Back to The Future (Sundove88’s Version) Casting
In this 1980s sci-fi classic, small-town Californian-Hylian teen Link is thrown back into the '50s when an experiment by his eccentric scientist friend Doctor Light goes awry. Traveling through time in a modified DeLorean car, Link encounters young versions of his parents (Yuri Lowenthal, Erica Mendez), and must make sure that they fall in love or he'll cease to exist. Even more dauntingly, Link has to return to his own time and save the life of Doctor Light.
In this zany sequel, time-traveling duo Link and Doctor Light return from saving Link’s future son from disaster, only to discover their own time transformed. In this nightmarish version of Hill Valley, Link’s father has been murdered and Fawful, Link’s nemesis, has profited. After uncovering the secret to Fawful’s success -- a sports almanac from the future -- Link and Doctor Light embark on a quest to repair the space-time continuum.
In this final chapter, Link obtains a 70-year-old message from the time-traveling Doctor Light, in which he informs Link that he has retired to a small town in the Old West. Link then finds out that the Doc was murdered shortly after sending the letter. In order to save his friend, Link will have to travel back in time, disentangle a lovestruck Doctor Light from a local schoolmarm, and repair the DeLorean -- all while avoiding a posse of gunslingers.

For weeks, Strickland wrung the rumors from the hoodlums in the halls, those snickering over backpacks and lockers and exchanging various contrabands like gum, cigarettes, and Playboys.
One day, he finally got his hands on it: a videotape titled “Strickland’s Nite Out”.
The tape was as expected – raunchy, explicit, vulgar. Nothing to do with him. It reminded him of the cheesecake magazines he confiscated where someone put a piece of masking tape over the title and wrote things like “Strickland’s Eyes Only” and “Strickland After Dark”.
Mr. Strickland knocked on Room 217’s door.
“I need to borrow Douglas Needles, please.”

favourite colour: i don't really have one, i think. i'm often more a fan of colour combinations than specific colours, but i can't think of a favourite of those either
currently reading: mythos by stephen fry (got it for my birthday six months ago, and now i'm finally making some progress), young mungo by douglas stuart (got it last week as a late graduation present) and one hundred years of solitude has been on my nightstand, a page or 10 read, for a year
last song: according to spotify it was lies by mcfly, though i was already fast asleep while that was playing
last series: i'm watching dimension 20: fantasy high, does that count? otherwise it's skins
last movie: probably luizenmoeder: de film (a movie bases on a dutch satirical tv series about the parents and teachers at an elementary school) it did make me cry which does not happen often
sweet/savoury/spicy: sweet! i got to take home 2 pies from work saturday and i've been happy about that all weekend
currently working on: not a lot? i've been vaguely planning to learn embroidery, but i'm mostly enjoying my holiday before uni starts (i am so worried i did something wrong with my application lmao)

Today is my birthday.
And for this year, here is something I've been thinking about for quite a long time: A good bunch of my favorite male characters - including those I recently knew or I like but not enough as to fanart, but taking away everyone I've abandoned or just felt like they shouldn't be here - all gathered up in a boxing ring, the majority wounded and weary, but some a bit dirty and confused. Serious and sad faces, a dark story to tell behind their piercing bleary looks but for some, way worse.
And of course - the simplycity, cartoonism and bouncyness of my circled neckless heads, bubble eyes and long rectangly trapece bodies. Dedication and pressure to myself cannot be forgotten on this process...as well as telling you this is based off the Whatcha Say meme.

What about some pumpkin carving? To my delight, this is something kiddos can do, so I decided to have everyone in the family carve their own pumpkin. Marlene started things off with a pale orange kitty jack-o-lantern, then Marty took over with a white ghost one, then Douglas did a green cockeyed one, and finally Jennifer finished up with a bright orange wicked one. I think these all fit their personalities nicely. XD
Along the way:
-->The party wrapped up with more dancing and suchlike -- and, as usual, the game treated it like a Bronze-level goaled event and stuck some stuff in the household inventory (some skull-hand lights, I think). You know what, you wanna give my Sims free stuff, Sims 4, that’s fine.
-->Both family and random trick-or-treaters started raiding the candy bowl, enjoying the spooks that popped up. One random celebrity fairy decided to hang out in the house for a while, though, forcing Marty to use the “Send Home” interaction to send her packing. We don’t mind you coming into the back yard, that’s where the candy dish is, but stay off the family computers!
-->Everyone started insisting on sitting on the edge of the pool despite the fact that it was rather chilly and there was a perfectly good picnic table just to their left. *rolls eyes* I know it’s only the second day of fall, guys, but come on. I kept making them change back into their costumes, at least to carve their pumpkins. You WILL keep to the spirit of the holiday!
So, when all was said and done, how did Spookfest wrap up for the McFlys?
