When I started watching Hermitcraft in season 8, year and a half ago, I started watching with Mumbo, and then other Boatem members, so I didn't know Hermits that didn't interact with boatem that good. Getting to know other Hermits better, I started having problems with confusing Iskall's name for Impulses, back then assuming it's because I know Impulse better. So I started watching Iskall as well, so I won't have this problem. Now, year and a half later, knowing Impulse and Iskall somewhat equally good I can proudly say that I still confuse their fucking names almost every single time

My drawing motivation is like spinning a wheel, whatever it lands on is what I fixate on for a week or month or more. One day I’ll have all these plans for my ocs but then the wheel spins and lands on SLLAU, cue those plans being shelved for new ones. Then it spins again and I’m drawing mercy for five days, and then out of nowhere comes a new idea/concept that I fixate on, and for the next four weeks I’m doing only that and nothing else because I don’t feel like doing anything else. If I’m in my Thalamhan high but I have an idea for an oc au drawing, I won’t have the strength and/or interest to stop everything and draw that save for rare occasions 😂 I can’t tell if I’m okay with this being how my creative brain works or not

i think i just can't handle the concept of normal wear and tear on an object from being used for its intended purpose. however i do feel like i am under some sort of curse because its like the nib gets whittled into a surprise blade the second im not looking so i cannot at all expect when its going to damage the screen without just changing them constantly and wasting a lot of nibs(which is expensive)

Power nap problems

This is likely just me, but power naps just don’t work for me. If anything, I become less alert than I already was. I do set a timer for 20 minutes, but it doesn’t seem to work.

I think I've used too many words in my life.

Lately its happening more and more often that I say or read a word, think about what it actually means and notice that it has lost all meaning to me.

Like sure I know what a hammer is but what is a hammer really? Something you hammer with? what is hammering? what does being a hammer mean for an object? at what point does something stop being a hammer? what is "hammer"? what do the letters h, a, m and r arranged in the order h-a-m-m-e-r create? a word? yes! probably? a glyph? maybe? a drawing? what does it represent if anything?

Then I zone back into reality with the sentence "I have a hammer" right in front of me and when when i try to read it my brain returns nothing at all. Sometimes it even refuses to acknowledge the above mentioned words existence and the page might as well just say "I have a ######"

Maybe I need to stop using words until this gets better.
