my sister told my dad that i didnt eat anything before going to school and i was so pissed cuz my dad said he would put up a camera in the kitchen and if i didnt eat he would take my phone, but i do f ing eat, i just wanna lose a bit of weight its not that hard to let me do my thing.

one time he hugged me and said: "god, (my name) u are skin and bones go and eat for fucks sake" like thank u but im only 52?kg my scale isnt working anymore and im scared to see how much i weight tbh...

If you eat 1000 cals or less a day and have access to a treadmill hop on that b for three hours and do a hot girl walk!! I know, i know, thats like hella time on the treadmill but what else are you doing rotting away somewhere being hungry!!! You can watch a movie, listen to a podcast, discover new music, watch YouTube, listen to a missed lecture(if you do online school), tbh you can do anything you want during your walk!!!!

You'll get your steps in and burn 900-1000 cals if you are speed walking for at least 30 mins of each hour then you can slow down a bit to relax and then pick back up the pace!!! Honestly it works out so great with speeding up the process to lose weight because everything I ate will burn right off and then some!!!

If you don't have a treadmill just go for an hour long walk, again I know it seems long but it's worth it because you burn up to 300 cals walking at a normal pace!!! Walking at an incline totes helps with burning more cals because it takes more effort!!!!

Remember to drink plenty of water while doing either of these and don't give up <3 your ugw is closer than it seems
