Take the leap and do big things. You or your spouse may be very psychic, especially at a young age. You and this person had past life connections, and your souls are tied together in a way; they may be your twin flame or soul mate. I don't see you having kids, but you could always adopt pets or even adopt later down the line.

Spirit Work
Working with spirits was popularized and developed in the 1840’s to the 1920’s. Spirit work has also been known as “Necromancy.”
The term necromancy as defined by Merriam-Webster Dictionary:
1: Conjuration of the spirits of the dead for purposes of magically revealing the future or influencing the course of events
2: MAGIC, SORCERY
Some may define that any working, communication, or magic involving the dead (and therefore spirits) is a form of necromancy.
By necromancy, I don’t mean to physically raise the dead. If that was truly possible, then I believe there would be a lot of skeletons and rotting corpses lurking around.
A spirit is a being that does not exist in our physical world. Many spirits can project messages into our world, but they cannot manifest into a solid, physical form here. Most spirits will reside within the astral – which is a separate dimensional plane from our own.
When someone works with spirits it is called spirit work and can take many different forms. Some people want to learn, and keep it strictly business, while others want to be friends or even more in some scenarios.
Deities, Spirits, or Ghosts
Deities are spirits who are seen as divine. They draw their powers from faith and being worshipped in a particular religion.
Spirits generally are entities with many other subcategories, but they tend to draw their powers essentially from the elements of nature and from peoples’ beliefs.
Ghosts were once humans or animals who have died and sometimes, they can remain in our world.
Religion and Spirit Work
Lots of people use spirit work to become closer to their faith or desired path working.
Abrahamic religions use spirit work to commune with God. While there are other individuals who only commune with the Angels or even better, those that commune with the Demons.
Pagans, on the other hand, use spirit work to commune with the various deities and spirits alike. Some people are aligned to a sole practice of religion or single pathworking, while other people are not tied down to any particular practice.
Building Spiritual Connections
Everyone is different in their approach on building relationships. These relationships can be started by either you or the spirit. Some people keep things strictly as business while others build friendships. However, they should not be a direct replacement for mundane relationships, especially not romantic ones.
Remember that spirit work takes effort.
Do the research. Sharpen your mind. Trial and Error.
Don’t let people play translator. No one should be the dedicated “interpreter.” Sometimes it’s okay to use a third party, but do not make it a habit. People can lie. Your relationship is between you and the spirit.
You can say “No.” Spirits can be held accountable for their actions, and you don’t have to do anything you’re not comfortable with.
Spirits can say “No.” Spirits are like people, and they aren’t playthings. They’re autonomous beings capable of making their own decisions.
Incompatibility. Sometimes a personality, method, and antics might not work very well with you. Recognize when it happens. This may mean taking a break or going separate ways.
Discernment
The process of discernment is interpreting and vetting metaphysical experiences. It helps you build what’s known as UPG or Unverified Personal Gnosis.
UPG is your direct experiences with a spirit or deity. If someone else has the same UPG as you they got all by themselves without help, then that UPG can be considered SPG, or Shared Personal Gnosis.
Your experiences don’t have to match other people’s.
Don’t tailor your UPG to match others. Many people fall into this trap simply because they want to belong to a community or be recognized by authority figures or in some cases both.
Spirit Communications And Synchronicities
When spirits try to get your attention, they will do it in a way you will understand.
They’ll show rather than tell who they are. However, some aren’t as forthcoming because names can give power.
Sometimes the spirits will gauge you and wait for you to come to your own conclusions before giving away their name.
Sometimes the spirits will want to know more about you before giving away their name. Sometimes the give and take relationship must be further established before names are given.
For example, we had consistent communications with a certain Fae entity that did not give away any maliciousness, but at first, they failed to give a proper name. Instead of turning this spirit away we both decided to ask for the Fae to give a name we can call it, until trust could be further established.
The name they gave us was Charles the fox. So, we called him that, but we didn’t believe him to be a simple, ordinary fox. He’s a Fae after all, and it took us roughly one year or so for him to give us his names. Even now, I had to ask permission for this to be included within the writing itself.
… And people tend to forget that sometimes spirits are like this.
…And then there are those ones that aren’t forthcoming about showing much of anything at all because they probably may be imposters – and have malevolent intentions.
One half of this tricky puzzle includes examination of coincidences being too much of an experience to be just coincidences.
Omens
Omens are a sign that appears in the physical world, and they can be good or bad omens. Most often, omens will directly relate to the spirit’s associations. Omens tend to be “gut feeling” experiences and not every unique thing you see may be one. When you’re unsure about a spirit making contact, you can ask for signs. Don’t look everywhere for a sign, though. Not everything is.
Dreams
Spirits can send messages through dreams, and it’s up to you to determine whether a dream is significant based on what happened and why. Analyze things from a logical and psychological manner before delving into spiritual territory. Record whatever makes the most sense to you and any repeating dreams as necessary.
The Astral
The Astral is whenever you are communing with a spirit by projecting and speaking with them. This requires Clairaudience or Claircognizance to be able to recognize and comprehend messages being received. Many people also need to make sure that the experience is not your imagination. Learning the differences from internal thoughts and external thoughts outside your own can be a challenge.
The astral is a dimensional plane that exists outside the physical world. The only way to communicate there is by learning how to project your consciousness.
There are many different dimensional planes, and an infinite number of places and people. One of the astral planes corresponds to earth, however it is hard to discern this. One would have to do research and examine other peoples’ experiences, coming to a well-rounded conclusion.
Divination Methods
Divination is whenever you are communing with a spirit through methods of divination, such as pendulum, cartomancy, scrying, etc.
However, not all forms of divination are guaranteed results. Pendulums are swayed easily by subconscious influence. It’s important to have an open mind and factor in repetitive results as a sign.
Telepath Linking
Telepathy is whenever you are directing thoughts towards the spirit in question. This method can be difficult to achieve due to the mind and imagination wanting the results. Sometimes, desired results will redirect your mind to fill in the result most wanted versus actual spirit communications taking place.
Rule of Three
Repetition is key to the rule of three, as it is a measurement that can help you decipher potential signs from everyday mundane activities. Most signs will show up in different ways around the same time if a spirit is eager to meet you. If you aren’t sure, ask for more before making any solid conclusions.
Confirmation Bias
“This is the tendency to search for, interpret, favor, and recall information that confirms or supports one’s prior personal beliefs or values.”
The more you work against this, the more authentic interactions will potentially be. Use different methods of discernment to help assist you. Don’t try to push things together, that just don’t stick and eventually fall apart.

Pendulum readings
Pendulum reading, also known as pendulum dowsing, is a divination technique that involves using a weighted object suspended from a string or chain to gain insight, answer questions, or receive guidance. The pendulum itself is usually a crystal, metal, or wooden object with a pointed tip.
The practice of pendulum reading is based on the belief that the pendulum is sensitive to subtle energy or vibrations and can provide answers by tapping into the user's subconscious mind or higher guidance. The movement of the pendulum is thought to be influenced by these energies or by the presence of spiritual forces.
Here's a basic overview of how pendulum readings are conducted:
Choosing a Pendulum: Select a pendulum that you feel a connection with. It can be made of various materials, such as crystal, metal, or wood. Some people believe that different types of pendulums have specific properties or energies associated with them, so choose one that resonates with you.
Setting the Intention: Before starting a pendulum reading, it's essential to set your intention. Clearly state or think about the purpose of your divination session and what you seek to gain or understand.
Establishing Yes/No Responses: Determine the directional movements of the pendulum for "yes" and "no" responses. This is typically done by asking the pendulum questions with known answers (e.g., "Is my name [your name]?"). Observe the movement of the pendulum in response to different questions and note the pattern.
Calibrating the Pendulum: Some practitioners prefer to calibrate their pendulum at the beginning of each session to ensure accurate responses. This involves asking the pendulum a series of calibration questions to establish its response pattern for "yes," "no," and sometimes "maybe" or "uncertain."
Asking Questions: With the pendulum properly calibrated, you can begin asking specific questions. The questions should be clear, focused, and answerable with a "yes" or "no" response. Hold the pendulum by its chain or string and allow it to swing freely, asking your question either aloud or mentally.
Observing the Pendulum's Movement: The pendulum will start to move in a particular direction, such as swinging back and forth, side to side, or in a circular motion. Each person's pendulum movements may vary, so it's important to pay attention to what is typical for you. The movement indicates the answer to the question asked.
Interpreting the Responses: Once you have received a response, interpret it based on the established directional movements. For example, if back and forth is "yes" and side to side is "no," you can understand the answer accordingly. Some practitioners also use charts or diagrams with various options or choices for more detailed responses.
It's worth noting that pendulum readings rely on the user's subconscious mind and intuition. The interpretation of the pendulum's movements is subjective and can vary from person to person. It's essential to approach pendulum readings with an open mind and use them as a tool for self-reflection, insight, and guidance rather than absolute predictions.
Remember that divination practices like pendulum reading are not scientifically proven methods and should be approached with a critical and discerning mindset.

a magical toner for love and beauty
Tumblr media
i love glamour magick and i've noticed such a huge difference in my appearance and love life ever since i started using it on a daily basis! you only need 3 ingredients and it's very easy to make.
all you need is;
moon water
dried rosebuds/rose petals
dried jasmine flowers
i use 10-15 rosebuds, 1 cup of moon water and 1 tablespoon of jasmine and i boil it on low heat for around 15 minutes.
when it's done just let it cool, strain it well and transfer it to a spray bottle or a jar. you can even put your own sigils on the container to make it even stronger!
i suggest making a small batch every 7-10 days and keeping it in the fridge so it doesn't go bad.
i use it every single day on my face, my whole body and even in my hair while repeating my affirmations and i've noticed a huge difference. i look and feel more beautiful, i'm more confident, my skin is glowing, i keep hearing compliments everywhere i go and i feel adored ᥫ᭡
some of my favorite affirmations i like to repeat during my daily beauty rituals:
ᥫ᭡ i'm beautiful and loved
ᥫ᭡ i love myself and i love the way i look
ᥫ᭡ people love spoiling and complimenting me
ᥫ᭡ i'm confident and i know i deserve nothing but the best
ᥫ᭡ my hair always looks perfect
ᥫ᭡ i keep getting prettier and prettier
ᥫ᭡ i love my body and my body loves me
both roses and jasmine have very strong love, confidence, self love and beauty properties and jasmine is also an aphrodisiac so if you affirm for it it can also make you more sexy and magnetic and it can really improve your love life and your sex life!
sending you all love and light 𖹭

The Magic of Everyday: How I Find Witchcraft in the Ordinary.
🌿🌕✨
Do you ever stop to marvel at the enchantment that surrounds us, hidden in plain sight? As I delve deeper into my journey of practicing witchcraft, I've come to realize that magic isn't just about casting grand spells or performing elaborate rituals—it's woven into the very fabric of our everyday lives.
🌟✨
Join me as I embark on this enchanting exploration of "The Magic of Everyday," where I'll reveal how I find witchcraft in the ordinary and embrace the extraordinary in the mundane.
🌟✨
Morning Brew, Morning Spells ☕🔮 Every morning, as the sun rises and the world awakens, I stand by the window, cradling my warm mug of tea or coffee, or in the summer months with iced drinks (I love an iced coffee!). With every sip, I imbue my drink with intentions of clarity and peace.
The Language of Plants and Crystals 🌿💎 During my daily walks, I've discovered a secret language spoken by the plants and crystals. The rustling leaves whisper ancient wisdom, while the sparkling crystals hum with energy. Nature, the most potent spell caster, teaches me to be still, listen, and learn.
Embracing the Elements 🌊🔥💨🌍 The elements surround us at all times, and recognising their presence is a powerful key to unlock everyday magic. I breathe in the fresh air, feel the earth beneath my feet, and let the rain cleanse my spirit. When I light a candle, I invoke the transformative power of fire. By connecting with the elements, I connect with the core of existence.
Enchanted Home Space 🏠✨ My home is my sacred space, a sanctuary for my craft. I've adorned it with little altars and candles, which I light to honour the spirits that reside within these walls. Cleansing my space with smoke incense purifies and refreshes the energy, filling the air with positive vibrations.
Moonlit Dream weaving 🌙🌌 Under the moon's tender gaze, I venture into the realm of dreams. I keep a dream journal by my bedside, capturing the mysteries that unfold during the night. In the gentle light of the moon, I feel closer to the universal energy that weaves us all together.
🌟✨
In the grand tapestry of life, there's magic in the ordinary—waiting for us to embrace it with wonder and gratitude. By cherishing these moments, we tap into the essence of witchcraft, where intention and reverence converge.
So, as you go about your day, remember to pause, breathe, and observe the magic that surrounds you. Whether it's in the flight of a butterfly, the sparkle of dew on a leaf, or the warmth of a friend's smile, the enchantment of everyday life awaits your discovery.
