reminder that it’s okay if you let yourself eat more (or a lot more!) for something if you want to. for example it was my best friend’s birthday yesterday, and i ate more than i usually do in a week - all fear foods. and that is okay. i had one of the best days of my life, with people i love and activities i love doing. i lived for a little while. that doesn’t make you weak, or invalid, or, or. remember not to miss out on 90% of life just to weigh 5% less.
todays workouts!! all up it’s about an hr & 5 mins . the food made me nauseous while working out but i feel so much better after getting it done ✅ tmr staying faithful to my water fast!! need that detox 💯
