Dru having his own Minions break Balthazar out of prison, only to begin 'courting' Balthazar by sending flattering letters and notes about how brilliant and evil he is to his fortress. accompanied by vintage Evil Bratt merchandise 💖  listen, Dru has learned his lesson that if you want a villainous mentor, the cold open just won't cut it. but now he has a chance to impress and get Balthazar on his side...what better way to do this than by wooing him, either with his own collection or by purchasing rare merch? i like to think that while Balthazar has wealth equivalent to Dru, he doesn't have Dru's villainous connections because he's always been a focused, loner sort of bad guy. who knows how many budding supervillains collected Evil Bratt merch when they were kids?
