after sitting down and listening to the vinland saga ost last year and just now starting to listen to the dororo 2019 ost, ive realized just how easily most anime soundtracks can go over your head when you’re paying more attention to the visuals and dialogue (especially if you need subs), and the music should really be experienced on its own at least once

#until this moment I only perceived drr2019's music as a general orchestra + traditional japanese combo but it's so much more than that #and im just..... blown away #and the meanings behind some of the song titles too oh my god #also I had the kny soundtrack on my to-watch list but I removed it so I gotta get it back now hahaah #dororo #kramblings
