EMMETT CULLEN AND SKIN CARE 💖

i did this one with Jasper and y’all seemed to like it. I think I am going to write with the others Twilight characters :)

warnings: swearing and Emmett being weird.

So first of all, Emmett cares about his appearance. Like, a lot.

Even though he can’t age and his skin is flawless, he will still wear some makeup sometimes (usually for fun)

Dating a human has been a quite funny experience to him. He loves to watch you doing human regular things.

And this include him watching you doing your skin care routine completely AMUSED

His eyes literally shined when he first saw how much different and colorful products you keep in your vanity

Every night you’ll be using your regular serum and he will beg for his life to see you using that pink face mask that you recently bought because it’s ✨cute✨

Emmett is always delighted when you ask him to go shopping with you

“I’m not using this, babe, it’s not for my skin type”, you say as he keeps putting things in your basket just because he wants

“I’ll try it on my skin”, he’d say

He doesn’t care if you’re doing your own shit, he wants to sit besides you in your vanity bench and wants you to put all sorts of products in his face

“How do you feel?”, you say after finally put a red face mask on his face

“Fucking delicious”, and the boy will put the most devilish grin in his face

Emmett lived during the 90s and he had created this deep fantasy within him of a skin care date night watching a movie or so

Now that you’re his soulmate, that is possible

So he LOVES to pick a movie (Usually something like Hocus Pocus or maybe Clueless) and sit in your carpet in front of the screen while you wait for the products to dry or to make some effect on your skin

And I have to say that Emmett is the type of person to add comments throughout the movie

I will maybe work on that later but he’s the type to add a joke during a scary scene in a terror movie that will get you wheezing instead of horrified

After a few skin care dates, Emmett developed some good taste in self care products 🤌🏻

I know that he likes his appearance but he was the type of guy to use anything he could reach.

Before you, he would use Rosalie’s shampoo (which makes her furious) and Carlisle conditioner (he doesn’t really care but it’s not for Emmett’s hair type)

But since you’ve started dating, Emmett knows his hair type, your hair type, your skin type and he has memorized every product you use everyday

Now he can go shopping by his own and buy exactly what you need

But you always go with him because it’s so much fun

Sometimes you’re just giggling around the store nonstop because of something Emmett did

Like the time he drop a whole shelf of products when he turned around to your call (and his shoulder hit the shelf)

Emmett is the type of boyfriend to tag you in a Instagram’s post of those influencers skin care products haul

And you LOVE IT because he usually actually buy the products when you seemed to like one in specific

Carlisle is a very rich man which means he will spoil you a lot. Not only with expensive gifts but also with a lot of attention and affection.

Every time when he gets home from work, he welcomes you with a kiss and warm hug.

When he has a day off, he will cook with you (even tho he cannot eat it, it's just about the time he can spend with you) or you will lay on his lap with his hand stroking your hair and book in his other hand, reading to you.

Every Friday he will take you to a fancy restaurant and than for a slow walk around the nearest park.

On your birthday or on International Women's Day (or any other 'special' day) he will spoil you even more than on normal days. Expensive jewelry, perfumes, clothes, shoes,...

He will bring you flowers at least once every two weeks. And every July he will take you on vacation and you can choose where.

Esme is such a kind soul so it's no surprise that you two fell in love with each other fast.

She will take you on a date every Saturday. Mostly coffee dates are her favourite. The two of you can talk for hours while drinking delicious coffee.

She will also enjoy baking with you (even tho she cannot eat/taste them)

She has many polaroids with you on them or with the both of you on them and has them hang in her closet or the small table beside her bed.

She loves when you paint her nails and massage her legs and she will always return the favor.

She loves sunny days but because she's a vampire and her skin sparkle on the sun, she cannot go out where people can see her, BUT she can go somewhere private like meadow or forest where you two can be alone and on the sun!

⤷ Emmett Cullen - he fell first and harder

Emmett was absolutely over the moon when you two started dating, because he knew from the start that you two are just meant to be.

He loves, loves, LOVES when you sit on his lap. He doesn't care if you are stroking his hair or doing make-up on him, he just want you in his lap, so he can embrace you with his big arms and muscular body.

He'll dance goofily around the bedroom with you to some catchy hip-hop songs he has found.

He loves cuddling with you especially when he can be the big spoon, because he likes how tiny you're compared to him.

Matching pyjamas and make polaroids in those pyjamas, which happens to be one of his favourite memory and polaroids.

He doesn't really like reading books but he always wants you to read to him, because he loves your voice.

⤷ Rosalie Cullen/Hale - you fell first but she fell harder

Rosalie has trust issues and trauma because of her past so she wouldn't fall in love easily nor fast, but trust me when she does fall in love; she loves hard.

She loves having spa day with you which includes face masks, painting nails, shared warm bath and much more.

She will take you to the mail shopping almost every day and will buy you everything you look at.

She doesn't like much PDA but she will hold your hand in public but if she gets jealous, she will show the person she's jealous off who you belong to.

She doesn't show it to others just you, but she loves cuddles. She loves when you lay next to her, face to face so she can see your beautiful face.

She's also very protective over you, so if any guy or a girl makes you feel uncomfortable (or unsafe), tell her and she will make sure they won't approach you ever again.

⤷ Edward Cullen - first and only love

Edward waited so many years for you, but it was worth it because he finally got you.

He loves when you kiss his forehead even tho he has to lean down because of your height difference, it makes him feel safe. Still his favourite place to kiss you is on your lips.

Edward will write poets for you and about you on small piece of paper and then put them somewhere in your room where you will notice them like your closet or on your book, laptop, notebook, pillow,...and he will bring you your favorite flowers right after the previous ones he gave you have withered.

He will also write songs about you (or for you) and then play them to you on the piano. Which he absolutely loves because you sit right next to him and look at him with those beautiful eyes of yours full of love. Edward cannot read your mind but he can sure read your eyes, the small spark and the love in them when you look at him, he just loves it!

Loves cuddling with you, his favourite position is when you lay on his chest or when he's the big spoon, face to face or hugging you from behind.

He loves having deep talks with you and he'll tell you about his childhood or about the time he was born in.

⤷ Jasper Cullen/Hale - unconditional love

Jasper can be sometimes insecure just as much as Edward, they even have similar reasons... Jasper is afraid of him hurting you, he's afraid that he won't be able to control himself around you, but your words of affirmation and gently touch will calm him down.

Jasper doesn't talk much, he rather listens and he loves listens to you. It doesn't matter what you are talking about, he just loves your voice.

He will take you for a horse ride because he loved it back when he was a human and because he was a cowboy, but you two will have to share the horse because he wants your arms around him.

At first he was a bit scared of cuddling with you (again because of his control) but soon as your hand went to his hair, he melted. Both of you realized how touch starved he's so now cuddling is an everyday thing.

Jasper is a gentleman like Edward or Carlisle so he will also bring you flowers every even week.

He'll read to you to make you fall asleep, because his smooth voice is like a lullaby to you. But if Jasper feels that you are anxious, he will calm you down with his gift and than talk to you what made you anxious, eventually he will cuddle you.

Alice (because of her gift) always knew you were the one, her one and only true love. So when she first saw you, she couldn't help but babbling to her adoptive siblings all day how amazing you are and how she's already in love with you.

She'll go to the mail with you and make small fashion show with you in the cabins with all the cute outfits she found for you and you for her.

She's mostly the small spoon (sometimes she is the big spoon but depends on the situation) while cuddling because she loves when you hold her in your arms and stroke her back.

Outside, in front of other people, she will always hold your whole arm, not just palm.

If you have trouble falling asleep, she will gladly sing to you while stroking your hair.

She'll buy matching clothes, jewerly or nail polish, because she loves when you two match your outfits or other accesories.

Jacob is willing to do anything and everything for you, his imprint. He will kill for you, he will die for you, he will do just everything.

Jacob can be sometimes insecure because he isn't that rich like the Cullens and he thinks you deserve someone who will treat you like a queen, so once again he's willing to prove you that he's worthy of your love.

He'll make you a small wolf and your favourite flower out of wood and attached it into a bracelet, which he will eventually give you to your birthday.

He's also a big cuddle bug, because he's so warm will make you comfortable enough to fall asleep. He's most of the time the big spoon because he feels like he's protecting you but he doesn't mind to be the little spoon. Cuddling also leaves his scent on you so every vampire or shape-shifter (wolf) can smell who you belong to.

He'll take you on motorcycle rides. Also he will drop you at your school on his motorcycle and then he will pick you up. Also he'll let you ride on his back while he's in his wolf form.

Jacob doesn't like fancy restaurants, he prefers his or your bed with some snacks and movies, cuddling of course!

Seth hoped that he will met his imprint someday and he heard from the others how amazing the feeling is to imprint on someone, but no one really prepared him to him because when he first saw you, your beauty hit him like a brick. Seth will make sure you are always in a good mood with him, either he could tell you some stupid joke or cheesy pick-up line.

He maybe look like a cute baby but don't let his cute face fool you because he won't hesitate to kill for you, so it makes him really protective over you.

In his wolf form he's like a big puppy but only to you and he loves giving you piggy back rides in his wolf form.

Cuddling really depends on his mood; if he's in good mood he will be the little spoon with his head placed on your lap; if he's in a bad mood (mostly when he's jealous) he'll be the big spoon to show others that he can protect you.

He loves baking with you but he's clueless so he will just stand there and watch you or mix some ingredients, often sneaks up a kiss on the cheek while baking.

At first Leah hated the fact that she actually had a imprint, so she would try to stay away from you as much as possible and when she couldn't; she would have some nasty comments towards you, but it hurt her as hell when she saw how sad she made you or worst insecure.

She tried hard to stay away from you but she failed, miserably. She needed you, she needed to be with you, so she will explain everything to you same as she would apologize for her acting.

Very protective of you, anyone could just try and test her patience.

At first she wouldn't want you to be near her while she was in her wolf form because she was much bigger and stronger so she was afraid that she could hurt you, but she became a sucker for scratches behind her ear.

Seth will often tease his big sister because she's really soft when it comes to you, which makes Leah give Seth few playful slaps.

When it comes to cuddling, Leah is the big spoon because she has the urge to protect you and being the big spoon makes her feel like she's protecting you in you sleep.

⤷ Paul Lahote - rough love

With the term 'rough love' i mean that Paul is passionate lover and is willing to do anything for his imprint, you.

Paul isn't very patient when it comes to people but you are an exception. Still he's aggressive when someone push his buttons but you are always here to drag him away and calm him down.

Just a single touch and Paul's full attention is on you. Which brings me to the fact that he turns into a puppy when you touch him, your touch is just to comforting.

He's the big spoon because he feels like he protects you and it makes his scent stay on you.

He can get jealous very easily, he trusts you but he doesn't trusts the others and he doesn't want any boys or girls too close to his imprint.

Loves everything you cook or bake and will always eat everything.

Overprotective, if any vampire even dare to touch you, he'll kill him.

Charlie is old school but still a huge gentleman.

He will bring you flowers every time you had a bad day and some chocolates when you had a good day to make it even better.

He loves watching old movies or crime/detective movies with you, with his arm around your shoulder.

When he has day off, you two will go on a picnic date which always ends up with you laying on his chest while he's telling you some stories from work.

Every time you bring him a lunch into his police office, he will welcome you with a warm, thankful smile and thank you with a kiss on your cheek.

He will protect you even more than before, when he finds out that there are vampires and werewolfs (shape-shifters).

⤷ Bella Swan - teenage love

Bella will be awkward and nervous when she first spoke to you, because you were just too beautiful to be real. But to her surprise she made you fall in love with her which made her so, so happy.

First attempts of trying to cuddle with her or just show her simple romantic affection were awkward because she was just to nervous, eventually she will warm up and feel more comfortable.

She find our that you touch calms her anxiety and nervousness so whenever she's nervous or anxious she will just hold your hand and squeeze it gently.

Charlie was very happy that his daughter found someone like you, which made Bella even more happy when she saw how you, the love of her life and her father get along.

Often having sleepovers at her house when Charlie has night shifts, which always leads to matching face masks and cuddles.

Kisses on the cheek are her favourite, because she can easily turn and give you small peck on your cheek and visa versa.

Thinking about casual dominance with the Cullens

Carlisle makes sure you bring a jacket whenever you go out. You both could be halfway out the door and he’ll turn around just to go get one for you (not without a gentle scolding, of course)

Esme never lets you cook for yourself. She’s so excited to have someone to cook for. Plus, it allows her to make sure you’ve eaten well that day.

Edward keeps track of all your likes and dislikes. He can order for you at restaurants flawlessly and is not afraid to send the dish back if it’s not up to standards. It also lets him keep Alice’s party plans in check (after all, you can’t enjoy yourself if things are subpar)

Jasper has a hand on your waist at almost all times. He guides you through crowds and away from people he deems threatening. He’d also kneel and tie your shoelaces for you if they came undone. He doesn’t want you to trip!

Emmett is not about to let people disrespect you. If someone gets a little too passive aggressive in history class, he’s gonna call them out on it. Holds you close and glares at them in the cafeteria.

Alice picks your outfits. She insists she knows more about fashion than you and that you should listen to her expertise, but it’s usually just so you two can match. She’d even help you get dressed if you let her.

Rosalie helps take care of you. Makes sure you drink lots of water and brush your teeth every morning/night. She’d definitely give you a little “excuse me?” look if you say the routines aren’t that important (because taking care of you is important)

Cullen Clan Reacting To Their Crush Being Disinterested In Them

Carlisle Cullen

Being alive for just over 400 years tends to give one a good perspective on life and the bigger picture, and Carlisle sure has a pretty good idea of how all things pan out. So you're not interested in him? That's fine, Carlisle can wait for as long as you need to change your mind.

In the meantime, Carlisle will continue to maintain your friendship and continue to show just how hard he's worked to become the kind caring father figure he is. He knows you'll fall for him, eventually.

Esme Cullen

Obviously, she's not going to stop caring about you just because you don't return her feelings. But she might switch up how she shows her affection.

Rather than flirty winks and suspiciously candle-lit wine tastings, she'll back up to more traditionally motherly affections. Making sure you're eating right, baking cookies, etc. And of course, giving you homemade soup when you're sick is still one of her favourite things to do, no need to stop now.

Edward Cullen

Of course, you're not interested, how could anyone love a monster like him? Who did he think he was, thinking he was worthy of your love? Or so his inner monologue goes.

But it's really not that dramatic, it almost never is, Edward just sprung his crush on you suddenly and it caught you off guard. It was largely the excessively long preamble about how he was an irredeemable murderer that put you off first, but of course, he won't realise that until considerably later.

Rosalie Hale

She's a little relieved actually. All her mortal and immortal life, Rosalie has been aggressively pursued by people she wasn't particularly interested in, so the fact that she can crush on someone who isn't really that interested is a wonderful change of pace.

For the first time ever, Rosalie has butterflies in her stomach, she fumbles with her words when she speaks to you, and she feels like a silly, mortal teenage girl again, begging her mother to let her go to the dance just so she can sneak away to catch a glimpse of someone just like you.

Emmett Cullen

You and Emmett had been good friends for a while so when he casually drops a blissful "We should get married" into the conversation, you initially choke on your drink in laughter.

Emmett's a little heartbroken that you'd laugh at something like that, considering that he was being 100% serious. But since you've known him, the both of you have been constantly cracking up jokes, trying to get on each other's nerves, so no wonder you thought this was another one of his pranks. He decides to take this reaction as a blessing, you have no idea he's actually into you, now he knows he has to work out a different way to confess his feelings for you.

Alice Cullen

She's a little confused obviously, having multiple visions of the two of you in a romantic relationship kind of gave her the impression that it might've been going to come true, but your disinterest says something else altogether.

But the worst part is that those damn visions of you and her together keep coming back, taunting her, luring her in deeper to despair with the thoughts of what might be. It's all getting so intense, so she decides to skip town for a bit, see if that changes anything, or at least helps her clear her head.

Jasper Hale

Oh well, so you're not interested in a romantic relationship, so what? Doesn't mean you can't still be friends. Doesn't mean he can't be the charming Southern gentleman he is. Doesn't mean he can't still pull out chairs or open doors for you. Or send anonymous bouquets to your house. Or leave your favourite snacks in your locker when you're having a rough day. Of course not.

It doesn't mean he can't worry about other people who might want to date you. Doesn't mean he can't scare off people who'd be bad for you. I mean, what else are friends for?

You were the daughter of an old friend of Esme's, your mother died giving birth to you and your biological father just wasn't fit to take care of you. Esme and Carlisle took you in under your bio-mom's wishes.

Anyway, Esme was over the moon excited to have a baby in the house, she practically never put you down... Unless Carlisle wanted to hold you and cuddle you.

The two never really gotten the chance to be actual parents, with the other's they were already grown and matured, but with you they could finally experience parent hood.

Jasper is your go to person when you have a problem, he's the best listener and he has your back.

As you got older the protectiveness got old, high school wasn't easy with them around but honestly they're the reason you survived.

But the protectiveness didn't get really annoying till you met Garrett, your mate.

In all honesty it's Edward and Bella's fault (Emmett words not yours). You and Bella don't get along at all and she's jealous of yours and Edward's relationship... That's a story for another time though, this is yours and Garrett's story.

Anyway, the family didn't really expect it to happen. After going to Egypt with your parents you decided to met the other guests, that's how you met Garrett.

He cought your eye immediately and the feeling was mutual, Carlisle didn't like how Garrett would look at you.

“who were you talking to?” your dad asked after leaving the living room. “dose it matter?”

“no, no, it doesn't matter unless it's a Boy!”

You just brushed it off, knowing your dad was just being over protective and You continued to get to know Garrett.

You thought he was very charming and funny. Dispite the situation you were currently in with Renesmee he was always making you laugh.

Your parents were happy and all, but at the same time Carlisle didn't want to see you get hurt.

“Dad, what are you doing?” you asked after put some space between you and Garrett.

“there should be a safe distance between you and boys... Especially this one”

Anyway, Garrett realized the problem and went to Carlisle about it. They were both old fashion.

“I think I love your daughter and I want to your promising to date her”

Carlisle's problems seemed to go away slightly. “well it's up to her... But if you hurt her you'll deal with me”

after your family won the battle with the vulturi he took you at on that date. He treated you like a queen the whole time and he asked you to be his girlfriend at the end of the night.

So he did join the coven after awhile. The whole nomad life wasn't pleasant to him anymore. He even changed to the vegetarian diet for you.

He likes like being productive of you, but he knows you can take care of yourself.

Emmett dose send deth threats when you started dating. “you better not hurt her” carlisle doesn't have a violent bone in his body, but Emmett dose.

But after the family saw how happy you were they welcomed Garrett into the family with open arms.

“I'll follow you anywhere woman” he smiled.

Carlisle:

Ngl, he probably thought it was a bit odd at first glance

Then he got a better look and realized all those tattoos and piercing really fit you :)

He definitely likes to touch your tattoos

Wants to watch the tattooing process, and looks into the aftercare process for them and piercings so he can be more educated

Is always lowkey checking on your healing tattoos and piercing to make sure they are healing properly

Esme:

She loves the way your piercings fit your face

Loves any more simple tattoos and piercings because if she were to ever get one she'd just get a small simple tattoo or piercing

Thinks it so cool how the tattoo grow with you and change over time as you age

Definitely buys any cute jewelry she sees for you

Emmett:

He thinks its so hot and badass

And hes def not afraid to say so

I like to think that since vampires can see in the dark well that they have a tapetum lucidum, aka the part of the eye that reflects light and makes them shine in the dark.

Like imagine Bella looking out her window at night and just seeing Edward's two creepy glowing eyes in the tree.

Twilight Saga Headcanons - What They Smell Like

The Cullens:

Carlisle takes great pride in his grooming, but tends to go for scentless soaps because some of his patients have allergies. Always somehow smells a little like disinfectant when he gets home after work. He somehow smells very ancient, like incense and a scent you might discover walking through an extremely old and dusty church.

Everything about Esme smells delicate. Her favorite scents as a human were floral and light, like lavender and rosewater. Definitely has an aroma of perfume that trails after her, though she doesn't wear any.

The only way to really describe Edward's scent is clean. Icy cedar, fresh snow, and oranges. It's a pure, subtle scent.

Rosalie's scent is arguably the most powerful. It isn't strong, but it's enticing. It's like warm Tennessee Whiskey and dripping honey - a scent that's designed to seduce and draw you in.

Emmett would absolutely smell like Axe body spray if Rosalie would let him wear it - she doesn't. It stings EVERYONE's noses to an insane degree. Overall, though, Emmett smells like warm velvet, like a blanket you've just pulled out of the dryer.

Even after all this time, Jasper still carries the faint scent of gunpowder. There's something about his scent that stings, like mint and eucalyptus.

Alice smells like salt and coconut, like a sweet and windy beach day. She also carries a light scent of sparking ozone, but it's so faint that sometimes they all forget that it's there.

Wolf Pack:

Sam assumes he smells so much like food because of the many hours spent in Emily's kitchen. Sam is warm honey mixed in with steaming oatmeal; fresh bread and maple syrup.

Jared used to smell like leather because of the jacket he always wore to school, but that was destroyed years ago when he phased. It's an extremely manly scent mixed with vanilla and amber.

Paul's scent is very warm and spicy, a natural and earthy woodsy musk, like the soil after a heavy rain. It can tingle your nose, but it's still very attractive.

Surprisingly, the one who smells most like the outdoors is Embry. His whole body is tied to the scent of patchouli and pine; it's a very nature-based scent.

A lot of Jacob's scent is mixed in with how much time he spends around cars, so you'll get a whiff of rush and metal and probably motor oil, but it isn't unpleasant or off-putting.

Tobacco is the leading scent for Quil, which he assumes is because of his grandfather. He also smells very much like ginger and cinnamon.

Though she's never been a big reader, Leah smells like old books and paper. It's a bit of a dusty scent, but goes well when mixed with her favorite vetiver lotion and body wash.

Seth has a very bright and welcoming smell, like cinnamon sugar or a freshly baked pie crust. It's a smell you somehow always associate with your childhood, but you can't put your finger on exactly why.

How they feel when they find out you're Mates Headcanon

Edward

To find his other half and their blood not fully rile him up or antagonize his family was a blessing all on its own, other than the fact that he found his mate (removing the brooding emo dude from the Cullen's lives and making him a decent teen) and to make things even more interesting was how you're his opposite, kind of acted more like his coven brother Emmett (which no one admits to his face)

Emmett

Enamored by you since the second he laid eyes on you. Swears up and down by any god he and his family believe in (with the whole vampires have no soul, who knows what they actually believe in) that he was saved by an angel especially as he was bleeding out due to deep claw marks from that damn bear and will call you "his angel" till the end of time (which might be never) because you are, in fact, his angel

Jasper

Definitely a good thing he met you when he did. Meeting you just a little after his time with Maria definitely changed him for the better and he will forever believe it because he knows for a fact that you are the one who saved him before you two found the Cullen clan, but thing is, only Edward knows this for sure because it's hard for him to talk about his feelings (not wanting to affect the family, his powers can get crazy when he admits his feelings)

Alice

She was so excited when she had the vision of you. She obviously knew way before you that you two were going to meet but it was still interesting because you're someone who can easily match her energy or turn into Edward in two seconds (an emo dude who wallows alone) either she loves you and will help you through whatever it is you're feeling

Rosalie

She was not expecting to meet her mate like ever, especially after taking care of the man she thought loved her (and was her one and only). Her revenge plan didn't do much to help her through everything but then she was turned, then you came into the picture and, even though it took some time, you are the reason she was able to change her perspective on love (all she needed was you to show her the better side of things)

Esme

After everything she went through, she never thought she'd find her mate but then she did and strongly believes that you are the one who managed to save her from herself. Even though she's never admitted this to you, she's always going to be forever thankful for you and all that you've done (even if you think you haven't done much) you saving her before she could go through with her plan was a blessing all on its own

Carlisle

After being on his own with the kids for as long as he has, he wasn't sure he'd ever be able to find his mate but then funnily enough to him and you, at least, everyone thought he'd met his other half while working but then he met you while he was doing the most basic thing he could, buying another car (this was when things were cheap too and before they moved to Forks... again)

Bella

Even though they changed her because she knew too much (and the Volturi demanded it) and wasn't going to end up with Edward because he found his true mate, she's glad she took the chance and turned otherwise she would have never met you a few years after everything happened and Edward got married. But hey, sometimes you've got to go through a little heartbreak in order to meet your other half (or as they say in the supernatural world, mate)

Carlisle Cullen:

I think you would become friends through you both working at the hospital. And working together on some patients.

Edward Cullen:

I think you and Edward would become friends since you were nice and genuine. And he might not be bothered by your thoughts compared to Jessica Stanley. But he might be a bit hesitant and moody. (like how he was with Bella)

Emmett Cullen:

I think you and Emmett would become friends after making a hilarious joke about something Jessica and Mike said.

Jasper Hale:

I think you and Jasper would become friends after bounding over history and reading. And becsuse of your more calming feelings.

Rosalie Hale:

I think Rosalie would be hesitant like Edward but would warm up after a while after she realizes you aren't as judgmental as some othe humans and are trusting.

Esme Cullen:

I think you two would meet through your love of architect, furniture, and designing. I also think you both could bound over gardening and the difference flower and plant types.

Alice Cullen

I think you and Alice would become friends though your mutual love of fashion and kindness. She also most definitely saw you coming and wanted to be your friend the moment she saw you!

Bella Swan:

I think you two would become freinds through your love of books and perhaps if your introvertness (I don't think it's a word but it's fine)

Bear with me because I’ve never written a head cannon before.

Meeting you for the first time even though you’re shy

Edit: I added vampire Bella because someone said I should

Carlisle

- You got into and accident and broke your foot

- He think its cute how you wont make eye contact with him and you mumble

- He instantly feels a connection to you and wonders if you also feel something

- He’s scared that he’s going to scare you

- He wants to make you feel comfortable around him, he wants you to trust him enough and let yourself out

- He admires how you try to be brave even though you’re shy

- You have a stutter? He loves it

- He wants to tell you everything about himself immediately but knows you might run if he does so he stays away from the topic

- He’s mysterious, checking up on you when you don’t know he’s there.

- the night after you left the hospital he stood in your room watching you sleep to make sure you were alright

- He kept watching over you intently until your foot was fully healed, even then he still was there

Esme

- As her eyes land on you she wants to immediately bring you into a tight hug

- She met you while she was helping out at the school

- She asks if you’re lost because you’ve been wandering the halls for the past 15 minutes

- Has the sweetest laugh when you quietly ask her where a class is

- She introduces herself and walks you to the class, speaking to the teacher out in the hall so you don’t get into trouble

- She feels very protective of you, she knew you were special the moment she saw you

- Whenever she’s at the school she’ll stop by one of your classes to say hi

Edward

- He met you on your first day at school, you were both sophomores

- He thought you wouldn’t like him at first because when he first introduced himself you shied away

- He gets to know you at your own pace and by your senior year you’re close friends

- He walks you to all your classes even if you don’t share them

Alice

- She saw you coming and made sure she met you early

- You met at a movie theatre while you were watching your favourite movie

- She sat next to you and after the movie she asked you what you thought about it

- She listened intently as you rambled about your favourite parts, and she laughed when you looked away realizing how loud you were being

- She offered to give you a ride home since you took a bus

- Giving you her number she left, saying she’d love to hang out with you again and that she hopes you become good friends

Jasper

- He immediately noticed you in a room of people, your emotions were so strong he gravitated towards you

- He sat beside you as you waited for a doctors appointment. He was visiting his father.

- He used his gift to calm you down and talked to you

- You wondered why you felt so calm around him

- After your appointment he was still there, waiting for you

- “I hope you don’t mind me waiting for you. You seemed so nervous I just wanted to make sure everything went okay.”

- He gave you his number in case you ever wanted to talk

Rosalie

- You worked at a café across from the salon she went to

- She was a regular, you liked how she always ordered the same thing so you didn’t really need to talk to her

- She compliments you a lot

- She ends up giving you her number, saying how cute you were and how she wants to take you out sometime

- She likes how flustered she makes you

Emmett

- He goes on runs (human runs) past your neighbourhood everyday

- One day it starts raining and he asks if he can stay in your house until it stops

- You reluctantly agree, you end up hitting it off

- You watch your favourite movies and end up having a great time

- It becomes apparent later that he likes you

- You like to call him a big teddy bear

Bella (As a vampire)

- You got into a little trouble with her dad, what did you do? Just a little, teensy weensy crime. Nothing major

- Charlie thought you and Bella would be good friends so he introduced you to her

- She wonders how someone as shy as you could do a crime, even if it was little

- She admires you from afar and when you’re together

- She’ll take you anywhere you want, you remind her of her when she was human and she wants to protect you at all costs

for the cullens, who would you say is the most to least set in their ways?

That's hard, anon, because... well, they're the Cullens.

But alright, let's make this controversial list.

Rosalie

Edward and Rosalie compete for the top spots here but I think Rosalie has to win because we don't see her change significantly in canon. Because of Bella and his falling in love with her, Edward changes both his outlook on life and significant personal beliefs (vampires having souls).

Now, it's hard going to get there, and he doesn't really change as a person, but he does confront himself and does grow in the series.

Rosalie, however, firmly believes that being human is the only option no matter what, even when faced with Bella who shows someone who firmly wants to become a vampire, doesn't want children (at first), and is quite happy upon becoming a vampire.

Rosalie has her set beliefs and she really really really doesn't want to change even when presented alternatives. She also doesn't want to admit that hey, what may be the right thing for Rosalie may not be the right thing for Bella and things that matter to Rosalie may not matter to Bella.

Rosalie is incredibly stubborn and not just set in her ways but determined to be set in them.

Edward

Runner up is Edward.

Edward has certain views of himself, the world, Bella, his father, just about everyone that he will not change no matter the evidence he is presented with. He also is incredibly stubborn and when he decides on a course of action, fuck you, that's what he's going to do.

The entire series takes place because Edward is absolutely unwilling, in all circumstances no matter how dire, to ever turn Bella into a vampire.

Add onto that things like Edward being bound and determined to kill himself via the Volturi the moment Bella dies (remember he plans this early in Twilight when he realizes he's in love. He knows he's not going to turn her, so he's going to wait out her human life then kill himself afterwards and he has the whole thing planned out. It was just a matter of when).

Edward also wants to be a gentleman from the 1910's, when he grew up, and says as much often. Bella wants to do modern dating? Well, Bella, Edward wants to be a gentleman (except when it gets in the way of the things he wants, then he's going to ignore that).

Edward's incredibly set in his ways.

Alice

Alice is interesting.

In some ways, she's the very definition of flexibility. Alice is a leaf on the wind, following her visions for the best future, and as a result never quite understandable. She doesn't fight her visions, isn't set on a particular course of action, and will pivot as needed to do what's best for her and her family.

Except that's the thing, that's a philosophy and way of being Alice.

This is the way Alice has been for her entire life that she can remember, following her third eye and doing what's best, manipulating those around her in a benign manner to get the best outcome even if there are risks.

In many ways, Alice really should be number one, except that it's not that stubbornness of Rosalie and Edward and you are able to negotiate with her (so long as her inner eye agrees that's for the best).

Esme

Esme's third but it's a trailing fourth.

Esme doesn't have the willful stubbornness of Edward and Rosalie, the lack of any desire to change whatsoever under any circumstances or ever change her mind about things, but she does seem very unflappable and very untouched by anything that happens around her.

Esme always unfailingly sees the best in people--even people who are an enemy army of vampires going into Bella's bedroom to steal her clothes. There are times she seems completely out to lunch with what's happening and fails to confront Edward on his alarming behavior (she confronts him but it goes sideways quickly).

It's hard to imagine Esme changing her ways significantly because she's so... Esme.

Jasper

This is a very very very trailing fifth for Jasper, he's nowhere near Rosalie and Edward's level and really not set in his ways at all. Jasper overturns his life, goes on a whacky diet after eating people for a hundred fifty years, starts going to high school.

Jasper is far from set in his ways.

But he does have trouble adjusting and getting himself out of the "I am a territorial warlord" headspace.

Jasper's always looking for threats and how to eliminate them, he doesn't think twice about killing Bella in Twilight to keep the secret even when the family's debating over whether this is something they should do. In Eclipse he's right back in his element of planning the fight with the newborn army.

He struggles the most with his thirst (though this is likely due to losing the genetic lottery and not so much personality) and as a result struggles with the Cullen lifestyle.

He tries to interact with Bella as a human and when he does it leads to disaster and then he retracts and keeps huge distance until he feels he can safely be around her.

Jasper's not set in his ways but it does seem it's hard to remove himself from the past.

Emmett

Emmett's a very easy going guy who's lighthearted and gets along with just about everyone. He's great at easing tension, doesn't take things too seriously, and is able to talk down both Rosalie and Edward throughout the series.

Now, that's a kind of unflappable personality that's not really prone to change, which puts him here on our list, but that's not what I'd really call set in his ways.

Emmett gladly adopts new technology, doesn't seem hung up on anything about his human life whatsoever, and while I don't imagine his personality changing much it really doesn't have to.

I think Emmett's a very adaptable person (as shown by his taking a vampire wife who saved him from a bear in the first place).

The only thing that's a bit strange is his bear vendetta but you do you, Emmett.

Carlisle

In some ways, Carlisle deserves the top spot on this list, as he's the most stubborn man alive. He'll happily die before giving up this diet, even if his eyes turn funny colors, he'll train himself to be a doctor, he remains a devout Christian even when a demon, and he does what he wants.

However, he's also kind of the definition of change.

This 16th century Anglican priest became a demon, then decided to make being a demon suit him, traveled the world to find people like him, then becomes a doctor and attends university because he can, and adapts to each new work environment and his ever expanding family of vampires and nonsense thrown his way.

Carlisle is anything but set in his ways for all that he's very very stubborn about his ideals.

Renesmee

We don't see much of her but Renesmee has no real ways to be set into. She lives in a bizarre glass bubble (in which a war almost happens three months after she's born), she herself is constantly changing physically every second, and it's hard to imagine her ever getting herself into a rut because like it or not things are going to happen as she gets older.

This puts her at the least set in her ways.

You stumbled over a log behind you and fell onto the grass, using your hands to maintain balance.

"Are you okay?" Emmett asked with evident concern in his tone. He bent down to approach you, but you pushed him away with a sudden movement. Despite this, he grabbed your ankle and drew you towards him, ending up just under his body.

"Calm down, I won't hurt you," he assured, delicately caressing your face.

Just before, you were walking and laughing together in the woods. You thought he would finally confess his love to you, as you were sure it was reciprocated. Suddenly, he stood in front of you to reveal that he and his family were vampires. It wasn't the confession you expected, and fear invaded you upon discovering that the boy you liked was a dark being. You tried to escape from him, but now you found yourself in an even more compromising situation.

"Let me go!" you shouted, terrified. "You're a beast, stay away!" Your fear of vampires was immense due to warnings about their danger in the church.

He growled, not out of anger but frustration. "Please, don't say that," he pleaded. "Darling, I've loved you since I first saw you. I would never hurt you," he assured, looking intensely at you.

"I know you fear me for being a vampire, but you know me. In all this time, I've never done anything to harm you, and I won't now."

Even with fear in your eyes, you didn't know whether to believe him. For a year, you were friends, and indeed, he hadn't shown any strange behavior towards you. Your body relaxed a bit as you reflected on his words.

"Come on, little one... I even went to church with you. They liked me," he mentioned with a playful smile. "I even read the Bible with you, I know you love doing that," he said sweetly, moving to help you up.

"I like you too, Emmett," you confessed in a whisper, nervously.

"What did you say?" he asked playfully, knowing he had heard you but enjoying seeing you flustered.

"Nothing," you replied, embarrassed, trying to stand up, but Emmett held you by the waist, gauging his strength to avoid hurting you.

"I love you, little one," he said before giving you a tender kiss on the lips.

Since that day, you started dating. He promised to marry you once you reached the legal age. Until now, you remained a "teenage" couple adored in the church for the mutual love you shared.

He does love that almost all your thoughts are about how much you love him and want to be with him, he thinks its cute

Rosalie

In some way or another, I think Rosalie has always been scared of being alone so your clinginess is quite appealing

The fact that you're mates also helps confirm a lot of concerns that she had about immortality

But you can never get hurt or be uncomfortable, she will lose her shit if literally anything happens to you

Emmett

Would probably be the most stressful Cullen to be with if you're clingy, Emmett is just all over the place all the time

My boy regularly just forgoes all passenger safety laws in public, and yeah, he's an indestructible vampire, but that's not really the point

Despite how much time you spend together, he'll always find some way of screwing about whenever you take your eyes off him, like where did he get that bag of eggs?

Alice

Genuinely, she would've sought you out herself, like "Hi, my name is Alice, we've never met but we're destined to be immortal life partners!"

She knows that you're clingy and she doesn't care

She will warn you if she has a vision where you have to be apart for whatever reason so it doesn't come as a nasty shock

Jasper

Now, Jasper is probably the most nervous about you being clingy

Not that he doesn't like you being clingy, but he's worried that you might fall out of love with him when you learn how quiet and withdrawn he can be

In a way, he sort of likes that you depend on him for almost everything, it helps reinstate his antiquated concept of masculinity

Carlisle cullen:

You had a son named Jason from a previous relationship. His father is a good dad but the relationship between you and him didn't end well.

Carlisle first interaction with Jason was when he broke his arm on the playground and had to get a cast.

When you and carlisle do start your relationship carlisle works hard to be a good father figure and you can tell he genuinely cares for him.

Like I said before his real dad is a good dad but he's not around much which causes Jason to he closer to carlisle is some ways.

If your son is in Marching band or sports, what ever the case is carlisle will go see your son do what he dose best.

Carlisle would do anything for your kid. He wants to play baseball he'll teach him, he wants to watch a movie carlisle would build a theater room for him. Carlisle spoils him.

Carlisle protects him and you both from the supernatural world as long as he can.

Carlisle asked Jason what he thought about marrying you and Jaosn was over the moon excited. He got to be carlisle best man and everything.

Jason will call him pops or old-man.

As he gets older he'll start wanting to be around Carlisle more and even wants to go to medical school like him.

Emmett cullen:

Your the oldest Clearwater sibling and you have a five year old sister named Lily who turned five when your dad died.

She's been around Emmett since she was two and she's always loved him. At first Emmett would be scared to be around her or hurt her.

It didn't matter to her cus' she'd always follow him around when she was with you guys.

She'll always want to play games with him and help work on cars with him.

She thinks he's a giant and thinks of him as a big brother.

When Harry died all she wanted to do was be around you guys. At the funeral Emmett held her as she cried.

Emmett always knows how to make her laugh. You can't take those two anywhere 😂

Those two have millions of inside jokes

Edward cullen:

You Became a teen mom unexpectedly and the father of your daughter Phenox couldn't care less.

You we're embarrassed to tell your new boyfriend Edward about the situation, not about your daughter(you loved everything about her) but mostly the stuff leading up to your bundle of joy.

Edward didn't care and wanted to be a the father to her like Carlisle had done for him.

Sometimes he'll do the wrong thing with good ententions. Like if your daughter wants to watch a horror movie he'll let her so she's happy. The down fall is her nightmares. He'll balme himself for a couple of days and keep apologizing to you both.

She loves to when he reads to her. His voice is calming in her opinion.

He's very over protective.

Her mind makes him laugh. It's always thinking of something joyful or silly.

At some point she calls him dad and he's over the moon about it. The family has never seen him so happy.

Jasper Hale:

About two years into your relationship your aunt and uncle died unexpectedly. They left behind your three year old cousin Lucas, and thats where you and Jasper come in.

When you got the call about becoming his legal guardian you didn't hesitate. Jasper was a little nervous about, but he wasn't gonna say no.

When you first brought him home Jasper had no idea what to do, he's never been around a kid that age before. Maybe Renesmee but she was only three for about four days and he was gone all that time.

Lucas settled in with the family quickly and over time Jasper and him grew super close.

Lucas loves history so he's always wanting war stories from Jasper.

Jasper would do anything for the kid and thinks he's the only pure thing in his life.

He strives to be a better person because of Lucas.

And Jasper thinks lucas is his kid no matter if they Share the Same blood or not.

Esme Cullen:

Esme is a mother at heart so she immediately took your two year old son under her wing.

She loves Danny with all her heart and felt she finally had a family.

Danny loves helping her with anything and everything. He just wants to be around her.

Sometimes you joke Danny loves her more than you.

Danny calls her mommy and you mama.

He feels so lucky to have two amazing moms like you two.

Rosalie Hale:

You Became the Gardian of your little brother Tom after your parents lost him through CPS. Knowing how awful your parents are you immediately brought him home with you to the Cullen.

Carlisle said he could move in mean he'd be around Rose more often. Rose always wanted to be a mom so she immediately took the roll as the amazing step-mom

She always wants to babysit and take care of him. She'll get him anything that his heart wants.

She'll read to him every night and if he wants to sleep your guys bed he will.

Tom loves her and thinks of her as a amazing step mom but still sees you as his sister. When he got older you explained everything to him. After that he didn't care and still saw you guys as his care givers and loving parents.

Alice Cullen:

Can't say much about this one. You have a Son named Owen and it was totally unexpected when Alice started dating you.

She's not awful to him at all it's just she doesn't know how to interact with him.

They have small talk if it's just the two of them but other than that is not fun to be together with out you.

Over time the two got used to each other but at the same time the two bickered.

Alice truly dose love him like her own son but doesn't know how to show it. She's protective and over time it annoys Owen.

You and Alice have had fights about owen but it's never serious. Owen and Alice relized they had to learn to live together if they want to be with you so they did.

Other than that Alice and owen are cool with each other, they're just not as close as you wished they were.
