“UGLY BUG” was a choice cut from DOWNWARD’s terrific EP titled ‘The Brass Tax’ & it found the Tulsa-based trio absolutely killing it while carving out quite the niche with their aesthetically apt & Nu_gazing blend of doomer_Alt meets slow_core meets proper_Emo.

“PHANTOM ENGLISH” was the penultimate track from FASHION CLUB’s fantastic debut LP titled ‘Scrutiny’ & it found the Los Angeles-based project tackling the dread of immersed isolation while making it sound downright delectable over an elegant piece of moody NewWave-infused ArtPop.

“SALAD SEASON” was the opening track from FLATWAVE’S latest LP titled ‘Numbra’ & it found the quartet deploying their 🌊 Phila Garagegaze in full while setting the tone across a 4:15 clip of drowsily soft_grunged, grandly amplified & Mazzy-esque AltRawk.

“AURORA LEAKING” was the lead track from FULL OF HELL’s “tour only” EP titled ‘Aurora Leaking From An Open Wound’ & it found the Rhode Island-based quartet bringing their caustic relentlessness across 2 ½ mins of blistered, blackened & death_metaling GrindCore.
