BLOOM
Bloom — is Result — to meet a Flower
And casually glance
Would cause one scarcely to suspect
The minor Circumstance
Assisting in the Bright Affair
So intricately done
Then offered as a Butterfly
To the Meridian —
To pack the Bud — oppose the Worm —
Obtain its right of Dew —
Adjust the Heat — elude the Wind —
Escape the prowling Bee
Great Nature not to disappoint
Awaiting Her that Day —
To be a Flower, is profound
Responsibility —

Nature and God- I neither knew
Yet both so well knew me
They startled, like Executors
Of my identity.
That neither told- that I could learn-
My secret as secure
As Hershel's private interest
Or Mercury's affair-

Nobody came!
Emily Dickinson inspires me
Nobody came to my door
Warned me fame ..
isn't what I'm looking for
Said people are deceiving
They will tie you alive and start eating
Your work,your soul
everything you ever wished for
They'll destroy, they'll ploy
And soon they'll get you toyed
Liveless, lifeless..
You will become as soon as they know you
They will always come for you
Wearing friendly faces as disguise
Fake love , respect and faker smiles
They'll steal what you church most
Your poems, your peace , your sight
Nobody sayings disturbed my head
Got me in dwelling spin of thoughts
Nobody disappeared the way he appeared
Right before me in the thin air
Leaving me stranded in questions marks
Uncrossed T's and unpointed I's
Always comes when least expected
Like unwanted guest never invited
Only souls see the truth,
So I don't care if I get blinded
As long as I have my poetry
I shall not fear no darkness

To own a Susan of my own
Is of itself a Bliss—
Whatever Realm I forfeit, Lord, Continue me in this!

Culaccino
We live, we long, we hide,
In the café’s corner table,
Years spent, here together
Stuck in a rut as we sonder,
Sombre, you do not hear
me, or my troubles, you hear you;
Your voice and your judgements,
Double-sided encouragement,
Passive-aggressive help,
“You can do anything you want!
… As long as I approve.”
Your approval is confining.
I am my own person.
“People are cruel, people are mean,
That’s just life, c’est la vie.”
Repetition does not breed truth;
Every chrysalis breaks,
Metamorphosis doesn’t stop
or wait to be approved.
“I’m just trying to protect you!
Without me, you will fail.”
Ha! Va te faire foutre.
You can’t tell me what I must do
For I will not listen
anymore, I cannot listen,
Lest I cease to exist.
If the world is my oyster, then
Let me search for my pearl.
My feet are restless here, idle.
I am one drop away
from meniscus breaking, I need
to leave, I need to live,
Away from your hesitations.
Your life is not my life.
The world is wide and full of soul,
And I am wanting for it all.
