the funniest meltdown ive ever had was in college when i got so overstimulated that i could Not speak, including over text. one of my friends was trying to talk me through it but i was solely using emojis because they were easier than trying to come up with words so he started using primarily emojis as well just to make things feel balanced. this was not the Most effective strategy... until. he tried to ask me "you okay?" but the way he chose to do that was by sending "👉🏼👌🏼❓" and i was so shocked by suddenly being asked if i was dtf that i was like WHAT???? I had that dream again~

last night I had a dream that Dolph, bullfrog and Rayman were all sleeping together(literally) and Dolph wakes up in the middle of the night. For context, all of them are in this little apartment in the city and it resembled a lot like the picture below. Dolph is wearing a sleeveless shirt and almost booty shorts that when the wind blows, his shirt does too(this is important trust my sources: me). They're all living in an apartment with no air conditioning and Dolph is sweating his ass off as being the furnace for his partners.

It looked like this (Found this on Google for Hong Kong's average apartments)

Dolph starts walking put on their railway/mini balcony, just smiling and being gratefulfor having his met his partners. Then he starts booking it into the city, just running on the railways and swinging like a madman. At some point, he takes a moth and keeps it in his hands, turning it into a ⭐️~magical moth~⭐️

Then he evades Eden police, all while laughing and smiling (not crazy, I know surprising). At some point, he comes back to the apartment to ☆~☆aesthetically☆~☆ look at his and his partners plants. The moth he grabbed is resting when bullfrog comes out and talks with him a bit. Rayman is DEAD asleep because he went to bed (at that point in time) 30 minutes ago, legs kicking, snoring, and drool on the pillow deep sleep.

Bullfrog asks why he's out, to which Dolph smiles and the moth flutters around him, as he starts Spidermaning again and bullfrog follows him. Bullfrog, like any good (somewhat) mentally stable partner goes after Dolph because they don't know if the man is going through another episode or relapsed with drugs somehow. As they're zipping through the apartments and evading the police, they hide in a ditch as they come across a prison institution.

Dolph is genuinely smiling and shit, with poor Bullfrog just being confused, when suddenly the moth takes out everyone in a magical explosion and teleports the two back to their railway balcony. Bullfrog, now convinced that Dolph was lucid, is now hearing him out about how he managed to gain this ability randomly and this could be a way out of Eden. That they could settle down somewhere outside Eden's eyes and live the rest of their lives in a quiet beach. The sun is rising as they keep talking about future plans, and my dream ends there.

yknow i enjoy tedependent as much as the next guy, and i get the temptation, i truly do, but i think implying or outright saying trent imploded his career and told the truth about giving up his source only or mainly because he had romantic feelings for ted takes away from what actually happened there?? like. him being willing to throw away his career and in such a spectacular way (not just quitting but actually probably fucking his chances of working further as a journalist at all, i gather) wasn't necessarily a rom-com moment in the sense that it was for ted or about his feelings for ted alone. it was about himself, his own growing dissatisfaction with the toxic world of sports journalism and the kind of writing he was doing, the desire for "something deeper". that's not to say there's no tedependent take on this, or that hypothetical feelings for ted couldn't or didn't play a role. but like, it's also about his own character development, even if it is driven by ted (as many of the characters' developments are)
