There is no exercise, no training, nor any action you need to take to discover your true nature. There is only the realization of who you truly are. There is no need for striving towards becoming more spiritual or awakened. There exists a light, a Christ-like wholeness, a perfection that is ever-present. This completeness is always utterly intimate, no distance, right here present.
Love and wholeness are constants, unchanging, an ever-present light of the I am. When we are ripe and committed to radical honesty there comes a subtle shift from being rooted in phenomena to being rooted in being.
Engage in activities that are a celebration or an act of devotion to the divine, from joy, as an offering or a thanking. Not as a gain. Let the spontaneity and inner fulfillment spill out and do the acting. You are already complete. There is nothing more to become, so relinquish your identity as a separate person. Understand that this relinquishment is not an act; it is a natural state of being.
I acknowledge that conscious awakening is not an action rather a dropping open into being. I hold a deep appreciation for the intelligence of our bodies, seeing them as divine manifestations of spirit. Through nurturing the body, heart, emotional body, and energy body, we can cultivate sensitivity and restore the body to its natural state of openness. Embodying the love that is our core.
