dude people are SLEEPINGGG on steamed gyoza. its like one of my biggest safe foods, tasty, filling, low c4l, multiple options AND it doesnt look disorded to eat it?? they usually come in packs of 12 and its like ~350-400 per pack depending on the brand (i usually have itzu), theyre nice on their own, with a couple tbsp of light soy sauce (~10c4ls per tbsp) or in a broth. theyre also easy to make u literally just put them in a colander/strainer over a pot of boiling water for like 10 mins and then ur done.
