As we enter farther into late stage capitalism we bare witness to a phenomenon which is quite unlike the revolutionary fall of other economic systems of the past (like feudalism/monarchies in the french rev (as symbolism for the implementation of capitalism as the new global system)). Not completely unlike aristocrats who, historically, were openly and publicly drowning in luxury and lavish. For the uber-wealthy in the west, relatability seems to be key to their personas. They still sit in their metaphorical (or not) castle on the hill, yet they do so by appealing to the working class with pleas of ‘im just like u’ or ‘this pandemic has been hard for all of us’. Seemingly to gain solidarity or even sympathy from the working class. However, with class consciousness rising almost as much as grocery prices, i don’t believe more apology videos in sweatpants and messy buns will save the bourgeoisies’ heads in the next Terror. The more the people see cosplays of working at walmart, the less faint it seems the memory of the women marching on versailles becomes. ‘Let them eat cake’ comes in many forms people!!!

Nov. 27, 2023 - The Human Frequency
Orgonite gifting raises the consciousness of the entire world. Following Denver, we've seen increasing indications of a change of thinking on a global scale, most notably regarding the imminent crash of the world monetary system.

Not my current interest being the Great Depression lol.
I find it curious and wonder how new the idea of “credit” was at the time, as it seems at least part of the issue was people buying stocks with money they did. Not. Have. like….. we know now that is a bad idea, but did the people in the 1920’s know? I can’t say.
However. Like everything in CAPITALISM seems to go, of course the rich dudes decided “hey we can buy each others stock and make it look more valuable!” But bitch that didn’t work!
But also, mass panic (although I hesitate to place blame on the average person) didn’t seem to help. Like…. Don’t take out loans to invest in the stocks and then freak out the second the stocks look a little scary???? Don’t invest money you DONT HAVE????? But also fuck the rich that tried to pay to pretend the stocks were fine?????!!!!!!! OMG -____-
I can’t even conclude this, as I have yet to finish re-researching this piece of history I thought I knew so well when I was 12 lol.
Also, wtf, it took a WORLD WAR to fix this?!?!
Why on earth did humans invent money what the hell.
-____-
Might follow up later - we’ll see XD

Gang idk if u guys are feeling the effects of the food/general shortages, I know a lot of people are like oh so they only have a few bags of cheese instead of a lot no big deal but it's not JUST the food.
A lot of people are unaffected right now but a lot are as well. I'm being affected especially on the cat supplies and medication front. My cat has to eat prescription food so I ordered from the manufacturer themselves and the MANUFACTURER has none because they can't get the supplies. I've annihilated the local pet stores because I can't get it. I also can't get some of my medications. I don't really have a hack but this is something I feel like all of us, especially college kids, should be watching because if you aren't affected yet, you probably will be soon
I, personally, have been beefing up my garden (indoor and outdoor) from the local greenhouse closing for the season clearance (including seeds), trying to find ways to make my own of stuff I use/consume the most, trying to find alternatives to my cats food, learning to mend my clothes, looking into buying more trays for my family's dehydrator, and starting to trade things locally because when walmart won't have it someone should (I get honey and beeswax from trading).
Like I said, not really a hack but something I'm concerned about and would like everyone to start being a little more knowledgeable and prepared for it if they can be

“Nobody wants to work anymore!” Meanwhile I see other people my age and younger talking about how they’ve applied to so many jobs and that even the ones that say “no experienced required” do not get back to them.

What's the end goal of capitalism? Where does it stop? Eventually everyone will be priced out of every industry, no homes, no cars, no free time because of multiple shitty jobs they can't leave, so what happens then? What straw will break the camel's back? This has to be a bubble. Short term gain, long term loss, corporate profits can't grow exponentially forever. We're teetering on the edge, and companies hope we'll stay balanced there indefinitely, but there's no way we can reach equilibrium; we either back away from the edge, or we go over, and I think we all know which one is more likely. Someday, almost certainly within in the next 20 or 30 years, it's all gonna come crashing down, and Gen Alpha is gonna get stuck with the check.
What comes next? It's not gonna resolve itself into some Star Trek socialist utopia, that's not how history has ever worked. From the ashes will rise something far worse than we can possibly imagine.
