💫195 calorie dessert💫
Tumblr media
Ingredients
20g cornstarch - 69 kcal
4g vanilla extract - 12 kcal
300ml oatmilk - 114 kcal
(Possible to replace vanilla with any other flavor f.e. cocopowder, and any milk of your choice)
Mix a few tablespoons of milk with the other ingridients. Put the rest milk on the stove. When it boils, add the starch, vanilla, milk mixture and let boil for a minute.
Use sweetener if your milk of choice isn't sweet already. The thing absoloutely doesn't taste like diet food

✵ easy cucumber salad ✵
refreshing and sooo good for lazy meals. ≈90 cals, rounded up by 5. makes a fair portion. all measurements are guesstimates.
what you’ll need:
⋆ ¼ cucumber
⋆ ¼ cup shredded carrot
⋆ ⅓ cup white or green onion
⋆ ½ tbsp rice vinegar (as an approx. measurement, you probably won’t use that much)
⋆ 1 tsp sesame seeds
simply slice the cucumber, dice the onions, and mix in the carrots. pour rice vinegar and sesame seeds over it and enjoy !
optionally, drizzle a teaspoon of sriracha mayonnaise for extra spice, but it adds 20 cals.

RECIPE TWENTY FOUR
ZUCCHINI FRIES:
YOU WILL NEED:
1 1/2 zucchini (medium)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
1 large egg
3/4 cup breadcrumbs
1/3 tsp salt
oil (for frying)
HOW TO PREPARE:
Cut the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips.
Salt lightly and leave to drain on a piece of kitchen cloth, this should remove the moisture which should be gone in five minutes. You can also use a colander, feel free to experiment.
Pour oil into a large frying pan to a depth of two inches.
 Heat over medium heat.
Lightly beat the eggs in a medium size bowl.  In a separate medium-sized bowl, stir together two thirds the parmesan (i usually eyeball this) and breadcrumbs.
Dip the zucchini strips in the egg, allowing any excess to drip off. Roll the egg-covered strips into the breadcrumb mixture, making sure they are completely coated.
When the oil is hot (about 350 degrees F), fry the zucchini strips in batches until they are golden brown, about 3 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to transfer the fried zucchini to paper towels and drain.
Sprinkle with remaining parmesan and serve.
NOTES:
This makes 3 servings.
Each serving is 140c.
Feel free to hack this with an air fryer, I don’t own one.
You can omit the cheese but i find that it makes zucchini edible... I’m not the biggest fan honestly.
As always feedback, don’t steal my recipes, be nice.

I was researching foods that help you sleep, I've been eating at least one of these before bed/for tea and it stops my binges in the middle of the night!!!!! Yesterday was chicken walnuts and almonds, before hummus carrots bannana and nuts. If anyone struggles with night binges, this works for me and might work for you!!!!

Recently saw an uptick in followers so a few reminders
🚫 NO MINORS if you are lying about your age or not putting it in your bio and you're a minor unfollow me. Please don't put yourself in the weird position of interacting with adult accounts who do not want to interact with kids. Please keep yourselves safe online.
🍄 this is a personal blog to vent about my mental illnesses with little to no filter, it's a safe space for me but I know that means it can be triggering for you. Unfollow or block. Do not follow me to trigger episodes. Please don't report my blog.
✨️I do post mild nsfw content, again this blog is my safe space and occasionally I'll express myself through sensuality and sexuality.
💞 lastly anorexia blogs that seek out followers, in my opinion, are a huge red flag. I do not see the appeal in *gaining* followers on an account that discusses eds in depth. Seeking community is one thing, but I highly recommend staying away from blogs that *want* as many followers as they can get and are promoting disordered eating habits. If that's what you're looking for here, you won't find it.
