I think Zuko and Mai’s relationship is often overlooked. Like they’re not soulmates but they really do mean a lot to each other. Mai is the first person Zuko tells about his doubts of returning to the fire nation, and Mai saves him from Azula bc she loves him more than her. Idk I just hear a lot about how they’re just like young dumb love but I think their relationship is really important and formative for both of them

My favourite poly ship, zukki <3 playing with light and colours is so fun, especially since I'm back in school and mostly painting for my art class.
