The D9 chart is a funnel, that the main placement in D1 always expresses itself through. It is the next level of individuality, adding to the layer of complexity of one's personality, the same way as knowing your precise birth hour adds individuality to your birth date, giving you a precise horoscope. A group of people born on the same day may have the same Moon sign. Understanding of Vedic Astrology makes you gradually ask yourself, these people may have the same Moon sign, but is it in the same Nakshatra? And if it's in the same Nakshatra, is it in the same pada? Because if it's not, it gives your D9 chart an entirely different Moon Sign, thus giving two people, that can be born relatively close in time, a different personality. Myself, I even go far enough to look at D9 Nakshatras for an extra personality flavour, although I know it's not a traditional thing to do.

Johnson was shaken up after making a catch deep in Detroit territory in the third quarter. The Cardinals scored a touchdown on that drive, but on the team's next possession, Johnson fumbled deep in his own territory. His injury was announced after that. Johnson had over 2,000 all-purpose yards for Arizona last season. The Lions have held him to 28 yards rushing. ___ 3:10 p.m. Tyrod Taylor has set the Buffalo Bills record for career yards rushing by a quarterback, surpassing Joe Ferguson. Taylor's 14-yard run midway through the third quarter against the New York Jets upped his total to 1,175 yards. That moved him one ahead of Ferguson. Taylor set the record in just his 30th game for the Bills. Lacy had two 1,000-yard seasons in his four seasons in Green Bay. But the Packers revamped their backfield and decided to go with converted receiver Ty Montgomery at running back. The Texans traded up to draft Watson in the first round, but insisting all offseason that Savage would start. Robinson appeared to injure his left knee after catching a 15-yard pass on the team's opening drive. Robinson remained on the field near the Jacksonville sideline before limping to the locker room. The team announced he would not return. Robinson led Jacksonville with 883 yards receiving, 73 receptions and six touchdown receptions in 2016. ___ 1:14 p.m. The Pittsburgh Steelers started their season with a bang. Some people don’t use Nakshatras in divisional charts. I like to do it myself, and find it useful in synastry. Astrologers differ in opinions and approaches.

However, that doesn’t mean it’s necessarily useful to compare every single planet like that. You need to look at the chart as a whole.

Job Duties:

Performing route surveys and assessments:

Compiling and writing large report documents (40+ pages) for each route assessment

Coordinate with graphic designer on final report layout/design

On-site support for high-risk transport projects:

Each route assessment will typically require:

Pre-planning (2 to 5 days – from home office)

Field work (3 to 7 days – travel)

Report creation (2-5 days – from home office)

Drone piloting:

Ability to operate a drone for commercial purposes to take overhead photos/video of routes and potential project sites

Additional tasks include:

Creation of resource documents highlighting industry best practices and transport-related recommendations

Meetings with state contacts and entities

DOT interaction/relationship building

Attending national or regional conferences

Requirements:

Must have Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

2+ years of similar or related experience strongly preferred – land surveying, transport/route survey work, data collection, use of a measuring wheel, photography/photo editing, technical/report writing

Familiarity with DOT processes and cargo permit requirements strongly preferred

Must have ability to work from home 50% of the time and travel 50% of the time; must be able to be flexible with changing schedules and last-minute client requests

Must have intermediate to advanced typing, Adobe (PDF), Microsoft Word/Excel, and general software/computer skills

Must have experience with all aspects of report writing and compilation, including photography, photo editing, basic graphic design skills for adding text and shapes to photos, and chart/graph creation

Videography and video editing skills strongly preferred

Remote pilot’s license (Part 107) for operating a drone (UAV) for commercial purposes strongly preferred

Must be able to work well with all internal and external contacts, and be capable of building and fostering effective working relationships
