Random Zenyatta Headcanons because I havent done this in a while

okay this man is stinky

like just a lil turd of a dude

he will steal something from you

first it's small, right? you dont really notice, but you're just a tad irritated at first and then brush it aside

AND THEN

he steals something bigger

something you need

and boy oh boy, you are tearing the house apart only to hear him giggling and then turn to see him holding the thing in his hand taking a sip out of AN EMPTY CUP

what an a-hole tbh

he's a cuddly dude

say that you cant cuddle omnics and ill just ignore you tbh

like he will have his lil omnic arms wrapped around you at all times frfr

he loves romantic things

like he will press his forehead to yours and tell you how much he loves you

he does steal your clothes

he's like those gfs that steal their boyfriend's hoodies

just know that you will have a lot of cozy clothes missing because i feel like that's just his vibe

even if he doesnt need to be cozy, he needs to be cozy, you know??

cats are attracted to the dude, i can just feel it in my soul

also he loves reading i just know he does

he would also love if you taught him how to play video games because this man doenst even know how to hold a controller for christs sake

it'll take a while, but in a couple months, know he will be kicking your ass in mario kart. Sorry not sorry

4 Anti LO Asks

1. like ok, a character doesnt need to be super specific in what they like, but its just weird persephone has nothing? like we saw her read what, three times? ad she played chess once? but thats it? but shes still not fleshed out. we dont know her actual likes, her dislikes, her interests and hobbies and the life. even bella swan had specific books and music she liked, meanwhile persephone has nothing? its odd its been going for nearly 4 years and she's still so undeveloped after all this time.

2. So, in regards to LO and 'purity culture' I feel like RS either doesn't understand the concept very well or just doesn't care?? At least in terms of how she presents her work.

So, RS said somewhere (I think) that she wants LO to be seen as progressive and feminist and that LO is supposed to be a commentary on modern society and how young women / girls face the pressures of purity culture - and yet...

From a storytelling pov - Persephone and Hades are both dressed as a bride and groom constantly (or are made to wear similar styles and colors that mimic this idea) - and perhaps the color white has a different signifiicance in Greek culture (if anyone knows, feel free to jump in) - but in American culture at least its a symbol of virginity, purity, goodness etc. (Lets just ignore the racial undertones for a second there).

Also storywise Persephone only seems allowed to be attracted to Hades (in a good light, in contrast to say, Ares and her interactions with him) because Hades is her future husband and vice versa she is his future wife.

So theres some implications there along with some undertones about how the only 'good' man that persephone is allowed to like, flirt with, have experience with is the man who will eventually become her husband.

Also, (I dont know how to explain this well) but the only other 'romantic' relationship / experience Persephone has is with Apollo (who is a rapist).

So with the purity culture commentary in mind it seems like RS wants to say that women should be allowed to explore their sexuality and dress how they want etc etc but the message then becomes rather flat because RS seems to be inadvertently leaning into those ideas - such as having Persephone dress as a bride (and have white - a symbol of purity - be her 'signature color' and only allowing Persephone to have positive interactions with the man who will become her husband. Every other male character serves to push her into the arms of 'the allowed / chosen / true one' for her. She doesnt get to have any other options in regards to partners. She has no other experience with dating or romance other than the guy she's supposed to / allowed to be with and the man who raped her.

So it seems like RS is trying to make a commentary on purity culture and how it can effect young women/girls and such but the message just seems to fall flat because the writing seems to state otherwise.

Persephone is good and pure (if not naive) and so she is cloaked in a sense of childish awe at 'the real world' and she grows up sheltered yet has everything nearly handed to her on a plate. She is a future queen and bride to be so she wears a virginal white.

The problem I see is that there's too many clashing ideals and visual metaphors trying to be turned on its head.

Sorry for not explaining this well, but Thoughts??

3. i dont like the idea hades and persephone should have kids (punderworld and theia mania comics avoid it, hxp ficlets and mythos redone did include kids as background) but if lo has them have kids when persephone is still basically a kid herself and tbh doenst seem to want any based off her nightmares of pregnancy thatll be so bad?? at least the above comics all made a point their persephones are many centuries old w/ lives before hades, not barely 20 who only left her mom's house a month ago 🙃

4. Wait, was the goddesses of eternal maidenhood plot supposed to be the anti- purity culture stuff? Cause like.... Isn't it pro-female sexuality for a bunch of goddesses to reject sex by their own choice? Isn't the point of it to be able to chose to be sexual if you want to? Is the message here really "YOU MUST BE SEXUALLY AVAILABLE TO A MAN OR YOU'RE NOT FEMINIST"??? Cause that message is very, VERY ace-exclusionary.

Sexuality and Romanticism headcanons for the Strawhats + the ASL

Plz note that while their sexualities are varied and vast, all of their one true loves are their dreams! Also I tried to stay objective with ships but Frobin snuck in there anyways >.>

Luffy-

Demisexual/romantic (He’s def on the Ace spectrum lol)

Pansexual/romantic

He doesn't even know these words thb.

If he ever falls in love it will be the slowest slow burn to ever slow burn.

Is most likely to have a queer/quasiplatonic relationships at first or even in general.

Would be 100% just fine if he never got into a relationship.

Zoro-

Gay through and through.

Gay panic, has a very hard time talking to anyone he might like.

Has never been with anyone romantically but he did have a physical fling or two before he met Luffy.

He’s oddly shy due to his inexperience with the whole dating thing, but also affectionate.

Nami-

Bisexual with a heavy preference for Females.

Holds people of all genders to certain standards but holds the bar for men much higher.

No reason why she's just less particular about her women

Usopp-

For some reason I have a hard time shipping/placing him, I'm not sure why??

Demiromatic/Sexual

Heteroflexible (ie, straight, but is open to the idea if he ever falls in love with a man)

{I can potentially see him with Kaya but I feel like it'd be a more queer/quasiplatinic arrangement}

He’s more likely to have a panic attack then admit any feelings he has, not even to himself.

Sanji-

Very repressed Bisexual with a heavy preferences for women

However has really bad internalized homophobia so he refuses to act on, or even acknowledge, his interest in men

It's mostly Judge’s fault, he hates anything not ‘normal’. This extended to a lot of things unfortunately

Later, Zeff tried to help him with it. He did pretty good so Sanji was much more open with himself… however only with women. He saw men (and himself tbh) much lower.

The being forced into crossdressing and toxic behavior on Momoiro Island did not help and scarred him a lot, setting him back quite a bit.

Chopper-

Will only ever date a mink, probs female. (He’s still an animal as much as human)

Robin-

Overall I see her as Heterosexual but like Usopp she’s open to the idea if she ever comes to love a women

However Love (and sex) is a foreign and odd feeling to her, and will not come easily

Growing up, in order to survive, she had to completely abandon the idea of love.

She’s very desensitized when it comes to sex. She’s had to use her body as a weapon or a tool on more then one occasion, and it makes it hard for her to think of it as something intimate.

But with time I believed she could become more comfortable with the idea of being in love, and being intimate.

Franky-

Iv only ever shipped him with Robin but I see him as Pansexual, at least, sex wise.

He’s also Demisexual, as he only ever has causal sex with people he has a strong bond with.

Franky is and was never interested in dating.

However, when he met Robin he began to have romantic feelings for her.

He's not exactly sure what his label is there but Robin is the only person he is and will be interested in romantically.

Brook-

Back when he was fully alive, he could have been anything but now? He has a complete lack of actual sex drive, and maybe even in dating

Ofc he’s still a pervert and objectively interested in that stuff

But now that he physically can't? Well he’s not actually interested in trying.

Ace-

Gay or Bisexual with preference for males.

He’s also on the Asexual spectrum but probs not as you think.

He’s Demiromatic but not sexual. Sex is always causal and super fun for him, but dating? Letting someone love him? That's a much harder challenge.

He’s very clueless and even naive about love in general

Sabo-

Very Pansexual, 100% doenst care about gender, but isnt as gender blind as luffy.

The same with romanticisms

Is also a little more picky with his types, but it has more to do with personality then looks.

In a queer/quasiplatonic relationship with Koala (Who I headcanon as Lesbian Ace btw)

(Headcannons)

A/N: No one requested this is just me coming up with this. It also is just for fun so that’s nice! I’m also sorry if I didn’t use gender-fluid terms I tried my best :3.

- Let’s be honest, this dude wouldn’t tell no body your dating cause he “Forgot.”

- He would be like a little tsundere at first but as you guys got closer he’d be super chill.

-Is 100% Committed to your relationship.

-he wouldn’t even go as far to look at any other person cause he “only has eyes for you.”

- This mans is something else like he’ll tell you how much he hates you in public but when your alone at home/in one of your dorms he’d be kinda sappy like exCuse mE-

- if you can’t already tell not a big fan of PDA, but sometimes he’ll hold your hand and it’s like 𝓌𝒪𝒶𝒽~

- I’m being honest here, he’s the jealous/possive type.

-Seeing you being friendly with Kirishima?

-He’s holding your hand to show Kirishima your taken.

-you guys might get into fights more than some

-it’s quickly resolved though, cause bakubitch just feels bad and would by you chocolate and stuff.

-Although he hates admitting he’s wrong so, 90% of the time he’ll just by you something so he doenst have to say he’s wrong.

-Dates are fun with him.

-like he doenst want to be too unoriginal and take you to the movies, or the arcade,

-but he doenst want to be too cheesy and take you to a restaurant, or the park.

-So his idea of a date is training or running laps around the neighborhood.

-Most of the time you pick the dates cause let’s be honest running for a date-

-all in all I think he’d be a pretty interesting boyfriend.

- Baby boy probably told everyone about you two. Like all his friends, family, random people he saw at Walmart

-He would be super comfortable with you no matter what and honestly he’d just be happy with you.

-Absolutely committed to your relationship.

- wouldn’t even think twice before telling someone hes taken.

-Like if a girl tried to flirt with him in pubic he’d just, hold your hand and pretend like it’s nothing.

- Speaking of holding hands in public. This man loves PDA

-Like he would have to hold you hand the whole time your out in public

-or even just kiss your hand/forehead at random.

-Kirishima (as I said) is a pretty chill dude.

-So he doenst get jealous a lot.

-But if he does he’ll be himself just a bit more clingy.

- This mans is a HOE for cuddling (am I allowed to say that???)

- He would prefer being the big spoon cause “it’s manly.”

-Y’all wouldn’t get into too many fights but if you did they wouldn’t last long.

-You would probably yell at him telling him to stop talking to you but then like three seconds later (give or take a few) he’d knock on your dorm room door and just ask for cuddles.

-This boy doesn’t care if dates are cheesy or unoriginal

-he’ll take you to the movies to watch the lunch action version of the lion king.

- Belive it or not he is committed to your relationship

-He just has a flirty personality so he wouldn’t even know he’s flirting with other people tbh.

-He doenst mind PDA, he thinks it‘s “cool.”

-Would 10/10 try to make out with you in public though ngl.

- 100% make you sit in his lap. All.the.time

-In school? Yes

-Dorm living room? Yes

-In the dorm? Yes

-But he isn’t keen on cuddling all the time.

-But he does like laying in your chest. He’s a little horny baby

- Like you would have normal nick names for him like “baby” or “baby boy.” But his omg-

- you get my point, he is very creatures with dates.

-Overall a good boyfriend you just gotta watch the flirting.

-She would be so excited to be dating you that she wouldn’t think twice about telling everyone.

-Not as many people as Kiri but would still tell a lot of people.

-She would try to not make it an akward relationship in the beginning which worked.

-But once you get comfortable with her the relationship would be absolutely perfect.

-Is obviously committed to you.

-So committed its scary sometimes.

-Woud never cheat like at all if she did send help

-aNyway would totally be fine with PDA as long as you where okay with it.

-It would be small things from holding your hands to bigger things like kissing.

-She is a huge cuddling fan so she would do it anywhere.

-in school, at the mall, in the dorms, you get my point.

-She loves laying in your lap or being the small spokn. But she wouldn’t mind being the big spoon sometimes too.

-Absolutely would sit in your lap to “distract you” from homework.

-But of course it works cause it’s Mina like (@_@)

-Is “super creative” with nicknames like

-Now I don’t know a lot about Sero but my guess is that he would try to keep your relationship privet.

-Not cause he’s embarrassed or anything, he just doenst like a lot of people knowing his personal business yah know.

-As much as Sero would try to not make the first part of your relationship awkward it would somehow just be akward.

-But putting all that aside he would totally be 100% committed I don’t see him cheating or anyone in this universe

-PDA is something I think Sero would not really be keen on sense (as I said) he wouldn’t want everyone to know.

-But the occasional check kisses are enough for the both of you.

- Despite not being a huge fan of PDA, Sero makes up for it cause he’s the freaking KING at cuddling.

-Sero knows how to cuddle and it’s absolutely amazing.

-Woudl totally be the big spoon, but wouldn’t mind being held by you.

-Loves having you lay in his chest cause he just likes knowing your there.

-He also just likes to hold you and make you feel safe.

-Would let you lay/sit in his lap while playing video games with Kirishima and Denki. But only if you wanted to cause he’s a gentleman *cough* and a simp too *cough*

-His nicknames for you aren’t overly creative just basic ones like

-Now for fights I don’t see Sero being the type of guy to get into/cause fights with you a lot. But if y’all did get into fights he’d try and resolve it quickly.

-He would 10/10 use his quirk to propel you two too the highest point just to watch the sunset.

-He’d also take you to drive-ins, or go for walks in the park.

-Hes super romantic there’s never a dull moment with Sero

-Overall hes a great boyfriend and definitely husband material.
