i do think ellie would serialize nicks adventures. Bc he definitely wouldnt since “good people dont do good things for glory” but like he sees ellie passionately clacking away and the people in diamond city are all so riveted by her novellas he’s like. “eh what the heck kid. sure. make yourself a few caps whats the harm.”

cut 2 like 3 editions later and little kids are stopping him in front of the school trailer asking if its true his eyes shoot laser beams like in the latest book “The Adventures of Detective Nick Valentine” and he’s like. Ellie….

Father Nick Valentine?

I know most people find Nick attractive and wished that he could be a romantic companion which i do agree with, but I see him more of a father figure than anything else and I wish that there were more Dad Nick fanfics with him and the player and also with Ellie. Mostly Ellie cause just something about them screams Father and Daughter to me.

Nick got the scumbag who did it he was a former raider and claimed to be "reformed" so he attempted to rob The Perkins Family

He murdered the mother and father but spared their daughter but not out of kindness but because he knew the Diamond City security would've heard the commotion

Diamond City had no orphanage and McDonough and the Diamond City security had no problem with having the young Ellie Perkins living on the streets but it didn't sit right with Nick so he adopted her
