💜 How Eclipsa and Globgor Met Headcanons ❤️

💜 Original headcanons 🍫

♠️ Ao3 version 🌹

• So, they met in Eclipsa’s rose garden.🌹🥀

• The poofy, teal-haired girl was happily picking roses and placing them in her handmade wooden basket to make a beautiful bouquet later on. 💐

• She suddenly stops when she spots a monster with red skin covered in darker red tiger-like stripes, long white hair tied into a topknot, four eyes, pointy ears, short horns, and fanged teeth roaming around her garden with an angry expression on his face.

• Now, being the monster friendly princess she was, Eclipsa immediately rushed over to greet him.

• Globgor was initially cold (and sometimes even hostile at times), but became much warmer and friendlier over time due to Eclipsa.

• Their meeting was somewhat similar to Star’s and Marco’s in Episode 1 “Star Comes To Earth”.

• Eclipsa came off as a very friendly and energetic girl who was also a little childish. However, Globgor starts off with wanting nothing to do with her, finding her behavior annoying but also adorable without admitting it.

• When Globgor explains to Eclipsa that he’s eaten countless mewmens before in the past and won't hesitate to eat her if needed, Eclipsa simply gives a giggle at the monster's threat, not taking it seriously in the slightest. “Oh no, I’m soooo scared~." He was too adorable.

• Eclipsa really liked him! She liked him so much that she suggested that the two of them meet again, but this time in secret.

• Globgor was beyond flushed by Eclipsa’s offer to meet again. He tends to scare people off, so the fact that a mewman wanted to see him again really caught the size-shifter off guard.

• He decides to accept the offer not because he likes her (we all know he does), but because she asked so nicely. He meets up with Eclipsa more and more in the rose garden.

• They spend long hours talking about things they like and have joke contests to see who will laugh first.

• When wanting to hold hands with him, Eclipsa will say, "Will you be a dear and hold this for me?" and offers him her hand.

• Eclipsa’s light flirting made the red monster even redder.

• Eclipsa taught him how she made rose bouquets and was touched when Globgor made one for her! 🌹

• Globgor didn’t understand Eclipsa’s obsession over snooker bars, but boy did he find it adorable when the princess’s eyes lit up with excitement everytime she devoured the chocolate candy.🍫

•They have romantic rose garden dinner dates under the stars.🌹⭐

• Under the night sky, the two share a slow dance and kiss.

• They eventually fall in love and start secretly dating.

• Eclipsa fell in love with Globgor’s sweet side, and Globgor fell in love with Eclipsa’s kindness.

• Eclipsa decides to take her monster boo up to her room to show him her rockin’ new guitar that she made the other day out of nothing but skeletons!💀🎸

• One day, Eclipsa is playing a rock song on her guitar while Globgor watches in amazement and cheers her on. Solaria (with an extremely long neck) comes in and stares angrily at Eclipsa, who's quietly reading a book. Stretching her long neck, Solaria hovers over Eclipsa. Eclipsa, looking up from her book, happily waves at her mother. Solaria smiles and leaves. As soon as she’s gone, Eclipsa gives a signal to Globgor that the coast is clear and he comes out from hiding inside Eclipsa’s closet. The two then start laughing.

• In an emotional scene, when Globgor asks his girlfriend why she would date a dangerous mewman eating monster like him, Eclipsa is a bit taken aback by this question, but she relaxes with a smile. “You’re incredibly kind, Globgor, and you've changed. You're not dangerous. You wouldn't hurt a fly. You’ve just been hurt so many times by people who look like me.”

So, what do you think is the story behind the darkest spell?

It’s actually pretty simple in terms of my AU’s story and timeline

Eclipsa was in a state of complete despair and agony after the death of her mother. Sure, Solaria was awful and their relationship was really rocky to say the least of it, but that’s still her mother. Not to mention a horrible relationship with a man she didn’t love that was put in place by her late mother. She was in such a state of grief that she was prone to suggestion and irrational thought.

Globgor had been telling her all of these awful things about the Septarians and updating her on the conditions of the war. Globgor decidedly really despises the Septarians and the Kardonas specifically (aka Seth and Zarina) and his biases really informed her perspective (despite her ((now dwindling)) friendship with Toffee)

But what really sent her over the edge was two years later when she it was finally revealed to her that Seth was the one who killed her mother and the descriptions she received about the exact means of execution… which I don’t know if I want to reveal the graphic and gorey details of… let’s just say he found out what she had written about the Septarians in her chapter…

Anyways, the constant pain and grief she was experiencing sent her over the edge and The Darkest Spell was her retaliation against the Septarians for Seth’s actions. She tested it on a few Septarian warriors, but once Seth was informed, Zarina went out to confront the Queen on the battlefield herself. That’s when Eclipsa blew off her arm and sent the whole army retreating. Thankfully no other Mewmans or other types of monsters were present, keeping the illusion of indestructibility and “immortality” alive and well in the minds of Mewmans and Monsters alike.

Eclipsa did regret making the spell, but never really voiced that to anyone (or at least hasn’t yet). She knows how drastic it was and that it was made when she was in a horrible headspace and hates it for that reason alone. The only reason she gave Moon the spell with the contract was admittedly for her own freedom to reunite with her family.

Eclipsa being in a state of turmoil and agony doesn’t excuse the making of the spell, but it at least explains it.

Also fun fact Seth never allowed Zarina to go anywhere and especially outside of Septarsis without a personal bodyguard so he wouldn’t lose her too.

Anyone else ever notice that, before Season 4, whenever Globgor was mentioned, he was only ever called Eclipsa’s “love” and they talked about things like them running off together and obviously we learn halfway through Season 3 that they had a child together....

But it’s not until Season 4 that anyone starts saying they were married? I don’t know if that was (another) retcon because they realized that on the network they were on, having it be that two characters had a child together out of wedlock was a definite “No” (at least if it was done seriously, and not just for jokes like with everyone assuming Mariposa was Star and Marco’s baby), or what t he explanation for it was, just I always found it interesting.

Prologue

(Bad grammar my first time writing a fanfic)

“This is an outrage!”

“Monster Lover!”

“Monster!”

“She is just like Lucifer..”

“Eclipsa…” said a voice shaking a bit before they could say anything she interrupted them “it’s alright my friend.” Her back facing them, watching the horizon before her it will be her last,it’s almost as she knew what would be in store for her “I have tried my best but it appears my best wasn’t enough..”

Before facing them with a gentle smile still on her face even though of the hate and pain that is happening around them she is still smiling through it all..

With a gentle smile still on her face, despite what is happening, she remained resilient. "Just remember what I taught you. Promise me that you and Lilith will take care of each other once..." She trailed off, hesitating for a moment before continuing,

“Once I’m gone”

She observed as they try to stop what will happen to her, but they weren’t able to reach her as they were force back where they once came from, she then turned to face the angels. Wand in hand, eyes filled with determination, her face neutral yet courageous. She was not going down without a fight. A purple light glow began to emanate from her wand, as while her cheek marks shaped like spades..

She makes the first move…
