Cleaning, Healing, Restoration

Day 1. Cleansing, Healing and Restoration First day played Delta waves whilst meditating, this is for healing, relaxation and restoration of the soul.

Visualisation breathing technique used. I visualised white energy being inhaled through my mouth into my lungs and exhaling negative heavy black smoke energy out through my mouth, the white energy travelled through my entire body through the veins cleaning and cleaning.

I visualised the Earth and Universe which I'm grounded to in the background and white energy surrounding and bathing my body, the energy will enter my soul and travel throughout my entire body and exit through my foot connecting deep down in divine source.

Duration: 15 minutes.

2 Dreams that night occurred.

Dream 1, I was a chef at a restaurant and lady customer was eating a Tom Hawk steak, she complained the steak was bad and showed me the steak, I saw parasitic worms crawl out from the red raw meat, the steak was infested with parasitic worms that were yellow and red in colour, I apologised and refunded her and she left disgusted.

Dream 2, There was a plane crash and 2 people were rescuing survivors.
