wow. I just realised that like I have control over what I write.

When I plot, I typically think “ok, what would this character do?” or “how can I trace motivation and action/reaction?”

That logic led me to breaking up a couple I really like. Even tho I knew it wouldn’t be forever and I had other relationships that were fun, that’s just not what I wanna write.

I really don’t wanna tell a story where love isn’t enough. and, I just realised, I can just..... not do that.

so, now they’re staying together. they’re gonna get thru it. they’re gonna love and support and understand each other. 

when the world is dark, it’s gonna be relationships that keep light in -- parents, friends, family, lovers. am getting emotional in this fandom of 1.
