re-listening to tmagp ep 1. and i'm noticing some interesting things that i haven't seen a Lot of discussion surrounding?

1. during the red canary story, when it gets to the section about the moderator having locked the thread — in the background, you can hear the motif from the magnus archives [shared with tmagp!!] starting, only to trail off.

i dont know if any other episodes have this [i'll probably list them if they do, since i'm re-listening to all 7 rn] but i thought that this was a really interesting detail? also re-listening to the red canary statement after the introduction of needles is SO fucking funny because. holy shit.

2. someone had been either threatening to or actively doxxing red canary via anonymous dms the site didn't even allow. Specifically because redcanary Stole a box from the site.

is this going to be a new thing for the avatars of tmagp???? just fucking doxxing when they don't get their way??? sjdbdjdndkndnd??????

3. The Only One Colin Tolerates is ALICE.

i'm ngl the "jon martin and probably jonah are in the computer" thing was something i only believed as a fun little joke at first but with episode 7 and revisiting this ep and hearing that i Don't Think I Only Believe It As A Joke Anymore.

Okay im CAUGHT UP with the magnus protocol now! Some thoughts:

Obviously we know who Norris and Chester are, and its almost certain that leaves Augustus as Jonah Magnus. The question is, are they really "them"? Or have they simply manifested in this universe as voices, echoes of who they were beyond? If they do have agency on any level, what level would that be?

Everyone seems to be trying to categorize the new statements with the entities from before. And while we see fragments of them, let us not forget: the entities are more like colors, blending into eachother. Its entirely possible this world has a different set of obvious colors, based on the fears of its inhabitants

We've heard the Magnus Institute namedropped, as well as obvious references to Grifter's Bone. Are these statements confirming that both entities exist in this world as well? Or perhaps these statements arent actually from this world, but leftovers from World A? We never did get confirmation that all the statements back there got read, and thus far the only confirmed supernatural thing in World B is the bizarre nature of FR3-d1.

There's no way that Gwen Bouchard's last name is a coincidence, nor is her desire to climb to the top of this bureaucratic structure. That said, reminder that Elias Bouchard before his possession by Jonah Magnus was described as "something of a stoner", so the characterization of Gwen doesnt match TRUE Elias, but the possessed version of him. Still possible it is truly Elias unpossessed, but the harrowing experience he went through made him more serious. And also somehow forcefemmed him? That or its someone just related otherwise to Elias.

If the Magnus Institute and Grifter's Bone DO exist in World B, how much else exists here? Clearly there's SOME similarities, but are there perhaps alternate versions of people here? The hints toward Grifter's Bone in particular would seem to hint precisely that fact.

The Magnus "Protocol" makes it sound like a contingent plan Jonah Magnus came up with in the event that someone would do exactly what happened at the end of TMA, and if so, that scares me immensely. If Jonah Magnus can see all, even with the blindspot and secrecy, he likely knew that the blindspot could be a way to another world. This could be all according to keikaku for him.

Sam's connection to the Magnus Institute has me worried. It reminds me of how Tim became so fixated on the Stranger because of past trauma. And Tim...well. We remember how that story ended.

Alice says this shit doesnt get to her, and yet she's afraid, constantly. I dont think she's being completely honest, she KNOWS there's a darkness there. She may refuse to look directly into the abyss but the very fact that she sticks with a job where she knows the abyss lives...I think she saw something she can't walk away from. She also reminds me of Tim, hiding behind jokes and pretending to be fine.

Colin clearly knows the most about the truth. Maybe he's pulling a Gertrude, trying to keep it disorganized to prevent what he views as an evil plot? Or maybe he's just a bid mad because of it all. But I think he's got interesting character potential.

Anyways thats my thoughts so far. God its good, feels like the original series never ended! When the reveal that the painter in episode 2 was editing *her own flesh* instead of the artwork with her palette knife I gasped audibly. Great stuff

when discussing gwens transcoding i feel like people dont talk about how her being spider women is literally viewed as politics from the start.

people talk about her and the validity of her actions and choices in front of her even before peters death. her dad specifically questions how she dresses. why she need to hide behind a mask. the spider suit was made to hide the identity of the wearer yes but for gwen stacys spider woman thats always been different, even in the comics.

presenting the way she does keeps her safe when she’s gwen stacy but it also represents the choices she makes. her work as spider woman. its her badge. this line is something that always stuck with me in the comics and i love that they didn’t change it in the movie. her suit and mask are not hiding who she is, theyre an extension of it.

being trans makes how you present yourself very complicated at least in my experience. youre constantly worried around new people and strangers, do they think i look like a boy or a girl? am i passing? if im not passing am i safe? its really complicated, passing doesnt make you more or less valid but a lot of society views it that way and how people see you can change how safe you are. these things are nuanced is what im saying and i like how gwen is allowed to do what feels right for her regardless of what others think.

another point is how shes met with violence when she first essentially “comes out” as spider woman. even though its a loved one, her dad doesnt take it well. because of his duty to society he feels he cant accept her as spider woman.

so she has to run away from home. live with the people who do make her feel at home, her own band as she puts it. and only then, when she’s is able to stand on her own does she face her dad.

they both needed time. to work on themselves. and something important is that he stops being a cop. stops this duty he feels he owes to society to get rid of spider woman to protect their children.

only when he takes time to truly understand her perspective and actions is he able to accept her.

as trans people our identities are constantly considered something cis people and the government get to determine. but with spiderverse we see gwens story as being portrayed as a villian by society. we see it from her perspective. not her dads perspective. not miles, an outsiders perspective who has to come and fix everything. her own perspective. and in the end she doesnt want society to accept her. she just needs her dad. her loved ones. because shes never given a damn about outsiders, there’s never a focus on how some random j jonah jameson feels about her. they instead focus on her dad. because he is who hurts her. and for me at least that’s very relatable.

spider man in general is a very trans subject because society hates him and he has to disguise himself to stay safe. but gwen stacy as ghost spider or spider woman really stands out to me. because it feels so much more personal to get to spectate her life. she’s so real, so human. and that is essence of what makes a spidey.

regemption is the story ive been working on for several years (it turns 5 this june, which is scary to think about!) using a bastardised aesthetisised pop culture interpretation of christian mythology to talk about a lot of things, like morality and the concept of purity. i want to make it a webcomic some day, and it will be split into 5 "books", and an intermission story spread throughout

book 1: current title "heart and soul": follows jonah calinao, a 23 y/o depressed deadbeat who suffers a heart attack and goes to hell. somehow, they bounce back, because modern medicine is amazing, but this is the first time a human has ever seen the stony deep before being revived. satan (mostly referred to as "boss") sends one of her lackeys to "take care of them" and bring them back and thus maintain the natural order. she picks jade (representative of envy, middle of the road when it comes to sinners) who, upon seeing earth for the first time, isnt exactly that keen on going back. so jade makes a deal with jonah: she wont kill them if they at least TRY and get their shit together. which is a pretty cushy deal, all things considered! except jades situationship from hell (in the most literal context) isnt happy that her best-friend-slash-longtime-crush is mingling with the humans. especially when zircon decides that jade and jonah have gotten pretty close 🤔

book 2: "blood and bone": follows isaac bonner, a 25 y/o rich kid dissatisfied with life. when his on-again-off-again (mostly off) girlfriend dies, he considers ending it all, but is interrupted by what he considers divine intervention. it is, of course, from the other place. bloodstone convinces him that killing himself would be such a waste, he should just hand over his soul instead, and let someone with a will to go on take the wheel. initially unconvinced, she shows him all of her plans, why shes on earth and what she plans to do, and it might just be the adrenaline rush he needs to keep on living

book 3: "hope and pray": follows mary santoro, 24 y/o, jonahs ex-roommate (roommate through the first half of book 1. dont worry about it), nicest person youll ever meet. shes always had a passion for music, but passion rarely pays the bills, which she has a lot of. during one of her many dayjobs, she meets a few very odd individuals who are, for some reason, adamant that she has to join their band. even though its not the type of music she likes, they wear her down, and she agrees to at least check em out, but she soon realises that theyre not human, but they need her help. and one thing about mary is she can never turn someone down, no matter how much she wants to

book 4: "flesh and blood": follows jacob bonner (isaacs younger brother) and his best friend levi abraham as they uncover just what isaac had gotten up to the past few months. and why their cellar is suddenly locked up tight, with no key in sight. or why jacob frequently wakes up to screaming, only sometimes his own. or why their "new friend" looks so familiar, and whether levis right not to trust her

book 5: "survive and thrive": everything comes together. the culmination of the previous four books, with an epilogue to deal with anything that wasnt tied up in a neat little bow

intermissions: follow ruby and zebra jasper as they seek violent, glittery revenge on the one who wronged them, aided by pyrite, who jasper just cant seem to convince ruby is bad news

alexandrite is a minor character in book 1 (even though demons dont have families the way we do, alex and jade consider themselves as close to sisters as they can get), a supporting character in book 2, and should be a major character in book 5.

-six works at mandelatech. dave has NO CLUE he's an alternate. he thinks six is just some normal middle aged single father of two.

-when mark and cesar meet mark is in his more human form. the way that cesar learns about marks alternate form is one day mark is just like. wanna see something cool i have SOOO many teeth and cesars like. of course that sounds cool as fuck i wanna see a bunch of teeth. mark shows him and he's horrified, not because he's scared but because 'you have to brush and floss ALL of those???' and marks responds with '?? i dont brush my teeth' cesar is flabbergasted

-speaking of hygeine!! mark knows nothing about it so when adam was a baby he put him in a fucking washing machine. he spin cycled that infant.

-cesar is actually mark's source of education on a lot of human stuff because. six is trying his best but he does NOT know that shit. and mark is in hiding so he sure as hell isn't going to school. eventually when mark is older he convinces six that they should put adam in school, which is how he meets jonah.

-mark. doesn't like humanity very much. in his eyes cesar is the one good human ever and he isn't very fond of anyone else. so when adam makes a human friend (jonah) mark is not thrilled about it

-another reason mark doesn't like jonah because he smokes weed JFKLSJFKLSDJFSLFJDKSL even though he kills people and is literally a demon. calls it 'the devil's lettuce' and everything. they get along later tho don't worry.

-ruth lives in this au!!! thatcher is there too. they quit the force and now they research mark and adam's cases bc they are unique to all of the other kidnappings (i can. explain that later). the reason why they are so invested in them is because ruth's daughter got taken and she's trying to look for her. and since ruth is alive thatcher is less pathetic DSJALDSAD the wet cat energy gets transferred to ruth. shes like a depressed noir detective. thatcher is like a conspiracy theorist, he's always running on energy drinks and laser-focused on piecing together evidence. he has 20 of those red string cork boards. he gets to be a bit more silly in this au. they are also very close friends with dave and he helps them digitize the evidence they have :]

ykw fuck it im just gonna ramble abt roommates au idk i just wanna get my thoughts out

putting it under a thing tho in case you dont wanna read it bc i dont wanna be annoying

(quick warning for implied mental abuse as well as mental health struggles in general)

so basically, vol 333 happens, ruth is dead, and thatcher already encounters the alt at the end of the episode. he goes home to not risk seeing it again only to find that it followed him home after dispatching to other officers that thatcher "made a mistake" and that "everything's fine here at that station". turns out, the alternate is suddenly fascinated with thatcher and wants to get to know him more (mostly as a ploy to replace him later).

well, a few years go by, thatcher's mental health has only been going down the drain. constantly drowning himself in work and only distracting himself by watching the same old black n white movies. the alternate, who he has named "davis", is kinda just there, and he usually flip flops between being a weird cat and thatcher's sleep paralysis demon constantly degrading and berating him for the things he couldnt do back in '92. he knows he flip flops too, and it's to make thatcher think nothing of his shitty behavior.

dave still visits him a lot, and thatcher kinda locks davis in his closet when dave comes over so he doesnt see him. davis always hates it though and gets really antsy and aggressive during those times. going back to thatcher n dave though, dave always tries to get thatcher out of the house more, but thatcher always refuses. he only goes out for necessities like food and water as well as for work.

he had been writing letters to ruth ever since she died. the letter heard in vol 4 was one of the first he ever wrote to her. and he still to the day of vol 4 still goes by the old murray house and stands right outside. some days he braves himself up to go to the porch. he always runs back to his car out of breath and with tears though, never being able to get over that night.

davis sometimes follows him there, always giving thatcher a good scare whenever he does. thatcher always gets defensive and worries that he might be seen though, and not even davis knows why he worries about that.

i also imagine that whenever thatcher is busy w like dave or on the phone at hime, whenever davis makes a ruckus thatcher says "sorry, that's my roommate", hence why it's called the roommate au.

anyways, dave does also end up dying, and davis knows immediately through some weird alternate shenanigans. but he doesnt tell thatcher for him to find out himself. i imagine that if/when he finds out he's devastated, and davis just says nothing, letting him grieve.

however, on the bright side i do imagine that evelin survives being at the station and somehow finds thatcher's address. still planning this part out, but think they end up having a good relationship. and evelin knew dave, so they bond over that as well and i just want those two to be a sort of father-daughter relationship and it would be so wholesome and happy and would make thatcher smile after so long and <33333

Papyrus as Adam - I KEEP SEEING PEOPLE PUT HIM AS SANS AND THAT IS NOT FUCKING TRUE because Adam loves the exploring he loves everythin about it BUT HE'S STILL MATURE like Papyrus is mature. he makes puns of his own in-game!!!! like!!! he's just eccentric and Adam could be taken as eccentric, just the other end personality wise but I still think its a better fit than Sans

Sans as Jonah - first of all. the jacket. the jacket. second of all, like. Jonah's a jokester he's a lot more laid back than Adam is. like Papyrus and Adam are uptight a lot of the time and are super serious about what they do. but like. Sans and Jonah? They don't really care!! They're just here because their respective partners in crime made them be here and they want to support them!!!! and they both really do care about their brothers- figuratively or literally- deep down somewhere, and worry about them all the time

Gaster as Sarah - Both started it all man. both started it ALL- as in Sarah starting BPS, and Gaster being the first Royal Scientist and guess what? Both of them quit their respective jobs!!one in a much more gruesome way than the other!! But if you're dead that counts as quitting and both also watch over what happens after they quit their jobs!! We see references to Gaster watching the player all throughout Undertale, and Sarah was also stalking the cameras watching Adam and Thatcher

I also think that the royal guard could be interpreted as sort of like. The MCPD? They do similar roles.and I think it would be interesting to see Ruth as Undyne because even though Ruth doesnt seem as angry and aggressive as Undyne, both still seem pretty loyal of their jobs and fiercely protective of whom they care about

Thatcher as Asgore - both of those bitches got REGRET up the WAZOO they're both very wet cats and, according to Presto, both "doomed" their respective homes- Asgore with the Underground, and Thatcher with- apparently the world???

Gabriel as Flowey - because yk. Deception of being nice when actually they're a horror beyond human comprehension.........

Intruder as Toriel - even though they're not really. Normal. I mean Intruder's beyond comprehension as well and Toriel has just been through a lot. But both still take on a parental role at some point

Mark as Chara - So like both Mark and Chara are seen as like. Victim of circumstance right?? Mark was trapped in his room for DAYS before dying, Chara was attacked by their own kind and sacrificed themself for Asriel. We can see that as a parellel because Mark killed himself because of Gabriel's kind, and Chara killed themself for Asriel's kind- and since Flowey = Asriel, Mark would have killed himself for Gabriel, instead of because of Gabriel like in canon But like. the parellel is still there Because both Chara and Mark are still fairly calm!!! Like we can see in the flashbacks that Chara was never shown causing trouble, they were a good kid. And Mark went out all that way to go help his good friend Cesar. they're both good people but corrupt them enough and they go crazy (as we saw in many iterations of Vol 333 where the voice saying "sound familiar?" is Mark, and then with Chara in the genocide route) Also in the genocide route Chara fully controls Frisk and causes them to kill Flowey, which in the context of Gabriel being Flowey, is something Mark would certainly do, should his anger be awakened too much. Like Gabriel's an Alternate. Why not take the opportunity to kill the thing that started this whole mess?

Cesar as Frisk - both Frisk and Cesar both have no idea whats going on ever and are somehow alive despite everything. Despite everything, it's still you.

This also leaves the other fallen children as missing kids from the Alternate attacks, which can add more grief onto Thatcher/Asgore. thank you for coming to my tedtalk

How to explain someone that watches the show casually the cheating storyline? Someone that doesn't analyze Buck? Just watches the show every Monday

I personally didn't like it. I still see a lot of plot holes. At first I thought Taylor knew about Lucy, they I thought maybe she doesn't? (There's no way to know for sure since they didn't explicitly said it, we can only guess)

So what was the point of having her talk to Lucy? If they never brought it again. I get that she was clinging too, but if she knew, why won't she said it when they were breaking up? When there was nothing left to cling? I know old Taylor would've said something.

If they were going to create a cheating arc, do it right. Commit to it, dont do it halfway through. They were going to break up anyway, might as well make that scene as messy as possible (since she talked about the mess) the scene in question was a big let down for me. Eddiana's>>>BT 100%

(sorry it took me so long but i was at pride so i’m justified i think🌈)

i understand what you’re saying but i don’t agree and here are my two cents on it (under the cut to save everyone’s day):

i don’t think the cheating storyline has to be explained, that’s one thing i really like about it. it shows and doesn’t tell (not the real root cause of why it happened, anyway). the casual viewer can akcnowledge it as bt not being strong as they thought they were, buck having so many mixed feelings about his relationship he kisses someone else one night and asks his girlfriend to move in the next, and taylor and buck being on two completely different tracks. leaving out those who demonize buck for cheating (i get not supporting the act of cheating, but perfect characters are imperfect), i think the casual viewer would be absolutely correct in this thought process.

from those of us who are Normal about the show, instead, i expect a more informed and nuanced opinion. which, as i said multiple times, can obviously be that the cheating bit was unnecessary - i fully respect that, especially if it’s backed up by some reasoning.

regarding taylor knowing/not knowing about lucy, i think it was very heteronormative of her to assume buck’s new colleague is the one she should worry about. but it still showed she knows buck up to a certain level and then still manages to miss the point entirely. it was neat, it was taylor defending her territory and fighting windmills while buck and eddie quietly talked in the bg - storm and calm, and buck choosing a safe space in the post-fire at dispatch situation.

here the interesting bits the cheating arc brought to us that we may would have missed otherwise:

buck opening his confession by saying ‘i kissed someone’ and adding only a moment later that this ‘someone’ is a woman. imo, that was Interesting.

taylor being ready to forgive and forget as long as she was sure it meant nothing, as long as it was a ‘random girl in a bar’ and not someone buck actually cared about. which was interesting to see play out right after taylor realized it was lucy buck kissed - someone in the 118 - and still tried to prove that she (taylor) was the one who knew him best. that she was the one who came right after his circle of meaningful relationships, not lucy.

taylor making buck promise there wouldn’t be any more lies between them just to explicitly lie to him, what, three episodes later? different priorities, different goals, too different people.

buck and taylor living together. arguably, buck asked taylor to live with him out of guilt and fear that arose because of the kiss. this sets a precise way of looking at them living together right away. it also served the jonah storyline perfectly, cutting times and scenes where there was, admittedly, no space to look more into how exactly taylor’s betrayal started taking shape.

lucy, as much as some people may not like to hear this, is here to stay. this means that the kiss was 50% a way to introduce her character and, thankfully, portray more than the usual LI mary sue.

i also think that taylor not bringing up the kiss during the breakup was actually smart; the last crack wasn’t the kiss. think of the kiss as a symptom and the fundamental differences between these two people as the cause. ‘it’s our first argument all over again’, aka this is why we’re breaking up. i genuinely think taylor forgave buck for cheating and his loyalty was never doubted again. taylor chose their relationship despite the cheating. so it speaks volumes that buck couldn’t return the favor, could not bring himself to forgive and choose their relationship despite what she did.

i was never a big fan of ‘having a messy bt breakup’, simply because buck needed to make a mature choice and he also needed for his relationship to end on his own terms (for once). the relief we can see on his face when taylor leaves is worth a thousand screams, it’s really the beginning of a clean slate. that’s where the levity you probably didn’t like (rightfully so!) came from. it’s just how it’s always been; buck talking about his relationship problems with taylor with a big smile on, it’s nothing new and it happened before the kiss with lucy, too.

(the majesty that was the eddiana breakup is something that has its own long list of implications but, ultimately, i wouldn’t compare them. they’re relevant and you can certainly find some parallels, but they’re not the same.)

entire fantasy au plot so far

i dont know what im doing with my life anymore but here's the story under the cut

so we've got mark. he's a guard/ranger that protects his town, he lives with his adopted sister sarah (doesn't know his family. yet :]) and he just makes sure everything is fine. he's friends with cesar who's some vampire guy living in an abandoned castle mark hangs out over there it's nice

anyways mark gets sent out to find these two bandits that have been causing trouble in the area, but their base is in a treehouse with a ladder. which is definitely because mark is a centaur and can't climb. so he enlists the help of cesar, who manages to talk to the bandits, but they refuse to come down (until threatened. at which point they do)

these bandits, adam and jonah, are thrown in jail but adam, who's this fuckin fish guy is like heyyy. let us out of here and we'll help you with your curse thing. for context mark's constantly being tormented by demons. like thats just always been a thing for him and he doesnt tell people. but he decides that he doesnt have many other options if he wants to get rid of it, so he breaks adam and jonah out of the jail and they strike up a deal that he wont turn them in if they help him break his curse thing.

well the only problem is that they have no clue how to. they're both bandits that don't know anything about magic so they just keep having to pretend that they do. constantly taking the other members of the crime quintet (mark, cesar, sarah, adam, and jonah) to random places, getting in trouble with high wizards, you know how it is. they realize that they have to actually find a way to fix things otherwise mark's gonna catch onto them.

meanwhile, over in mandelidon kingdom (the counties are different kingdoms in this au. bc they can be) we've got the mandelidon kingdom guard service (mkgs) and they're just this au's version of the mcpd. thatcher, dave, ruth, and evelin all work as guards.

one night thatcher gets sent out to investigate some missing persons in the woods, and when he goes out there she ends up getting attacked by a werewolf. it leaves but ae ended up getting bitten, so he manages to get back to the town and just collapses. doesn't tell anyone about the attack, mostly because he knows that something is absolutely wrong. and there IS something wrong because a couple days later she turns into a werewolf and ends up killing a couple townspeople in the process. people dont know that ae did it, and he isnt about to tell people that it was aer, so she keeps it a secret.

which is difficult because. you physically change in appearance after becoming a werewolf but she attempts to hide it. anyways he is constantly in this cycle of killing townspeople and then having to investigate the murders. while pretending to be a completely normal guard. he gets some relief from this when reports of a group of bandits in the town come in, and she goes to hunt them down, with ruth coming along

this group is the crime quintet, and they're like oh shit the guards are onto us. mark REALLY doesnt want to be reported so he's especially worried about this. thatcher ends up finding them but. oops he still doesnt have that werewolf thing under control. so she ends up attacking them and ruth has to intervene. but ruth and thatcher are tied in power so they just end up fighting until they both just collapse

uhhh the plot after this point is uncertain but what i DO know is that

thatcher has to run from mandelidon kingdom after the murders are found out (the werewolf thing is fine but the murders. are not), he ends up joining the crime quintet and ruth and dave go to find her. only to find out that hes working with criminals. just another day on the job

this is how mark and dave reunite though and we get some story there!!!

ill update this once i get more ideas but yeah take this for now

i''ll put all my rambling under a cut because i'm infodumping about him (sprry .__.)

the 'wonderland' in ikerev is split into factions! red, black, and neutral. like cards. everyone is assigned a card as their rank/social status. the red+black cards are the cardsuits hearts and diamonds, and black is clubs and spades. both of the groups are rival factions representing hierarchical inheritance (red) and 'rule of the strongest' (black). the ranks in red you are usually born into, and the ranks in black you earn by defeating the previous holder of that rank. the rankings in terms of importance are the same as a card deck; king -> queen -> jack -> numbers -> ace.

jonah's the queen of hearts! he was born into that rank as the elder of two brothers and works really hard to live up to those shoes. his younger brother is in the black army after excommunicating himself from the clemence family because he believed more in the philosophy of the black army. his name's luka and he's the jack of spades. we love him he's one of my best friends ever.

there is also a cheshire cat (loki genetta) and a joker of the deck (harr silver) as well as a few others (i can ramble about everyone another time hehe)

i'm alice! i believe everyone is alice, since in ikerev 'alice' is a title given to the one who falls from the world of reason into cradle (ikerev's name for wonderland). so really i'm An alice. one of many. i fell from the world of reason into cradle, and jonah was one of the very first faces i met after falling into the central quarter when i arrived. at first sought refuge with the black army, but i became super interested in learning about the red army, because their differing perspectives were fascinating to me! i adore everyone, so i wanted to learn as much as possible since i couldn't go home for a little while. the veil between cradle and reason thins every now and then, but it isn't constant.you can't go back and forth easily, so i was trying to acclimatize myself with their world as much as possible.

through that, i ended up spending some time with the red army, and since jonah is the second highest rank, he spent some time in rotation showing me around, acting as my guard (many people in cradle don't like the knowledge that an alice is present, and see it as a bad omen when an alice falls into cradle). i got to know him through those hehe. eventually i convinced him to show me around the central quarter (the neutral ground between red and black) too, and that's where his favourite patisserie is actually! the first time he went on a little ramble about how particular he is towards his mille-feuille i thought it was so so charming.

he's the type who gets flustered over his own feelings easily, so he was vehemently in denial about caring for me for such a long time. one of my alltime favourite cgs (the one below of us in the rain) is the first time he showed concern for me. he was worried because i was out exploring cradle and it'd started raining, and he'd come looking for me, and shook my shoulders gently and told me not to do such reckless things again, i could've been hurt! or killed! or sick! i could've fallen! hehe....

uhm so these (arrow pointing down) are some of my favourite cgs of us..!!

the last one is him making as assortment of sweets and pastries for valentine's day <3 (he loves baking!! especially desserts!!!)

 i just want to say that its also the timing, for fear of appearing literally schizophrenic i dont document everytime i see them making moves specifically based on what ive literally JUST figured out for myself and shared publicly the night before. i dont think that the television is talking to me specifically, or that my cat is possessed by the ghost of st paul and hes commanding i kill taylor swift, i merely have seen numerous numerous very specific examples where i will offer up some idea or some take that i have literally NEVER seen anyone type nor heard anyone mutter before, and within hours or the following morning, threads dealing with that very specific thing. i have been harrassed online, but more, i have been harrassed in real life, only once that i NOTICED, but they made it so i had to notice because they realized that i dont pay attention. the way they harrassed me was direct, 2 strangers on the same day the fourth of july of this year, if i described the events of what happened it would sound like nothing, but if you had been there with me hidding perhaps in a bush i swear to you that youd believe everything i said in that instance because of what you saw. 

 im pretty sure i already mentioned what happened but i will briefly go over it, but understand i know this will sound mundane and there are other possible explanations that seem way more likely to you because i will not be able to properly express the nonverbal communication and full details. but in short, a jonah hill looking motherfucker was riding his bike in my direction on a sidewalk on my way to the beach, behind me about 20 yards so a bit of a distance was a group of young teenagers about 13 years old four to six in all. as he pass me, with his shirt open standing on his pedals as he rode past, he looked to me and said calmly “im on drugs im on probation, they cant do shit.” which he then repeated. i have been yelled at by crazy people many times, i spent 6 months in new york city, this shouldnt have made me feel as uneasy as it did, but it did. you have a sense usually, at least i do, of when someone coming towards you is crazy, or messed up on drugs, its not USUALLY a surprise when it happens you are tensed up waiting for it. i was immediately worried about the kids walking behind me, i turned around and started walking back towards the teens and saw him ride past them. when i got to them i asked if that man had said anything to them and they replied that he had not (this is highly unusual they were young attractive women with one very small young boy, the man didnt strike me as gay, i thought for sure if he yelled at me those kids were next makes no sense) i told them what he said to me, we laughed about it and moved on, occasionally while i was at the beach one of the kids would shout “im on drugs, im on probation, they cant do shit” and we would laugh. it made me really uneasy in a way no other public encounter had, not fearful but perplexed it just didnt fit in with everything else i knew about the world i had inhabit ted for 33 years. on my way home from the beach, a much more directly threatening encounter happened. this is the same day mind you, i am standing alone at an intersection, the road is clear, this is a small rural town, a young black man who sort of resembled xavier wulf but a bit skinnier a slightly more gracile bone structure, slow rolled around the corner, i mean hes practically stopped, and his window is down, his face is practically out his window at me and hes smiling as wide as he can in a cringy unsebtling low budget horror movie way, and nodding at me, his music is turned down, im not dressed out of the ordinary just waiting for my light, this is what i mean though, you will have to take my word that im not exaggeratting this and you must imagine it exactly as ive described it, if anything im under selling it. all i could do was smile and nod back mirroring him in a daze trying to make sense of what was happening right in the moment. he was so close i could have take a step forward and brushed his cheek as he slowly crept by. if you were there, you would have came to the same conclusion i did after a few minutes of walking home and pondering, but instead i must rely on peoples words.

 i am not taking pictures of license plates, or claiming a particular red car is following me, hell they might be! i literally would never know it, i am not paying attention. its possible these two encounters on the same day were not meant to be threatening, though independantly of one another, they on their own, each felt threatening to me, i wasnt scared, what i mean to say is i got the sense the message both these young men were sending was meant to convey a threat, each on their own, never felt that way about an encounter before, and both on the same day.
