Comparing Harry and Taylor feels dumb, but he is the only other artist where I know the music inside out, so I will. Harry may have simple lyrics, but there is never a second where the listener is left bored. Harry paints with notes, melodies, and vocal layers, and it's because he isn't afraid to sacrifice his credit for something that is great, whereas Taylor feels like she needs to be the only person writing the song even when it's not good. It feels like Taylor would rather have a bad song with solo writing credit than a great song with 4-5 songwriters.

I don't think Harry is close to the kind of generational songwriting talent that T is at her peak but as the leading male pop artist at the moment I can at least appreciate his ability to carve out an album with artistic intent. Each song is its own story. And work with people he knows are better than him.

‘Unable To Meaningfully Communicate’: Kanye West’s Lawyer Drops Him In $7 Million Battle, ANOTHER Team Member Leaves Over Anti-Semitic Attack

Kanye West got dropped by another attorney after he made it “unreasonably difficult” for her to continue working for him.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, attorney Nina D. Boyajian from the law firm Greenberg Traurig has informed the court she will be withdrawing as West’s lawyer.

Boyajian explained in court that West had “publicly made improper antisemitic remarks, resulting in his condemnation by and disassociation from various entities and persons that previously worked with or represented him.”

The attorney said as a result of team members leaving, she has been “unable to meaningfully communicate with [West] in order to represent them in this matter.”

Boyajian said West had “made it unreasonably difficult to continue as their counsel.”

She said West was “further in breach of their obligations to defense counsel.” The attorney said, “there is good cause to withdraw as counsel in this action, and defense counsel will be moving to withdraw.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, earlier this year, a production company named Phantom Labs sued Kanye for $7 million.

The company said it worked on multiple large-scale projects for West between June 2021 to March 2022. Phantom said it helped West with his Sunday Service, a listening party for Donda 2, his scrapped Coachella show, and the Free Larry Hoover event with Drake in Los Angeles.

Phantom said West and his company paid the first couple of bills without issue. However, they said in February 2022, the number of outstanding invoices totaled $6 million.

The company, which is represented by powerhouse attorney Howard King, said West agreed to pay them from the $9 million he was to be paid from Coachella. However, Phantom became extremely concerned about payment after he canceled his set at the music festival.

The company said on top of the $6 million owed for work completed they were hit with another $1.1 million in fees related to the Coachella cancellation.

As RadarOnline.com first reported, Kanye responded to the lawsuit by denying all allegations of wrongdoing. He said Phantom had “failed to perform the services” it was suing for.

He said the company had “performed so poorly that any further payment would be unreasonable and unfair.”

Further, West’s lawyer said, “There is an original contract between [Phantom] and [West],” but “the original contract with [Phantom] cannot be enforced because the parties substituted a new and different contract for the original, and all parties agreed, by words or conduct, to cancel the original contract and to substitute a new contract in its place.”

The rapper argued, “there was no agreement, no meeting of the minds and/or no consideration for an agreement for payment of services already covered under separate agreements.”

West demanded the entire lawsuit be thrown out claiming he was “not responsible or liable.”

é meio amorfo tentar explicar oq rolou nesse limbo aqui pq indiretamente vou ter que falar da minha vida pessoal e da música em si. Talvez seja um processo desconfortável até pra mim, mas necessário pra por as coisas em ordem:

depois de lançar o escatocanções eu sei que em 2021 eu tinha lido: O estigma da cor da jacira monteiro -> esse livro foi essencial pra me permitir a acessar as portas da causa da justiça social que foi fechada por um tempo por mim (por desgaste e descrença) -> com isso comecei a escrever coisas sobre... não só isso como escrever um livro meixmo:

não era só uma crise que eu passava na área de justiça social mas sentia que passava uma crise em tudo -> por isso, na época comecei a escrever um livrinho chamado: ENSAIO SOBRE A INCREDULIDADE, era mais um exercício que fiz na época pra não desacreditar de tudo e jogar tudo que eu acreditava pro ar. Definitivamente não terminei ele em 2021 mas arrastei ele comigo e o processo junto pra 2022 ano esse que comecei me posicionando como OANNM

tinha começado a fazer alguns testes e aplicações de arte pra ver como ficava e tava gostando hahaha. apesar dos pesares, o nome, como eu disse, era uma forma d'eu me lembrar de qual essência não era pra eu esquecer, independente do que acontecesse. Deveria manter-me um anônimo, um homem sem face em meio aos holofotes. Na época, lembro de ter lido Sociedade do Cansaço tbm então muito do que compus e escrevi no livro passou por isso

No meio disso, tava na maluquice de tentar achar fãs hahaha e descobrir produção, tava na fase de querer samplear tudo hahaha.

e descobrir como mexia no FL studio (sai do bandlab para essa daw hahaha). Nessa época o cezinha me ajudava tb (até pq ele tinha mixado e masterizado a música do meu amigo Érick - que eu tava ajudando na Época, querendo lançar ele pelo selo Escatocanções - mas deu errado tbm)

mas lembro que o cezinha fazia brainwashing em mim pra que eu acreditasse que era possível gravar música em casa sem gastar tanto -> e foi, comprei um isolador de acústicokkk, um microfone fifine e um fone de ouvido da EDZ eu acho

na mesma época consegui ir no show da tuyo lá no cine jóia na faixa pq tava pobre kkkkkk (obrigado Lio) e de novo a palavra POSSIBILIDADE saltou nos meus olhos, ali, ao vivo, quente, em movimento, foi o show que minha alma foi elevada hahahah. Lembro depois de ficar até as 4 da madruga esperando o trem abrir conversando com a Sayuri e o namorado dela e mais uma pessoa (desculpa pessoa esqueci seu nome), conversando sobre música e processo de criação. Lembro de falar do meu projeto na época, o conceito de xoteafroindie e eles super compraram e amaram a ideia. Senti ali de novo, POSSIBILIDADE.

Com o equipamento novo lembro de regravar umas coisas e o primeiro feedback foi:

MAIS UMA COISA, NA ÉPOCA LANÇOU O DOCUMENTÁRIO DO MANO YE (que deus o tenha até ele voltar ao normal) + lançamento de Donda, e ali eu vi possibilidade tbm, um crente (recem convertido) fazendo arte que dialogasse com a cultura

vamos deixar o bafafá de lado sobre o artista e as listen parties dessa vez. AI ENTRA EM 2022 UMA NOVA TEMPORADA DA MINHA VIDA --> FUI PRA UMA REPÚBLICA MASCULINA cristã kkkk

e ali muita coisa em mim foi mudada (dps conto se sobrar tempo), mas ali que o pessoal me apoiou e suportou nesse sonho amando e cantando as músicas

Nesse processo tbm, "agenciar" o Érick foi uma benção pq com os erros do escato fui implementando melhorias na proposta de lançamento dele (antes dele sumir pra fazer missões hahaha) mas foi muito desafiador e gostoso -> principalmente escrever um EP em duas-três semanas hahahah

OUTRA COISA QUE MUDOU MEU ANO

ver o candiero ao vivo (Telles, Daguia, Daniel, Midian e Anelô se não me falha a memória) lá no Teatro Viradalata IPP, foi um arrebatamento da alma e de novo POSSIBILIDADE. Cristãos fazendo arte que dialoga com a cultura, CULTURA ESSA que eu dialogo desde cedo, a nordestina.

Nesse mesmo ano comecei a ler Dooyewerd e Rookmaaker, bem como o famigerado livro do Marco Telles Vida Após o Gospel

Lembro de ter cantado no sarau da faculdade (mas eu não tenho foto alguma pq odiava ver registros meus cantando ou falando)

Fiz uma mentoria com o Mateto sobre Direito Musical (pra aprender a registrar as músicas e ganhar com o ECAD) - não sabia nada disso kkkk

E enquanto isso tava no dilema interno comigo - não se esqueça disso kkk

ai, de vida, eu fui no primeiro barzin da minha vida (eu acho), o famoso Stout, dancei forró naquela noite (uma maravilha)

depois surtei várias vezes no ano e sai do instagram, como essa aqui abaixo:

mas minha família, meus pastores e amigos próximos me ajudaram, por sinal, valeu aline, te amo

na época lembro de ter surtado dps, sai do grupo do zap das meninas da faculdade, uma bagunça danada, mas hoje estou devidamente tratado e medicado
