But there are also other people with whom I feel "normal", I always feel fat but this people don't make this mentally heavy.

1. don't eat without drinking water it will make you binge.
2. only eat small portions.
3. no fast-food or sweets.
4. make vegetables your best friend.
5. no liquid kcal.
Always remember to have metabolism day once a week or two at the most.

ways to burn cals for people who hate excersize
* literally just standing. while doing work, scrolling through tumblr whatever
* stimming !!! stimming or even just fidgeting such as bouncing your leg can burn up to 350 cals per day
* playing with pets
* if you have a basketball hoop, netball hoop or basketball hoop just shooting can burn a tonne and you don't really realise it especially if like me you suck so have to go off running after the ball
* eating ice
* just try and walk a bit faster than your normal pace when your walking somewhere
* taking breaks and stretching
* take a cold shower or bath (be safe, not too long especially if in the shower and start to feel faint get out)
* drinking coffee
* washing the dishes or other household chores
* laughing - burns 50 cals a day if you laugh up to 10-15 mins
* sitting with good posture/ enagaging your core even while sitting down
* chewing gum
* dancing!! you burn heaps and its super fun so you dont normally realise you're doing exersize
* playing any xbox/ wii game standing up bonus points if your competitive and take it seriously
* when you eat choose something you can eat while walking you wont think about the fact that your walking and you tend to eat slower as well.
* wearing high heals
* wearing heavy clothes or putting more suff in your bag to make it heavier
* having sex ...

Just LOVE that my current official diagnosis is "Chronic Pain Syndrome" like that is the most vague ass shit. Like yes I was already aware that I have chronic pain that is why I'm seeing you and your telling me that my diagnosis is essentially "Thing-You-Have Syndrome" and if you try to look it up and see what comorbidities there are for it or common causes or treatments most of the stuff that comes up is about things that have chronic pain as part of the diagnosis like Fibromyalgia or EDS. There is pretty much nothing on why someone would experience high level chronic pain all over their body without it being one of those diseases and those aren't well researched or understood as is. All of which means absolutely shit all for me in terms of help with the problem.
Oh and for those of you that are curious as to what changed my Fibromyalgia diagnosis into this, it was simply that my pain is everywhere and not just in the trigger point locations
