He locks you away and disappears for an entire day and comes back with like a single can of wet dog food that he watches you eat from a squatting position like 5 inches away looking at you like Harley Quinn and the egg sandwich. Motherfucker would take all your clothes because he wants to see more of "the natural shape of you" and then doesn't understand why you start shivering. Or he deliberately keeps you like that because he wants to see how long it takes you to crack and beg him for help. He wants to see the depths of your pride as you refuse to grovel, curious of the lengths you'll go, the limits of your body against the chill

This depraved fuck will do dehumanizing little emotional experiments on you where he does shit just because he wants to see how you think and feel and what you'll do and I mean like he'll do SOME REAL SHIT. I'm not really uh into body horror or gore but as a side detail I feel like. Uh. There's like a legitimate risk of him actually unintentionally REALLY hurting you and has to use his powers to heal you. Like the one good thing he does is if he were to have you on death's door or like horribly injured he could just. Fix it. He twists a limb in a way he doesn't know it's not supposed to go and breaks it and then puts you back together like a broken toy while ooo'ing and aaa'ing at the way your skin stretches over the grotesque misalignment. Dare I say the horror of "him putting things that are way too big or weirdly shaped in you" also yeah he's one of the things he's putting in you and he's got a really gross like fascination with learning all about that stuff

He's really living just to see how many different ways he can make you cry and how many different emotions he can get you to display, just absolutely dedicated to terrorizing you while also chasing his own internal weird repressed desire for his own sort of belonging. You could be sitting there sobbing and he's either borderline getting off on it or he's standing there MAKING FUN OF YOUR CRIES like deadass even fake crying back to you

anyway, so i read tarot. i've been reading tarot since 2018 and ive gotten fairly good at it. to the point where i have had people cry when i read their tarot bc of how "accurate" my readings were. (i use quotation marks bc i personally dont like saying my readings are accurate)

anyway, i have a cousin (20s M) who is what people would call a lover. Love and Finding-A-Girlfriend are on his mind 24/7. As an aromantic person, his desperate attempts at pursuing any woman he lays eyes on is frankly gross to me. i just wont understand, and thats fine.

one day i went to his house and after having dinner with his family, they had me do tarot readings for everyone bc the topic naturally came up and i carry a tarot deck everywhere i go.

so i read my cousin's cards. he specifically asked for a love reading.

Now. the cards said that there would be a dark-haired woman. immediately he thought about girlfriend prospects, but the other two cards (bc i usually pull 3) talked about family and issues within the family.

and so i figured the dark-haired woman represents his mother, or more likely, his little sister whom he treats like shit.

he's an awful big brother to her, constantly yelling at her, demeaning her, and bringing her down when all she does is like, hang out.

as soon as i understood that the card was talking about his sister, i told him that his love life wouldnt go well until he fixes his relationship with his sister. and i justified it using the other two cards, but also by telling him that women do look at how a man treats his siblings when looking for partners.

and no good person would want to stay with him after seeing how he treats her. i basically ended up lecturing him in front of his entire family, using the cards as something of an excuse (even though the cards were the ones that started the lecture 😤)

anyway, he got mad at me, saying that i didnt know anything bc i dont do relationships and that i let my personal feelings affect the reading, which is true to an extent but i cant make up the fact that he pulled those cards.

he's in disbelief and hasnt made any attempt to fix his attitude toward his sister, and his girl problems continue, as i predict they will for a hot minute... but AITA for reading him for filth using tarot?

He acts like he doesn’t like it when you bite him. The first time it happened he was caught so off guard by it; he jumped at the feeling, alarmed eyes darting to the source of the strange sensation, only to find you using him as your personal chew toy. He found it strange.

When you tell him you can’t help it and you just get the urge to bite him sometimes, he’s even more perplexed. But, he doesn’t necessarily deter you from doing so. Mortals really were an enigma, though he didn’t mind trying to figure you out.

As time goes on, he gets used to it— almost a bit too used to it. It’s gotten to the point where if you don’t try to bite him, he begins worrying if something is wrong. Though the affection is strange, he came to realize it was caused by your fondness of him. So, all in all, he doesn’t mind… but he is definitely more confused about mortal customs.

# ALBEDO

Albedo is another one you’ve confused with human customs. He knows he’s a bit out of touch since he spends a majority of his time in the snowy scapes of Dragonspine, but Albedo had been made aware of other such forms of affection. This new enigma was yet to be discovered by the alchemist.

When you preyed on his shoulder, he was unsure how to react. His body instinctually tensed up as he was holding vials of chemicals in his hands, but other than regard for your safety, Albedo was at a loss. Was this an act to show you were angry with him? Were you hungry? Perhaps you were still in the woes of a teething phase?

He, of course, asked you what the bite was for; however, the alchemist was left more perplexed with your answer. A bite… out of love? A sudden urge felt when you see him? Albedo hummed in thought. He had pondered the action days after it had taken place, wondering if this was common occurrence in human society. Truthfully, Albedo hoped you would bite him again. He wanted to learn more about this anomaly— this newfound affection you had bestowed upon him. Maybe, it would lead him to understand you better as well.

# TIGHNARI

Biting Tighnari out of love will, for sure, catch him off guard. He thought he had you figured out for some time: if you were staring at his ears, you wanted to pet them; if you tugged on his sleeve, you wanted affection; if you hugged him for longer than usual, you were having a bad day. Things like those Tighnari had taken a mental note of over time. As thorough as he was, it seemed there was always something new he learned about you each day.

So, he wasn’t exactly counting on you to bite him. When you bit his arm randomly during your patrol with him, Tighnari jumped. At first, the thought that you had maybe eaten another hallucinogenic mushroom crossed his mind, but the way you gazed at him with a small giggle bubbling from your lips gave way to your conscious decision.

When you explained it was out of love, Tighnari sighed. He believed you. He had seen it before, but he certainly wasn’t expecting to be the one receiving such affection. But, he wasn’t bothered by it all that much. In his mind, it showed how comfortable you were becoming around him. If all he had to withstand was some nibbles on his arms from time to time, he was content with it. The real issue would arise if you ever decided to chomp on his ears.

a/n: so sorry its a bit short anon, but i did what i could!

your office was currently a mess. an organized mess but a mess nonetheless and katsuki made sure you knew that by his sneering. it wasn't unusual for either of your boyfriends' to stop by your workplace for various reasons. forgot your lunch, bringing you papers you needed, maybe repairs to their hero suits since your stitching 'holds up better than others'. still, this time you were the one to strong-arm them into both coming by. or rather, strong-arm katsuki, since eijirou had no issues in popping by when you called.

your work office was filled with used and unused mannequins, your main desk, a separate desk littered with fabric scraps, your sewing machines, and straight pens left, right, and center. there was also a quiant little loveseat with two comfortable cushions you have for visiting clients.

that very loveseat is where both your boyfriends' currently parked their asses. you standing in front of them with your hands on your hips and a tape measure gripped in your palm.

"i dont see why we need all new shit," katsuki groans, his arms on the back of the loveseat, looking away from your unimpressed scowl. eijiou curls his lips in to try- and fail- to conceal the amused look on his face.

you had called them both here because of the next hero gala. the dates were finally sent out to those permitted to attend, and both of their names were on the roster. of course, they would be going- mostly because katsuki's pr team begged him to- and since they got to bring plus ones along, you would also be with them.

the two of them have always been wearing store bought formal wear or renting suits, but this was literally your area of expertise! you would get measurements from the two of them if it was the last thing youd do before making them outfits they can freely keep for such occasions.

eijirou had no qualms about the whole process. in fact, his measurements went smoothly aside from him flexing his arms when you were trying to get their circumference.

"yes, you're very muscular babe, now relax your arm or so help me," was what he got in return to his playful tomfoolery. checking off his waist and hips was also filled with banter since at least three times he had hugged you and kept joking about how he wasn't just going to not when you were right in front of him. that would be far too many wasted opportunities.

katsuki had been scrolling on his phone the whole time eijirou was prolonging his process by playing harmless pranks and showering you in goofy affection as he does. you almost wished you had measured him last to get the stubborn fool that is katsuki over with first though.

now, here you stand, impatiently waiting for him to get his ass up and get started.

"katsuki," you warn, his head tipping back in a groan. "i've got all day," you tell him as if you weren't bothered in the slightest. you were though, and annoyed to boot. while you did in fact have time, that doesn't mean you want it to be wasted in a battle of wits.

"what's the damn point of taking measurements? we've got plenty of shit at home to wear."

"no, you don't. I do, but you guys have nothing properly formal enough for a gala, and im sick of renting suits when i can just make something and save some money in the process. do you know how expensive it is to rent a suit? no, because you're loaded, so up."

"i did enough of this kinda shit growin' up, i aint dealing with it when im not even livin' with my folks anymore."

you roll your tongue across your teeth, squeezing the space between your eyes with your fingers and holding yourself back.

"come on, kats, don't be such a fun sponge," eijirou tries to help. knocking him lightly in the side with his elbow, katsuki just huffs and looks at the nearest clock as if gauging when your workday was supposed to end and how long he can keep this up.

"fine," you heave, tossing your measuring tape at his chest before it flops onto his legs. "have it your way."

"that's what I tho-"

"I'll just call mitsuki and she can give me your measurements." there was a slight pause after your claim settles into the air you three occupy.

"what?" he almost sounded like he didn't believe you. but oh how serious you are.

"go on, shoo." you walk back towards your main desk with your computer and grab your purse where you start digging around for your phone. "i have a phone call to make, so go somewhere else if you're not going to be useful. oh, eijirou you can stay though if you want."

"hey!" katsuki, pulling his arms off the back of the couch, both offended that he was being kicked out while his boyfriend got to stay and miffed because- were seriously going to call his mom? over his measurements? god, who knows what else could come out of that hag's mouth if you call her asking for that. the last thing he needed was you and his mother commenting on how small his waist was or worse.

you plant yourself in your desk chair and pull over a notepad and pen to write down the oncoming numbers you would be getting one way or the other. katsuki springs from the loveseat when he sees the phone line start dialing from across the room against your cheek.

the phone rings twice and you're ready to apologize for calling in the middle of the work day when she picks up, but before you could your phone was ripped from your hand and away from your cheek.

"wha- katsuki!" you utter in disbelief.

"ignore this," he huffs before hanging up the call and tossing your tape measure into your face.

"take your stupid ass measurements, but you don't get this back for a while." the blond tosses your phone over to kirishima who had been gleefully watching the free entertainment. the red head catches it easily and safely tucks it into his pocket.

"traitor," you send his way across the room and he just shrugs.

"sorry, boyfriend's orders."

"that's right," katsuki backs him up with his arms crossed and you return the sentiment by jabbing him in the side with the back of your pen. "now hurry up, this offer expires soon."

"i hate you," you groan as you get up and untangle your measuring tape to start the process of finally getting what you needed.

"no you don't."

"i wish i did."

"liar."

"shut up, im concentrating."

he hates to admit it, but the group of coordinating matching outfits you three all wear to the gala weeks later was totally worth pushing your buttons for. plus, it was cute to rile you up sometimes.

(mitsuki did call his cell later that day to explain why it's incredibly rude to hang up on his mother. he hung up on her again.)

gojo; friends to lovers headcanons!

notes : set in 2006, reader being silly and a bit dense, gojo falls first and you fall just as hard , fluff! suguru and shoko mentioned bc i love their friendgroup🫶

a/n : eep my first (published) piece of writing! im so excited, and i hope people like it!!! this isn't the most polished, but i wanted to start off with something a little more simple ( ◡‿◡ *) anywhoo satoru is the boyfriend ever!

you met him when you joined the jujutsu high second years aka geto shoko and gojo!

and gojo IMMEDIATELY decided to annoy the shit out of you

but like in an endearing way (that's what he thought, at least)

surprisingly, you actually found him funny, and bantering with him back and forth quickly became your favorite part of every day.

he really liked how you were able to keep up with him and how easy it was to talk to you about anything and everything. no matter what he had to say, you had a reply (or an insult) ready to go.

satoru's a really physically affectionate person in general and he was over the moon when you didnt seem to mind how he randomly slung his arm around your shoulder or how he liked to fall asleep with his head in your lap. (i could tie to this whole thing to his infinity and talk about how sad it is for someone that shows love through physival affection to experience smth so traumatic that they put a LITERAL barrier between them and others preventing all forms of touch but..i wont!)

it wasn't anything romantic at first! (i love platonic physical affection, okay?)

but there were small moments where you felt his touch and felt such a warmth in your heart. you had pure adoration for him [and if you ever caught his stare, you would know he adored you the same.]

anywhoo! you always thought he was attractive because i mean, look at him

but you never really saw him as a romantic prospect. at least not until you talked to him and got to know him. which you told shoko later on, and she called you a freak of nature for it because "usually he has the opposite effect on people"

there wasn't really a distinct moment you can remember where you developed feelings for him. the realization totally caught you by surprise!

you were hanging out with your fellow second years after school, and gojo made some dumb dad joke, at which only he laughed (of course), but you glanced at him from the side and his laugh!!! it was so beautiful!!! like, why are you enchanted by this LOSER right now???

either way, that's when you noticed that maybe that feeling you got in your stomach whenever gojo touched you may not have been entirely platonic. horrified and also a teensy bit excited at your discovery you look away and try to make your blushing face cool down. cool, this was definitely gonna ruin one of the best relationships and friendships you've ever had! gojo knew geto and shoko before you, so if you ever confessed, it would probably ruin your friendship with them too! cool, cool, very cool.

of course, that was total bs, but whatever you were anxious at, your newfound feelings and relationships are confusing, and you maybe (definitely) had a bit of tunnel vision in that moment.

after that (like the smart person you are), you convinced yourself that "well. if i just avoid gojo..the feelings will probably go away, right?"

oh, you poor naive FOOL

first of all, avoiding gojo was no easy feat (just ask nanami)

second of all... by the point you realized your feelings, he was already completely WHIPPED for you

"suguru! did you see? she totally looked at me for two seconds longer than usual today!"

"uh-huh"

"she definitely loves me back, dont you think so too?"

"you're delusional."

"you're my best friend! you're supposed to indulge me in my delusions!"

definitely the type to lay on his stomach and kick his feet in the air while thinking about you

and he NEVER shuts up about you

shoko and geto seriously deserve financial compensation for this and are BAFFLED by the fact that you dont notice how lovestruck he is by you?

so as soon as he realized you stopped replying to his texts like you usually did and you didn't sit next to him anymore so he could lean his head on your shoulder, he was devastated

DEVASTATED

like what did he do????? why does the universe hate him??? ( like he isnt the strongest sorcerer ever?)

you thought you were clever for coming up with your "get rid of feelings for satoru" plan

but no. for days now everywhere you were, suddenly there he was.

you didn't give him the silent treatment or anything you just... kept your distance.

well, you tried anyway

man has no sense of personal space.

"i missed you." he pouts, leaning down and placing his head on your shoulder from behind. "we see each other everyday, thats not enough for you?" you replied, trying to remain calm while he was so SO close to you. "we barely saw each other at all yesterday!" he whines. "i was busy -" "no, you weren't." "yes, i was?" "nuh-uh, " your face contorts into a grimace. "seriously, how old are you?" "sev-" "it was a rhetorical question." he moves from his postion behind you and stands right in front of you. if he wasn't so silly looking, you would probably be intimidated by his towering height.

his face turns serious. "you've been avoiding me." he states, a small pout on his lips. shit, dont look at his lips! "eh..uh..what? no, i'm not! that's crazy talk..." you sputter nervously. he sighs, and puts his hands on your shoulders "are you okay?" he's genuinely concerned for you now. damnit why couldn't he be less likeable?! this was really throwing a wrench in your plan.

"i am..i'm just..uh..argh." you lower your head and massage your temple out of frustration. your heartbeat was going a mile a minute. "i didn't mean to avoid you, satoru." you say in a soft tone. a lie, but you couldn't handle telling him the truth. his face brightens instantly. "i'll forgive you if you pinky promise to never avoid me ever again." he reaches out his pinky. "wow, future me is gonna regret that when you get inevitably annoying.." you chuckle reaching out your hand to interlink your finger with his. this was good, this was normal. you felt normal, platonic, and normal feelings. yep. a bright grin spreads across his pretty face. "although.. you might still have to buy me something sweet to really convince me!" of course. "you're the worst." "you love it!" yeah, you do.

okay, plan b. push it all down and focus on your friendship!

you did really enjoy just being his friend after all..otherwise you wouldn't care so much about ruining your friendship!

so things went back to normal sort of...except for the fact that over the next few months, the romantic tension got worse and worse.

you thought it was just you being delusional when he started holding your hand more and more frequently, freuqently bought you small trimkets and gifts( his reason being " i thought of you!") told you how pretty and cool you looked after missions, even with your hair all messed up and uniform askew. you tried so hard not to read into it even though these things were obviously pretty romantic.

satoru thought he was going insane

"i mean??? am i not being clear enough, suguru? am i being too subtle?"

"i dont think the word subtle really suits you, in any situation ever."

at this point, he was close to giving up. maybe you just didn't like him as much as he liked you?

but then! one late summer night!

the first kiss!

which was sort of out of the blue but also not really, since you'd been pining for each other for a while.

he was invading spending time in your dorm room late at night again like he frequently did. he got real chatty at night. you were both sitting on your bed, and his head was leaning against your shoulder, the soft ends of his hair tickling your neck.

it was around mignight, his voice was low and he spoke in a hushed tone.

"..you know? and then he had the audacity to insult nintendo? like sorry you hate fun, loser? anyways my original point was..." he trails off his voice, getting lower and lower by the end. you turn your head in his direction, expecting to find him asleep. instead, your nose almost bumps against his.

his eyes are..so breathtaking this close, with the moonlight reflecting in his sapphire irises. his snow-white lashes flutter as he glances down at your lips. a silent request.

this moment was so full of tender love while still so quiet. you had never felt anything quite like it before. you nod ever so slightly and softly your lips meet eachother. slotting together like two puzzle pieces, it made something click in your brain. suddenly everything made sense.

after a few moments you pulled back. your face felt hot. it was still quiet. gojos thumb rubs over the back of your hand.

he leans his head back onto your shoulder, positively beaming, he giggled "like i was saying.." he starts again the smile still evident in his voice.

an equally bright grin breaks out on your face. he was not even acknowledging the kiss you two shared. but it felt right that he didn't. this moment felt so warm and so much like satoru. there was no more confusion and no words that needed to be said. you both understood what it meant. you both finally understood what you were.

what you failed to consider was telling your best friends. geto and shoko. the four of you were hanging out and gojo had to leave early for another mission, before he leaves he quickly pecks you on the lips (which to be fair surprised you too) before waving and running off. shoko's eyes were practically bulging out of her head, and getos face couldn't decide between a surprised expression and one of disgust. "what. was that." shoko furtows her brows. "uhh..oh! oh." you couldn't exactly pinpoint what you were supposed to say now. how did you forget to tell them? how did GOJO forget to tell them? granted, it only happened last night, but still... you had assumed he spent the rest of the night lying on his stomach, feet kicking, telling geto every detail. "we're dating?" you reply awkwardly. "damn it!" shoko exclaims, and suguru smiles smugly. odd reactions... that's what you thought until you saw shoko pull out her wallet and hand suguru a big wad of cash. "see? i told you they would figure it out before they turned 25." he chides.

So for starters let me say this,everyone wonders how you two got together,i mean you're complete opposites,how did you even get to know eachother?

And since you're not the most vocal person about their love and arent the most expressive about it Yanqing absolutely appreciates the small gestures you do to show your love

For example defending him,always letting him rant to you no matter how long or boring the rant is,and you're still listening even if you look like you're sleeping,or your attempts at showing affection better that sometimes fail,he appreciates it all

He also loves the way you hold his hand in public in fear of losing him in the crowd

Or the way you fall asleep on his shoulder when sitting down

And whenever you do any affectionate jestures Yanqing treasures those gestures so much

this has literally been in my inbox for 2 years but i was saving it for when i had inspiration. | bakugo x gn!reader (but he calls you mommy) | nsfw !!! minors dni !!! also why is it a little angsty i'm sorry about that sjkfdhg

thinking of bakugo only letting loose with you, only allowing himself to be that vulnerable when he's with you. he didn't even realize he had that kink until he was settled in his relationship with you, coming to a realization when he noticed how much he loved getting taken care of by you.

he wasn't really used to that. he was brash and blunt and aggressive, and most of all independent. he was always looking out for others, despite his tough approach, not the other way around.

so when you broke down his walls and let him rest his head on your chest, cooing at him that he was your baby and that you'd take care of him, he didn't even know what to do, but he knew he loved it. a lot. maybe too much.

but sometimes, he doesn't feel like he's deserving of that nurturing affection. so he's a little rougher on the exterior, even though inside he's dying for your soft touch and words. especially on those days where he feels he didn't do his best at work. he wasn't fast enough, he was too sloppy, someone could have gotten hurt, etc.

he tries to push you away (it's bad he knows, but he can't control it), giving you curt responses, not looking you in the eye, cause he knows once he does, he'll want to melt into you completely.

so he makes you work for it a little bit, unintentionally though, cause in his mind, he's the one that has to work for it, to earn it.

"katsu c'mere." your voice is soft, beckoning him over like a siren, and he literally clenches his fists and his jaw to refuse.

"m'busy." he goes into the kitchen, letting out a tense breath.

he gets a bottle of water from the fridge and places it in front of him on the counter, leaning forward on both his hands, going completely stiff when he feels your arms slide around his middle, too caught up in his head to even hear your footsteps.

"that wasn't very nice, baby."

he both loves and hates how your words send a thrill through his body, how you already have him in your clutches.

you're not mean to him, not with your voice anyway. that's the distinct difference between you two, you're not rough, you're always soft, even when he thinks he doesn't deserve it. and it makes him feel like shit sometimes. like he doesn't deserve you. but he won't say it, he can't. because what if once he says it out loud, you realize he's right and you leave him?

he doesn't think he deserves you, no. but he's too selfish to let you go.

he's brought back to the moment when your hands slide up and down his torso. you smell good, and your soft pressed up against him, he can barely think straight, already feeling himself slip through the cracks.

he doesn't respond but you know what's wrong with him.

"rough day?" you don't expect a response, so you simply press a few kisses on his back, feeling him loosen up with each press of your lips, and smile to yourself. you're sure he can feel it, but he doesn't seem to mind.

"let me see you." your voice is warm, tempting, but he still hesitates, only slightly straightening up.

"come on, baby." you squeeze him lightly before stepping back, immediately making him miss your warmth.

he turns to face you like you pulled him, and you did really, just not physically. his gaze is on the floor, but you're having none of that.

you step closer to him until you're pressed against him, your hands on his waist, and you can see the veins in his arms from how hard he's holding back, his hands in his pockets, itching to touch you.

you slide your hands up to his chest slowly. "can you look up for me?" he takes a second, but once he does, you smiles at him, luring him further into your hold. you have his heart right in the palms of your hands.

"take a deep breath with me." you nod at him, tempting him to follow your lead and he does, eyes roaming over your face like he still can't believe you're here, with him, for him. just looking at you has him feeling a thousand times better than when he walked in.

you smile even wider when he breathes with you. "good, baby."

you raise your arms, not even trying to reach his face, knowing he's far too tall, and he follows the silent request, leaning down so he's at your height. your hands hold his face gently and his eyes flutter shut for a moment before looking back at you, his gaze much softer than before, like a switch was flipped.

you kiss him and he whimpers, hands finally coming to touch you, arms wrapped around your torso like he's never letting you go. he lets you take the lead, letting you consume him wholeheartedly.

you pull back to let the both of you take a breath, knowing katsuki would rather reach his last breath then pull away from you. "m'here, yeah? i've got you." you notice his eyes are a little glazed over and slightly glassy right before he buries his face in your neck, inhaling your scent and holding you tight.

his voice is muffled and he mumbles but you make out the words against your shoulder. "m'sorry mommy."

you hold him tighter, wanting to hold him together. "it's okay baby, you're okay. let me take care of you, yeah?"

and when you're both finally in bed, him on his back fully nude, hands on your thighs as you sit on top of him still in your underwear, he's looking up at you like you're the moon and stars, moaning when you grind against him.

you slide one hand up his chest, the other holding the side of his face, leaning in close so your lips graze his and his hips buck up into you, making you smirk. "i'll take good care of you, baby. promise."

he nods before you even finish your sentence, completely in your control. "please."

My cats been missing for three days, I've had her since I was 11 and she is REALLY important to me(shes also never been gone this long). We just got a ton of snow, im worried for her and I overheard my parents saying they think our neighbor did something to her. Can I request Sk8 characters comforting their S/O in a scenario like that?

Fandom: Sk8 the Infinity

Characters: Reki Kyan, Langa Hasegawa, Miya Chinen, Kojiro Nanjo, Kaoru Sakurayahiki x gn! Reader

Reki is probably one of the best people to be around if you want your mind taken off the situation. He’s good at listening as well if you want to talk but his real talent lies in distracting you.

Having said that, he’s very adaptable so if you prefer being comforted in a different way, he can change his methods to suit you.

If you feel like talking or just need comfort, Reki gives fantastic hugs. He’ll sway gently side to side and rub your back or head.

If you want to go out and help look for your cat, he’ll tag along. That way he’s helping but is also with you for support.

Of course, he’d also take his skateboard out and skate around town looking for your missing fur friend on his own. But his first priority is making sure you’re okay.

Langa is the best listener out of everyone here. If you want to talk about what's happening or reminisce about good times with your furry friend, he's there to lend an ear.

Much like Reki, he's going to grab his skateboard and go around town trying to find any clues as to where your cat's gone.

He'll ask around at S as well. While Reki might have some reservations about going up to a random person at S and asking if they've seen a cat around, Langa does have the same qualms.

Langa's not the best with physical touch but if you want hugs or any other form of physical comfort, he'll do his best.

All in all, he'll be a more quiet supporter in this situation. He'll do what he can to help but he's a lot more subtle than some of the others.

Oh, Miya is finding your cat and discovering every detail of what happened. He’s starting a search on every social media platform he has and is ready to take it to the news if need be.

A missing cat is no joke to someone who's favourite animals are felines so Miya is right there with you in missing your furry friend.

He's probably very attached to your cat as well so he's going to do whatever he can to get it back. If that means he has to call in some favours thanks to his standing and fame, he'll do just that.

Miya's not great with words or physical affections but if that's what you want to help you deal with the situation, he'll do his best.

If he gets to choose how to comfort you, he's going to just be in your presence. He may not be great with words or physical comfort but he's got a reasonably soothing presence.

Joe is taking you back to the restaurant, making you your favourite dish, calling Cherry so he can give you company, and setting out to search for your cat.

He’d be there in person but doing nothing while someone he cares about is hurting is hard for him, especially if he knows there are things he can do to help.

Joe will also print out missing flyers and stick them up all over town, keeping a few at the restaurant. Every customer he servs, he’ll ask if they’ve seen your furry friend (if they can give him any information, he’s offering a free dessert).

If you do particularly want his company, Joe will stay with you and make calls to a bunch of his connections from S so they can start the search.

He’s good at comforting people, especially if they want someone to talk to, either about the situation or about something else entirely. He’s a good listener and will respond at the right moments with the right words.

Cherry is the perfect combination of Joe and Miya: he's going to be hands on with helping to find your cat but he's going online as well.

He's also got more resources than Miya so he'll be sending out drones as well to scout the city in search of your cat.

He's also going to call in help from Joe. He knows that, as many connections as he has, his old friend has a lot of different connections that may also be able to help.

Because he can search remotely, Cherry will be able to spend a lot more time with you than the others.

He's very adaptable in comforting you so whether you want physical comfort, kind words, a good listener, or just someone to be with, he's got it covered.

ooouuugh characters who call people names of endearment habitually my beloved <33 gotta be one of my favorite genres of character; side eyes itward and dick knubbler and caine unrelated to everything im so mad it took me so long to listen to psycho teddy ive literally had it on loop all day and yesterday while i write RAAAAAAAH romantic leaning by the way! though some can be platonic if you squint, i think!!

CAINE:

honestly i think caine only calls people endearing names platonically and on occasion, but i think you calling him the same style of names it makes his habit more prevalent. i think the first time you call him something like dear, hon, or darling, he kind of does a double take. i mean, hes always the one saying names, but hes never really... been the one on the receiving end... now im not sure if you wanted this to be platonic or romantic, but i think regardless of which this one is; caine loves it and makes it known. you guys experiment to see which names are his favorite eheeh

POMNI:

i think it would take her some time to get used. i think the main reason she didnt really react to caine calling her those names was due to the shock, just to add some explanation for this post in particular on why she didnt seem to mind... i think if there were any names that made her uncomfortable, she would let you know! does eventually embrace it and probably asks if somethings wrong if you call her by her actual name

RAGATHA:

honestly i can easily see ragatha using terms of endearment for those shes close to (like in a general sense, not just familial or romantically) and i can also see her being a huge fan of being called them! i dont think shes been bold enough to ask to be called them, though, so when you just call her dear and love shes over the moon! probably makes a matching name for you! you become to darling to her dear, the bear to her honey, the sweetheart to her sweetpea, and so on and so forth. i just think... that would be really sweet... you know?

JAX:

calls you a really dumb name in response; like shnookums or something within that ballpark. honestly i think it depends on how you say it, when you say it, and how close you guys are when you call him any endearing name. personally i dont think jax likes public affections, since he kind of views it as vulnerability.... at least when hes on the receiving end. bro is weird like that, you know? only lets you call them any of those names behind closed doors.... thinks... surprises you one day by calling you a normal nickname... since usually its the above example or something completely out of no where like. "Mesopotamia" or "20 ton semi truck carrying 720 thunder fucking pounds of freight" or something just as hyper specific

KINGER:

oh i think he would love it a lot! probably calls you a name back in response, perhaps even one that matches; similar to what ragatha does! maybe its because hes old and he gives off nice dad/grandpa vibes, i can see him calling people that he cares about names of endearment (hes only 48)

thinks... though i do think he pauses the first time trying to process what you just called him.. takes him a few seconds before realizing. kind of like the "oh IM pretty boy!" audio but replace pretty boy with any name

ZOOBLE:

i think zooble is the only one who doesnt like endearing names; like i think in a romantic sense they would like it but only really like babe/baby, and not much else... very picky with what they do like, at least for this instance. definitely going to take some experimenting to see what sticks and what doesnt. funny little scenario but imagine sitting with them trying to find something they like and you call them something absolutely abhorrent, perhaps something akin to the "pookie bear with whipped cream and sprinkles on top" meme but WAAAAAY over the top and zooble just. "absolutely not."

not too mean to harsh with rejecting any names, though. but they are blunt about what they do and dont like

GANGLE:

honestly if this isnt romantic and this is platonic, she sees it the same way as when an older lady calls you a sweet name,... you know? does the ^w^ she does in her character intro short thing, me thinks, whenever you call her any name. very shy and sheepish about calling you any names in return, give her some time shes trying to hype herself up so she can return the same energy! only really likes it when you call her those endearing names, i fear that SOMEONE is going to tease her for it... poor girl.... explodes jax with my neurodivergant brain
