Elena is not scared of the dark, but Elise was as a child.

Elise's comfort object is a teddy bear with bat wings named Beethoven.

Horoscopes: Raile is a Halloween Scorpio. Elise is a Sagittarius. Elena is a Valentines Aquarius. Corvin is a Sagittarius.

So much has occurred, and so much keeps occurring. Father is dead, following Father Grepilloux, though the latter had passed by my last true journal post. Mother craves absolution, though not from the Christian God she has loved so dearly. She’s on her death bed, and the fear that she may be gone and I may be left to our horrible crime pervades. Mike and Narcisse are home from school, and Mike is haunted. I ride Max’s white mare, finnicky thing.

And then there’s @fastflowerelise​. She smokes cigarettes and has taken my handkerchief. She is a force to be reckoned with. I worry if she may be my undoing, but it is far more likely that she will be my friend.
