I had an OC idea for a while now but was never quite satisfied with my artworks, so I decided to do some old-fashioned "draw this again challenge" for myself and want to share her :)

These are the old ones dumped together:

I think I got better with poses and propotions thanks to better references 🤔 and flipping my canvas more often. I think I got more consistent with her face as well.

The school uniform change is thanks to the artwork of Ran in the TokRev puzzle game (and the background, too. The old uniform is actually inspired by the rl Roppongi High School). I used ibispaintx, and I obviously have to give credit to them, providing us artists with quality of life improvements.

Should anyone be interested, I might drop her bio afterwards, but I don't wanna bother y’all anymore. Would love some feedback though 😀

the tradition goes on! she's finally in a recognizable space and has a whole torso!! i used to try to render these as realistic as i could, but this year i ditched it in favor of the hatching technique i adopted recently. it's crazy to compare all of the renditions of this drawing and see how far i've come, even if i haven't been drawing that much. :D

Quite possibly the most famous of Internet Art Challenges, “Draw This Again”. Yes, it's about time that I finally got around to doing it myself. We go from “kiddie crafty” to “sophisticated”!
