The Sims 3: Late Night Shirt Jacket + Layers Edit

I really really do not like how a lot of the Late Night expansion pack clothing shows dramatic musculature under clothing... like ok yeah so my sim's bis and tris are just POPPING OUT all the time???? ......no thank you

Changes Made:

Removed the Dog tags from the Overlay, Normal and Multiplier textures

Edited the textures to smooth out artifacts and whatnot

Darkened the specular texture to reduce shine

Edited the mesh, bone assignment and morphs to be more free of ugly clipping, flattering and less bulky

Recategorized the outfit to exclude formalwear

Replaced thumbnails to reflect changes

The recoloring mask is the same.

Yet another default no one really needs 🥴 my urge to poke at absolutely everything in this game is absurd but since I've already made it, I might as well share it.

This is a default replacement (mesh + texture) for the bubble bottle and wand from OFB. My texture is 128x128 for the bottle (EA's was 64x64) but the wand's texture is the same (32x32), I did edit the UV-mapping on the wand a tiny bit and rotated the bottle mesh slightly so more of the texture is shown. File has been compressed to reduce file size as usual!

Gaudeamus! Dressier 3t2 Graduation Gowns (Default + Custom)

I really liked @katiebrett2′s 3t2 graduation gowns (defaulted by @ello-sims), but I wanted a dressier version for my Sims.

So, this project was born! 

The male gowns have been paired up with @mdpthatsme​’s Pants Dress, and the female gowns got AL heels, originally extracted by @nekosayuri​. 

A few issues with the meshes have been fixed and they now have fat & pregnant morphs too. The hems clip slightly during certain animations - sorry, I did my best!

These show up for YAs only, as Everyday and Formal (the default replacements behave the same as the Maxis ones.)

However, because I couldn’t settle on just the original colours or something more closely resembling the TS2 gowns, I made two sets. 

They both come in Custom and Default versions - the custom versions can coexist (note: the Black robe with blue stole is the same for both sets) but obviously you can only have one set of defaults at a time!

uhh apparently i never uploaded the eye defaults i made back in 2020 and have been using since?

a further edit of mouseyblue’s leftovertwentysixes, as before, just that this time i took out the top part of catchlights so they’re not as intense. and added a lumbal ring to most of the irises. and made a sclera blend of mouseyblue’s scleramask and i want to say anva but i might be lying on the latter! I like it though!

and then i redid all the custom ones as well to match with the new defaults, and these packages conflict w the old ones from here because they’re the same files except different!

There’s 16 custom tones, non-geneticized and non-townified: probably featuring the default tones among them! maybe some variation?

Helloooo I once again did a thing. That thing being my first ever Multi Pollincation Technician Set and to celebrate somehow managing it successfully on my first try in hindsight it’s not that hard but I’m stupid soo I’m sharing it lol. 

These will replace the Maxis PT (hate that guy) and remember, if you ever want to remove these - or any Multi PT really - and replace them with a different set, delete the Multi_Pollination_Technician package file (i.e., the smallest file) but NOT the package files of the PTs themselves from your Downloads folder. I’m not sure if this applies to a hood where you haven’t had any alien babies from one of the Multi PTs but hey, better safe than sorry right?

Anyways, from left to right we have: Epsilon, Zeta, Gamma, and Sigma. And they’ll be using whatever your defaults are so no needed CC!

I tested in game to make sure that sims would become pregnant with these guys’ babies and everything seems to be fine. Let me know if there’s any issues and I’ll try my best to help. Enjoy!

Long time no see! Here is a small default for the rose accessory from Freetime, replaced with an edited version of the date reward rose from Nightlife. It's fully animated and will wiggle like EA's original!

There are two versions to choose from and Freetime is required for both. If you have Nightlife installed, you can choose to use the repo'd default* (it's repo'd to "daterewardbouquet-flowers-surface_txtr"). If you don’t have Nightlife installed (or for some reason just don’t want the repositoried version) choose the Freetime file.

*Worth mentioning, inside this repo'd default there's also a texture default for the date reward bouquet. EA had painted on shadows in that texture and it bothered me very much, so I removed them. This means that if you have any texture default replacing "daterewardbouquet-flowers-surface_txtr", they are not compatible. To solve this, you can let that default load after my default, or simply use the Freetime version of my default. My default will not conflict with @alienpod's default though! In other words, they are compatible.

Remember you can only have one default for the rose accessory in your downloads folder at a time. The only one out there I know of, is the one by @ivy-sims which you can find here. It's technically compatible with my repo'd version, but I don't see why would use them both at the same time since that texture will not be used in my repo'd default anyway ;-)

As usual, all files have been compressed to reduce file size and do let me know if you stumble upon any problems. Happy simming!

Edit #2: Ooops! I just realized that in my first preview I'm using @shastakiss' beautiful default for the date reward bouquet, but in my defaults I had EA's texture. I updated my defaults (both zips) so they now also have a version using shasta's default with my small edit of removing the shadows.

If you have shasta's default file as well, you can let my default load after shasta's, or open up her file in SimPE and remove the "daterewardbouquet-flowers-surface_txtr" resource if you're planning on using my Nightlife version. Sorry for the confusion!
