San returns to Rua Sound with a four track EP full of detailed and rich breakbeat craftwork. The unknown producer (rumours has it that it’s an alias of a famous UK techno producer?) builds his breaks around small vocal samples so the drums have all the space they need. The first 3 tracks take more of a stripped back approach, while the fourth one (Last) unleashes an infectious amen break that hits you like an unstoppable wave of bass and breaks. Really good release that once more shows that you can still produce fresh jungle without the same soundclash ragga vocals or overused drumbreaks.
