Things I did this last “week” (or month, who knows anymore): painted this nice painting, baked Vietnamese honeycomb cake, spent 5 hours doing homework bc we had to use python to code something and that was my first ever time coding LOl, and reevaluating my existence for my personal statements

Yesterday I went to brunch with boyfriend and two friends, we had viet food in pasadena!! and then we went grocery shopping for our hot pot night with other friends from tennis. when I first moved into my new apartment I pictured having nice get togethers bc my living room is pretty spacious, so I’m really happy to spend time with my friends just how I hoped!!

today im hosting another dinner for tennis board officers, but also getting some studying in for the first time in a while lol

Today I had the last board meeting for a club I’m in and I didn’t realize until an hour ago how thankful I am that my boyfriend not only introduced me to this club, but also pushed me to apply for board. He really is a huge part of the person I’ve become :’)

Anyways besides waking up at 6:30 in the morning today for that meeting I also managed to create the perfect watercolor paper and brush for my iPad (procreate for iPad) so that was awesome. I’m thinking about finally adopting an adult lifestyle and waking up early on the usual bc it sucked and all but I really felt more productive and had more hours in my day lol

A lot has happened since the last time I posted! I turned 22 recently!! I had two cakes, one from my family and one from my boyfriend+board. I also went to lake arrowhead for the first time and it was pretty nice up there despite it being chilly. Earlier this week boyfriend took me out to a really fancy dinner at lawrys in beverly hills which was really out of our social bubble LOl

This weekend I have to get some good productive studying in because next weekend is going to be super busy with tennis stuff, plus midterms are coming. Happy lunar new year to those who celebrate as well!!! 🎊🧧

Been grinding out my last lab report for an undergrad class ever and it feels good!!! it’s rainy today so it’s kinda nice studying inside. my friend submitted all his apps for graduate school, and I’m so happy for him! I’ve been job hunting and all that and even submitted a few applications for jobs with ucla health, so hoping for the best 😭Everyone is growing up :’)

Today would have been one month until a huge networking event that I had been planning with my prehealth club, but instead today I sent out emails to tell everyone it’s cancelled. Feelsprettybad but i started a new digital art book to fill the time and its nice to be in touch with my creative side again!

I also got the news that chem and biochem department is preventing undergrads from doing lab research, so there goes my project too ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

On a lighter note, my last final is tomorrow!
