It finally arrived :D Art commission I had ordered from @elleleh as a late birthday present for myself came in today and got the okay to share it here.

As always, it came out beautifully and was well worth every dollar paid, so if you want some well done art, I highly suggest commissioning her when she has comms open. Hell, even just throw love and support her way anyways since she’s an amazing and wonderful woman.

7. A ship I will never write for.... hmmm... that’s going to be rough to answer, honestly. Most of my OTPs I write for. I don’t know if I’ll ever write a story that’s *just* Sukka (atla) or Phoenix (rwby) or something like that. But OTPs are hard for me to ever not write for.

12. Break their heart then make them have happy feels. I’m not too good at comedy writing - occasionally I can pull something off, but it’s rare. So I lean more towards angst than not.

33. SO. The only family member that knows I write fan fiction is my hubby. The rest know I write, just not what. And I write enough original content that I can make that my discussion about that. The hubby is not only aware of my writing, he’s often one of my biggest hype-men, even if it’s only in private. I have a couple of internet friends/family that became such because we had mutual interests in fan fiction/art, so of course they know. <3

48. Oof. That one is rough. I’ve written some stuff I really love over the years, and yet it’s normally not a single line that I like, but rather a paragraph. It allows me to create a scene, and that is something that I love to do. This is the best I can do so far.... To set this a little up, this was for @elleleh‘s OC that I just... love so much (I’m going to finish writing this up for you Elle, I promise... <3) He had just lost his entire family in an attack from his family that he (barely) survives. These three lines were where he finally accepted that the trauma had changed him irreversibly. ‘There were three times in his life that Kite Branwen was broken. It took the third one to leave nothing behind to remake. Like a clay pot broken too many times, the pieces were dust, and the wind had blown too much away.’

(if you aren’t aware of her OC and you know *anything* about rwby, go look at her art of him... her OCs are just amazing)

Hummingbird week day 6: Be Gentle With Me

Summer Rose was a brat, sure, but also likely the softest member of STRQ in terms of affection. Her approach, when the time called for it, was as gentle as summer rain and Qrow reveled in being intimate with someone who handled him with care and love in each of her actions.
