odysseus is canonically short as established in the odyssey and athena mentions that diomedes’ dad was short in iliad book 5 so therefore diomedes and odysseus are probably the shortest kings at troy. what they lack in height they make up for in terrible crimes

Ok but what if Diomedes went to Ithaca after getting kicked out of Argos and decided to wait for Odysseus to come back and then he and Penelope got closer in the meantime and he decided Telemachus shouldn't grow up like he did and...

Important question: on a scale of 1-10 how likely would it be for Modern Day Penelope, Dio, and Odysseus to all get drunk and matching tattoos.

i’m gonna say like a 8.5. odysseus would definitely do it and probably wouldn’t regret it. diomedes would join in and then regret it for the rest of his days. penelope is the most unlikely to do it, but if odysseus convinced her it was romantic she might get roped in. she and diomedes probably get them removed together (how cute)
