Ive goten addicted to drying oranges and lemons… my plan was to hang them up but I’m moving soon so I don’t really wanna do it before I move, so now I just have a bunch of dried oranges laying everywhere In my apartment..
Ifs just so easy and they are so pretty!!!!! I usually don’t even dry that in one go. I just put them in the oven on about 75 c for an hour or two, leave them inside the oven with open lid over night to self dry and then I put on the oven for a while more. Simply cuz I’m always out doing shit and can’t be bothered to keeping my eye on an oven all the time.

i just got the strongest craving for dried pineapple simply because I am reviewing my reading for Human Nutrition and glanced over the term “dried fruits.” I literally felt myself salivate. I think the only reason I landed on pineapple specifically is because my mom always mixes it into her nuts+seeds trail mix and i could just eat and eat and eat and eat BUCKETS of that fucking trail mix help help

Healthy & Sugar Free Snacks
It is very hard to find someone who does not enjoy eating fruits in this entire world. Fruits, often regarded as nature's candy, embody sweetness, delectability, and health benefits. Elevating their appeal further is the transformative process of freeze-drying. Freeze-dried fruits emerge as an unparalleled snacking partner for several compelling reasons. Their extended shelf life surpasses that of their fresh counterparts, thanks to the removal of water during the freeze-drying process. This absence of moisture inhibits bacterial growth, ensuring longevity that spans months or even years without succumbing to spoilage.
Beyond durability, freeze-dried fruits offer an intensified sweetness that captivates taste buds. The absence of water concentrates the natural sugars, or the trending No Sugar Challenge, resulting in a flavour-packed, satisfying snack. Moreover, the removal of water contributes to enhanced portability, making these fruits an ideal on-the-go option. In essence, freeze-dried fruits not only preserve the inherent goodness of fresh produce but also elevate it, providing a delectable, enduring, and conveniently portable snack for those who appreciate the sweet side of nature.
Bonvie Snacks: A Healthy Choice of Snacking Partner
Bonvie's process commences with freezing the fruit, followed by placement in a vacuum chamber. Gradually raising the temperature while reducing pressure causes the ice in the fruit to evaporate, leaving a crisp texture and retaining essential nutrients. This unique method imparts a distinctive crunch to their treats. Properly stored in an airtight container, freeze-dried fruit boasts an impressive shelf life, surviving up to a year after opening.
Beyond its longevity, freeze-dried fruit stands out as a health-conscious choice and can help with weight loss as well. Low in calories and rich in fiber, it offers a nutritional boost with crucial vitamins and minerals. The absence of water intensifies the flavour, rendering it a satisfying sweet snack or a delightful addition to various dishes. Bonvie's approach not only preserves the fruit but elevates its nutritional profile, making it a versatile and wholesome option for those seeking both taste and health benefits.
Explore the delectable world of Bonvie's snacks, a delightful array that caters to diverse cravings while prioritising hunger satisfaction. Bonvie offers an enticing selection, featuring banana chips, mango bites, apple bites, strawberry bites, and fruit powder, each boasting a unique flavour palette and distinct health benefits. Whether you crave the satisfying crunch of banana chips or the sweet allure of mango and strawberry bites, Bonvie caters to every taste.
What sets these snacks apart is their health-conscious approach; free from added sugars and preservatives, they provide guilt-free indulgence. Ideal for on-the-go nutrition or a wholesome sweet treat, Bonvie's freeze-dried fruits stand out for their versatility and nutrient-rich profile. Tailored to the preferences of health-conscious individuals, these snacks offer a convenient, satisfying option that strikes a harmonious balance between taste and well-being. Elevate your snacking experience with Bonvie's commitment to flavour, health, and quality.

Gift Basket Hacks: Elevate Your Dry Fruit Presentation
Tumblr media
Dry fruits are a healthy and delicious gift option, perfect for any occasion. But let's face it, a bag of prunes doesn't exactly scream "festive." Fear not, gifting guru! With a few clever hacks, you can transform your dry fruit selection into a show-stopping centerpiece in any gift basket.
Preparation is Key:
Visual Appeal: Sort your dry fruits by color and size. Apricots, golden raisins, and cashews will create a vibrant mix, while darker fruits like prunes and dates can be arranged for contrast.
Freshen Up: If your dried fruits seem a little dull, a quick refresh can make a big difference. Plump raisins by soaking them in a little rum or orange juice for 15 minutes. Apricots and mangoes can benefit from a light dusting of edible glitter for a touch of sparkle.
Container Creativity:
Ditch the Bag: Skip the boring plastic bags that come with store-bought dried fruits. Opt for clear cellophane bags or small decorative boxes. These allow the vibrant colors to shine through and add a touch of elegance.
Layer it Up: Create visual interest by layering different colored fruits in your container. Start with a base of a darker fruit like prunes, followed by a layer of golden raisins, and top it off with vibrant apricots or cranberries.
Think Outside the Box (Literally): Don't limit yourself to traditional baskets. Mason jars, decorative tins, or even beautiful mugs can be transformed into unique and reusable containers.
Sweet Additions:
Chocolate Drizzle: For a touch of indulgence, melt some dark chocolate and drizzle it over your arranged dry fruits. This adds a luxurious element and makes them even more irresistible.
Nutty Nachbarn: Complement your dried fruits with a selection of roasted nuts. Almonds, pistachios, and pecans add a delightful textural contrast and a touch of healthy fat.
Spice it Up: For an extra flavor boost, sprinkle a touch of ground cinnamon, nutmeg, or even a pinch of chili flakes over your display.
Edible Flowers: For a truly show-stopping presentation, consider adding a few edible flowers like pansies or violets. These add a touch of whimsy and sophistication.
Presentation Perfection:
The Finishing Touch: Don't forget the finishing touches! Tie a colorful ribbon around the container or add a decorative pick for a festive touch.
Personalize it: For an extra special touch, consider adding a handwritten card with a heartfelt message or the recipient's initials made from dried fruit slices.
Bonus Tip: If you're feeling extra crafty, line the bottom of your container with shredded colored paper or crinkled tissue for an extra pop of color and visual interest.
With these simple hacks, your dry fruits will go from ordinary to extraordinary. So, the next time you're looking for a thoughtful and healthy gift, consider a beautifully presented dry fruit arrangement. It's sure to leave a lasting impression!
