Day 1 : The first, and several drawing attempts

By the time FROZEN was launched in Japan in March 2014, I was spammed by all the Royal Sisters arts everywhere since it's launched in Nov 2013. Especially, those from my Thai artist friends.

At first I was totally struggling with drawing Elsa... I couldn't draw her at all... Then I saw someone drew Elsa & Anna in gender bender version. That's it. That's become my very very first Elsa & Anna––// I mean Elliot & Alfred drawing. (Now to think of the male names, they're Nordic right. I'll change their name to Erik & Andreas then.)

I think I first started posting my Elsa & Anna drawings on Deviant Art, Tumblr, and Facebook. Most of my artworks from the beginning are on DA so you can check them out here.

Well, now that I have a little less stress, and more desire to draw, this thing left them.

I don't draw anything genderbend related really, but Hanne and Elias(? called for it.

With the same Dark Helsa au!, in this case with Elias as the "Ice King" and Hanne.

After the death of the kings of Arendelle Agnarr and Iduna and in a fit of anger and pain, his powers are unleashed by accidentally freezing his kingdom, so he desperately tries to remedy it by helping his kingdom. However, the neighboring kingdoms find out about this and fearfully attack Arendelle, Elias proves to be afraid of war at first, but over time and realizing that diplomacy did not help at all, he ended up using his powers to protect Arendelle.

Liquidating kingdom after kingdom and with time his mercy and fear dissipated freezing his heart.

Each kingdom he defeated was a new kingdom for him, making Arendelle one great empire covered in snow. Likewise, he took prisoners and they were trained to create merciless and resistant soldiers.

Over time, several kingdoms decided to stop wars and ally with the "Snow King" and thus avoid further losses. But others simply did not give in and more warriors and families died.

But Elias continued to feel a great Lack of "Something" that he only managed to "quench" by liquidating and conquering everything in his path.

That emptiness became bigger after his brother Andrew (? Escaped with a girl who belonged to his army. His beloved brother, whom he had always tried to protect, had "betrayed" him. (But that is another story)

Over time his advice let her know that with the rapid growth of his empire, it was necessary for her to marry and have a descendant as soon as possible.

Elias was not going to accept but he realized that if he wanted his kingdom to continue being the most powerful of all he needed an heir with his powers.

The rumor spread to the other kingdoms and that terrified them, because a new heir with magic would only be his downfall, so the kingdoms refused to present the princesses of their respective kingdoms to his majesty. Well not all of them did.

The Southern Isles were, until the great rise of the Snow King to his frozen empire, the most feared and respected kingdom of all.

His wealth was abundant and his army was the most powerful and strong of all (there are those who affirm that if King Elias did not have powers, the army of Arendelle and that of the Southern Islands would be the most powerful and invincible of all).

So when the king of the Southern Isles found out that Elias was looking for a wife, he got down to business, because he saw a great opportunity to expand and form a great alliance with Arendelle.

The king of the southern Islands was the father of 13 daughters and most of them were already married or engaged, except 2 of them; one of his twins Regna and his youngest daughter Hanne.

The king planned to present Regna to Elias as her betrothed, since Hanne didn't really consider her important enough to present to the king.

But when he is face to face with Elias, he seems more interested in Hanne. For the same reason that he can see people's hearts, Hanne's heart is more interesting than Regna's.

So he has more interaction and courtesies with Hanne. With the intention that perhaps she would be better to take her as her wife. The king of the southern Islands was the father of 13 daughters and most of them

(I clarify that this story along with both versions also apply to Elsa x Hans.)

The music started playing, people grabbed their s/o to the dancefloor. others would stand in the back, trying to avoid any creeps asking them to dance.

"king Elson?" You ask, grabbing the young king's attention. "I was wondering if I could have a dance?" You say, holding out you hand, hoping he would agree.

" y/n, I've known you since we were like, 6." He chuckles, covering his mouth in the process. " Yes y/n, I will have a dance with you." He smiles. Ready to grab your hand, but freezes. Realizing what he was doing, he slowly pulling his hand back and looking at the ground in shame.

"come on, concentrate on me and the music." You smile, pulling him on to the dancefloor.

(because you where dancing with the newly crowned king, you two were dancing in the middle.)

You grab Elson's shoulder and held his hand in the air. He did the same but he put his hand on your upper back. Like the true gentleman he is

You look at Hans, 'why does he look you familiar?' you thought

Hans :"nice to meet you" Hans says, bowing down in 'respect'.

Anna and hans : we would like to know if you could know if you could give us you blessing!

You and Elson look at each other and back at the 'couple'

You and Elson : marriage?!?

Anna : yes!!!

( bla bla bla you know how to conversation goes)

(Anna and Elson fight, "then leave" "what did I ever do to you" bla bla bla. Ice happens.)

"Elson!" You shout after him, trying to catch up.

You end up at the back of the castle, catching your breath.

"Elson.....wait!" You shout. Running up to him again. He turns around in fear but gives you a sad face.

"sorry this was our last dance together" he says, running across the water.

"Elson!" Anna yells, running past you and muttering a sorry. Completely ignoring you (her best friend)

"ELSON!" She yells this time, but only louder.

(the end for this one. Sorry for the sad ish ending. It ends the same way as the actual movie, but you and Elson end up together ( ╹▽╹ )

Hello, I have an ask about frozen. Do you think that if Disney went for men Elsa, anything would be different? Like, raising education, the "powers" training, or even the overall personality?

A very interesting question.

Sincerly, I think everything would've been mostly the same, maybe a male Elsa would be a little more bold around other people ... but in general, I don't think the core points necessarily define a "female" or "male" character (but probably I'm wrong about that).

What if both Anna and Elsa were genderbent?

So, I've talked about the possibility of just Elsa being male. In this ask, so I'm gonna piggy back off of this post because the answers are going to be fairly similar, except this time Anna is also male.

As said in the other post, I'm gonna speak on generalizations - I know that not every experience is the same, and not all men and women act a certain way or even identify as one or the other. It's not my intention to offend anyone, and I'm not claiming this interpretation as a fact.

If you have your own thoughts, you can definitely share and express your own ideas. I'm definitely not an expert on this so haha.

In the other post, just to summarize, I said that M!Elsa would be more reserved and closed off in comparison to Elsa, and might be colder and harder to get to open up. I also said his magical outbursts may be more intense and dangerous, especially when angry. However, I felt that he would be more of a show off with his magic than Elsa, and like to build more grand structures and other creations.

I also said that M!Elsa might not be as openly affectionate (holding hands, cuddling in bed, etc.) with Anna, and instead show his affection through playfully teasing her, and being even more overprotective than Elsa already is. M!Elsa and M!Anna will probably have a similar relationship, except with a little less over-protectiveness from M!Elsa.

That doesn't mean I don't think M!Elsa would hug M!Anna or show any kind of affection towards him, I just mean that it might be more rough, and they might be more akin to hurl playful insults than compliments or even pretend fight.

Now, M!Anna's personality. Interestingly, I don't think he'd be much different. Men can also be awkward, determined, brave, reckless, and show unconditional love. M!Anna would probably also still be a hopeless romantic, and want to keep his family close.

However, I do think that M!Anna would be more openly criticized for his awkwardness and recklessness, again due to societal expectations, and would probably be even more self-conscious. His forceful nature may even be a bit more noticeable in comparison to Anna, especially with M!Elsa being even more distant and cold than Elsa.

TLDR - Imagine everything in the films, just with less physical affection, more playful teasing and insults, and more intense sibling fights.

This idea of Elsa and Anna being guys became popular for quite some time. Many great artists initiated this idea and it spread like wildfire. Who wouldn't enjoy seeing handsome Elsa & Anna right?

Might write a full story on my Quotev [Both a Genderbend version and Normal]

She was very mean to you at first

Say you were a guard or worked for the royal palace

You were mistaken as a guest during Elsa's coronation and were dragged off a lot from your work

Even Elsa mistook you for a guest

^She caught you alone and it was so awkward

^ You both looked at each other and you were holding some food on platters

^ "Hungry yeah?"

^ You were confused at first, until you realized she didn't know you were a worker and thought you were a guest eating all the food. "Oh no, I'm not-"

^ "I'm not going to judge you, I don't care."

^ You tried correcting her, but she just kept misunderstanding and then she started revealing stuff to you. You felt bad, because it seemed like she was in a vulnerable place

^ "This whole thing is dumb. None of these people cared when my parents died, yet here they are now. I guess it's easier to be there for the good times than the bad." She remarked, not looking at you

^ You were taken aback, though you didn't necessarily disagree.

^ She looked at you, before apologizing, saying that was rude of her. You shook your head, telling her it was okay, you didn't mind.

^ "I like you. You're nice." She laughed, blushing

^ "You have a nice laugh. I like it."

^ She blushes, before thanking you

When it was revealed she had ice powers you were just as surprised as everyone else, but in hind sight it made sense why she was so on edge

You were forced to go with Anna by Hans, because he saw you chatting up with Elsa [You were a risk to his misson]

You tried convincing Anna that maybe Elsa needed time alone

^But she wasn't listening to you

When you did make it to Elsa, she was very angry

She was yelling and telling you to leave and take her sister with you

^ "She can be the queen, I don't care"

^ "This isn't about her being queen. She loves you Elsa and she wants you safe-"

^ "You need to leave. I don't want to hurt you-"

^ "Then don't!" You yell, but Elsa was furious and she accidentally hit you

She didn't mean to, but it was bad

Thankfully, Anna had found a guy, Kristoff, and he brought you to the trolls

^ But they couldn't help you

Anna felt bad and confronted her sister about it or at least she tried. Elsa knew she had gotten you and she didn't need her sister making her feel worse

You just wanted to go back to Arendelle, especially if you were going to die

Elsa tried to talk to the trolls and they told her that Anna and Kristoff took you back to Arendelle

Though, before she could get back, she was captured and imprisoned

Anna tried helping you, but Hans turned on you both and locked you in a room

"He's going to kill your sister." You told her and while Anna tries to stop you, you go looking for her sister

Anna calls your name and ends up finding Kristoff to tell him what happened

You find Hans holding a sword, about to swing at Elsa, calling her a murder

But you freeze just in time and you defend her, breaking Hans sword

Luckily though, Elsa does end up bringing you back, though without even realizing she was in love

She hugs you tightly, profusely apologizing for everything, before realizing how to get Arendell out of winter

Hans was exiled, instead of imprisoned, because Elsa didn't want him anywhere in Arendelle

You become part of the royalty, because Elsa makes sure to include you in everything

After you saved her life, she saw you in a whole new light

Granted, she already kind of liked you, but now she was scared to lose you again

She gets so nervous around you and her sister notices and confronts her, but Elsa alimentally denies it

But Anna just needs one slip up and she eventually gets it

Elsa was watching you all lovingly and didn't realize her sister was behind her

"Staring at Y/n?"

Elsa was embarrassed that she had gotten caught and instead of fighting it, she decided to ask her sister for help

Cue Anna playing Match maker

You and Elsa have become very close, so it won't be hard to get you two together

And when you both do together, Anna is so happy because she's never seen her sister so happy and extroverted before

Porque en su sueño estaba recostada cómodamente en pasto verde y refrescante, con el sol acariciando cuidadosamente su rostro, con las flores llenando el ambiente entero con su aroma maravilloso y con uno que otro pajarillo cantando como si fuera parte de un cuento de hadas extremadamente mágico. El sol estaba despejado, frondosos árboles se alzaban sobre ella y la brisa dejaba cosquillas tiernas en su piel.

Ella estaba recostada en el pecho de alguien, no tenía ni idea de quién era, pero estaba abrazándola con tanto cariño y cuidado que Hylla sentía que jamás la habían amado tanto en toda su vida. Había una fría mano acariciando su espalda, unos dedos largos que trazaba líneas invisibles en su cuerpo y dejaban a su paso reconfortantes escalofríos que estaba disfrutando tal vez demasiado; otra mano jugueteaba con sus dedos, los entrelazaba, repasaba las marcas de sus palmas o acariciaba el dorso. También habían unos labios que de vez en cuando dejaban besos en su cabello, esa, sin duda alguna era su parte favorita.

En algún momento, sin ella quererlo, alza la cabeza para ver el rostro del pecho en el que recostaba.

Le encantaría decir que se sorprende y se espanta por ver a Ezra, pero sería mentira. Es más, se queda maravillada, completamente embelesada y contenta por un simple motivo.

Ezra está sonriéndole de una manera tan encantadora que realmente parece que nadie jamás le ha hecho daño alguno. Y eso es maravilloso. Las cosas no hacen más que mejorar, porque en algún momento él deja de juguetear con su mano y sube su mano para acunar una de sus mejillas.

–No tengo ni idea de que sería mi vida sin ti, Hylla –le dice tiernamente, pronunciando su nombre de tal manera que ella no puede evitar temblar de pieza a cabeza y dejar que el aire se le escape por completo de los pulmones.

–Nunca tendrás que descubrirlo –le promete ella mientras se levanta un poco para acercarse a él. Esa sonrisa de finos labios rojizos está arrastrándola a hacer cosas que no sabe si sería capaz de hacer despierta, está arrastrándola tiernamente hacia un grave error que no tiene ni idea si puede negarse a cometer.

Se baja para besarlo y en cuanto prueba un poco de esos dulces labios despierta bruscamente.
