--- A light and low-effort meal ^-^ It only takes a few minutes to make and the protein, fat and fibre help keep you full for a good while ! ♡
The salad can be made with whatever vegetables you prefer! I love lettuce very much, so I made that my base before adding in the cucumber, onion and tomato. I boiled the egg for ±7 minutes, but the time will vary based on how you like your eggs ! ^-^ I seasoned it with salt, black pepper and sesame seeds ⊹ ˚.

--- I apologize for not posting in a while,,, things have been absolutely awful at home recently :( buuut I think everything is finally getting a bit better, so I had enough energy to make my food look cute today ^-^
Pear is one of my absolute favorite fruit ever!!! It's so sweet and the texture is so lovely! I just chopped it into cubes and ate it with some plain yogurt (if you don't like the taste, you could have it with low-fat flavoured yogurt!) It was like having dessert for lunch :D
I hope everyone's been alright and your life isn't falling apart like mine is ;-; I adore you and please eat something today and drink lots of water and take care ≽ܫ≼₊˚⊹♡

i don’t understand why i’m not skinny. i eat between 900-1200 cal a day without even trying. the days i eat over 1000 are binge days. i don’t even have think about restricting like this anymore so why the hell am i not skinny??

Not me becoming a junkorexic as my will to live slowly crumbles before my eyes🧋
Literally just living off of sugary drinks, caffeine and cake pops, something that used to be a huge fear of mine lol💀
Heres a question for all of you lovely humans, have you ever had a fear food that later became one of your main food groups?? Idk another fear for me was caloric drinks but now that’s my only source of nutrients, although very little lol. I never thought I’d be the type to waste my cals on pure sugar, I was always so conscious of what I was putting in my body :/
