it’s interesting how people on tiktok love quirky silly phrases about womanhood like “girl dinner” “girl math” “i’m just a girl 🎀” but when it’s a trans woman, dylan mulvaney, making a silly feel-good song about her own experiences as a woman suddenly it’s her who doesn’t understand being a woman and her who’s perpetuating stereotypes, but if it was a cis woman, somebody like taylor swift or olivia rodrigo making a song like that, you would be all over and under the sound. just admit you’re a terf who sees trans women as intruding on ur space. that’s all there is to this, and that’s all there ever has been or will be

I think we can all agree that watching the cast of The Quarry getting grilled by the cops Until Dawn style would’ve been INFINITELY more interesting than that hellish podcast (then again, that’s a low bar 👁👁).
Until Dawn had PLENTY of flaws don’t get me wrong, but the credit sequence was fucking genius. You’re just sat listening to all these poor kids recapping the most horrifying experience anyone can go through, and you can see exactly how much they’ve changed since the beginning. Just imagine the interactions we would’ve gotten out of it! WAY more closure story-wise, and it could’ve been used to drive home the consequences of your actions through different dialogue options based on player choice.
I liked how it was used before and I think it could’ve given us further insight into our characters, the newspaper clippings could’ve been used in conjunction to communicate the outcome they faced after the interrogation and how the evidence collecting mechanic effects the ending.

When someone tells Dylan ‘I love you’(platonically or romantically), he doesn’t reply with ‘I love you too’. He replies with ‘I love you more’ so he can not only show just how much he loves the person but also start an ongoing battle that he knows he’ll win because he’s stubborn and has more energy than the person he’s trying to one up.

which fictional character was Emma Mountebank's gay awakening?
I was sitting here looking at this for like ten seconds and then my answer entered stage left at light speed and hit me like a brick to the face: she def didn't REALIZE it at the time but like, in hindsight... Emma's Gay Awakening was Lara Croft circa 2001. The Angelina Jolie!Lara era.
Honorable mention to Evie's sai fight in The Mummy Returns (also 2001)

Okay now that I have a few more followers who watch Buffy I need you all to know that for Christmas my roommate made me a version of the "Balls." poster in Riley's room. It's literally my favourite piece of set dressing in the entire world I am so obsessed with it and I am delighted to now have the privilege of owning a version of it.
