Black Girls Of Street Fighter (With My Oc, Gbohunmi)
With the reveal of Kimberly, I wanted to show the other black women of Street Fighter including my oc. I really love that Kimberly is the first African American female in Street Fighter. I really can’t wait to see more of her character in the game and hope she becomes as iconic as the other characters of this iteration. I also like to give a shout out to the other girls of African descent in Street Fighter which include Elena and Laura. I include Laura because Blasian is still black. Also I hope they make a canon West African character like my Oc, Gbohunmi, who is from Nigeria. And with so many places in the African diaspora to use, it would be fun if the creators made a black character from lesser used African country or a place that has a African majority population.
For the Street Fighter Reboot movie or TV series, I nominated Mitchell Slaggert as Alex, Michael Obiora as Dudley, Ilfenesh Hadera as Elena, JD McCrary as Sean Matsuda, François Arnaud as Remy, Lyrica Okano as Makoto, Nanda Costa as Laura Matsuda, Esther Acebo as Rose, Jacob Bertrand as Allen Snider and David Sakurai as Garuda.

It’s an interesting beginning of the series. There are some great (and funny) moments. I really like the animation style of this episode. It looks much better than what we’re normally used to. It’s watchable.

There is one thing Jinpei never told any person he met in that one short life, even his childhood friend, Hagiwara Kenji: that one life of Matsuda Jinpei that ended by a trap set by a coward bomber was not his first life.
Matsuda Jinpei was always fated to remember all memories of his previous lifes. In his latest life, he found a novel genre talking about how the protagonist died and got sent to another different universe in their new life. Jinpei had been through the same experience … not only once. Weirdly, he was always born into a world with the same setting and scenery. He was always born in Beika City, and his meeting with someone named Furuya Rei with blond hair, tan skin, and blue eyes was something inevitable.
In his latest life, he got irritated when he met Rei on his first day at Police Academy.
“Zero” was the nickname he first made for Furuya Rei in his first life. But, in his latest life, Morofushi Hiromitsu was the one who made that nickname for Rei.
What a childish reason for bringing out a fight, but Jinpei could not help it. He was trying to hold it in, okay? But, in the end, he was too irritated by that fact. He even swore he would never call Rei by the name “Zero” again, but that nickname just slipped out of his mouth just because he was too happy that he could help the blondie.
“You called me Zero. I guess you are the first after Hiro.”
Jinpei blinked when he heard Rei say that to him. It was one night, on the rooftop, right after they talked about their reason for aiming to be a police officer.
“I did? I called you by that nickname?”
“Yeah, you did.”
Rei was smiling when he answered. It made Jinpei cannot get mad that Rei said he was the first after Hiromitsu.
Jinpei sighed. Right, he did it. He called out for Rei with that special nickname.
That was the time Jinpei finally admitted … it was his loss.
Zero. That nickname was made by Jinpei when he met Rei in his first year of junior high school … on his first life.
She was a beautiful girl who just smiled when a boy in her class called her an astonishing foreigner.
It was not love at first sight. Jinpei did not like how Rei smiled like a good girl when someone treated her like an outsider—not a Japanese. Jinpei called her an idiot for that. Jinpei was never good at choosing his words and thought Rei would be mad for being called an idiot. But, as if she could understand that Jinpei did not mean to hurt her, Rei said Jinpei was right: she was an idiot.
Then, Jinpei heard the story about Miyano Elena for the first time.
“She was my role model. If I was a boy, I might fall in love with her. She told me a girl should not pick a fight with a boy but charm them with a smile instead. I thought her words were weird, and I still am. But here I am, keep living by following what she told me."
Rei was smiling all the time she talked about Elena. It did not take long for Jinpei to know Elena was dead … and she always did in all the lives Jinpei had been through.
In his latest life, since Jinpei reconciled with Furuya Rei, he knew the woman Rei was searching for was Elena, and the fact that she might be dead already. But how could Jinpei tell Rei about that? He would not believe it—at least, without concrete proof.
In the end, in that life, Jinpei ended his life before he reached number 30 in his age … and before … he could tell Rei that he fell for him for … damn, Jinpei forgot how many times he had been fall for Rei already.
In all the lives Jinpei had experienced, he remembered that he always fell in love with every version of Furuya Rei no matter how different he was from Jinpei’s previous lives.
Was it too cheesy to be called fate?
Jinpei did not know.
Before the bomb explosion, he remembered Furuya Rei’s typical overconfident smile right after he sent his last message to Satou Miwako.
Secretly, Matsuda Jinpei prayed that he could finally confess to Furuya Rei in his next life … just in case Jinpei fell for “Furuya Rei” again in his next life.
But, well, who knew?

A/N: Tell me, who the heck made that one scene in The Darkest Nightmare hinted that Rei knew Jinpei? I would haunt them if I left the world earlier than them.
