Being born as the youngest of four and the only girl, one would think Cassandra Brookes would have grown up spoiled rotten. And she was, but no more or less than her three older brothers. The kids were all raised by their parents, Jack and Elena Brookes, with the help of their maternal grandmother, Sofia – affectionately called Bunny. Cass grew up on a ranch where her parents bred and trained horses (mostly Quarter Horses), so her entire childhood, and consequently her adult life, was a ‘horse-girl’ phase.
Despite being a ‘pureblood’ werewolf, Cass has never viewed herself as anything special. Elena’s parents had immigrated from Romania, leaving one of the most prominent packs when they were younger, before Elena was born, whereas Jack’s family and various packs had been in the Americas since the late 1800s. Their parents always made sure that the children knew and appreciated their roots, but they also made sure to instill a humbleness in them, reminding them that the circumstances of their births didn’t make them any better than anyone else. The men in the family had no desire to be alpha of the pack and had no problems falling in line when Ryden took over several years ago.
The hardest part of her life was when she received the news that her best friend, Amy, had died on one of her expeditions. Amy had been the one friend she’d gone through everything with – from their first crushes to their first acne – all of life’s landmarks, big and small. Knowing that her friend was gone, it felt like half of Cass had vanished. Thankfully, after several dark weeks, word came back that Amy had been found, changed. Cass was simultaneously overjoyed to know that Amy had returned, but she also worried for her friend and all that she’d gone through.
These days, Cass can be found helping her parents at their ranch or teaching riding lessons at her own place, Babbling Brookes. She also enjoys hanging out at The Den with her packmates and occasionally performing songs she’s written for the crowd.

The mists of Greywood have given her telepathy. Having been born and raised in Greywood, Cass’s powers first manifested around puberty. It took her awhile, but she learned to control them well, building up a mental barrier to keep out other people’s thoughts. She has a strong moral compass which keeps her from ever wanting to pry into other minds, but after the dark events surrounding Halloween, she’s found that her control is very tenuous now. It comes and goes, and some days are worse than others. It’s hard for her to shut out other people’s thoughts now, and sometimes she gets overwhelmed by the chaos in her mind. Amy is the only one she’s told and is the only one who knows the full extent of Cass’s fear and distress, and the worry that she might never gain back the control she once held so confidently.

Snow Elf from the forests of The Lurkwood. She grew up with society in her blood, and used it to swindle the very people she was raised to be like, has left home to find a cure for the thing that ails her most.
Born in 1422, Solanara had a far from a normal life. Her parents met the year before she was born, her mother coming into the elven town that her father Caladrel lived in. He was instantly smitten, and asked her to stay. It wasn't long after that she announced she was pregnant. Her father was ecstatic, and couldn't wait to raise his daughter with the women he had fallen for. As soon as Solanara was born, though, her mother disappeared. Caladrel looked for her for months before giving up.
When Solanara was a few years old, Caladrel couldn't deny what evidence he had seen. His daughter was paler than even arctic elves, more slender than the others, but the biggest was her eyes. While she had inherited one of her father's eyes - icy blue. She had also taken one of her mothers - pitch black, the same color as her hair. It was hard to hide, especially for a young girl that loved to run and interact with people. He knew eventually the questions would start, and he wanted to hold off on that as long as possible.
It wasn't long after that he moved them out of the city and into the The Lurkwood, a forest on the outskirts of the snowy region. It was far enough away that Caladrel felt comfortable they would be left alone, but close enough they could take trips into the city he was from. It took years for them both to become accustomed to it, but it worked in the long run.
Around the time that Solanara reached 20 years old, her father had started her 'formal' training. He didn't want her to be raised as a hermit, with no interaction with their kind or people in general. He gave her the same teachings she would have received if they stayed in the city. Solanara learned table manners and how to behave in society. She learned the nuances of elven culture and even a few different languages - for 'diplomacy' reasons. Not that the girl was ever under the illusion that she would need it.
Instead, as she got older, she began using her teaching in other ways. She knew the woods around them better than anyone else. She knew the paths people had to take, the trade routes that twisted their way through the trees. Solanara knew how to watch where they were heading and cut them off, to say she'd help them get unlost for a cost - even if she was, unknowingly, the reason they had gotten lost in the first place (fake paths were surprisingly easy to make in a forest).
It was also around the time that she was 50, when she knew enough to ask questions, that Caladrel told her about her mother. About the elven women he had thought was just another elf, and ended up being a Hag. She belonged to the night hags, the women that had power over sleep and dreams. It was obvious none of the other elves were like her, as if the eye wasn't a big enough give away. She had learned when she went into cities to cover half her face with her hair, or even a bandage and claim an injury.
The older she got, the more the girl questioned. The more she focused on her abilities with a rapier and not the possibility that one day, she may get the urge to follow after her mother. She wanted nothing to do with magic, nothing to do with a coven. All Solanara wanted was to live the life SHE wanted. To show off with her weapon skills and perform for those around. She wanted to smile and talk kindly to them, while pickpocketing their backpacks.
She wanted to pick her OWN life.
Solanara decided at 65 years old that she would do whatever she could to get away from the life her mother had tried to give her. She started traveling to different elven tribes to ask if they had heard the tales of the children born with two different eyes, who later experience a pull towards the magics. When she eventually heard the rumors, or they told her that they had but had no cure, she would leave and go to the next one.

The top is low cut, sometimes showing off her stomach, with a leather coat on top or a corset if she's trying to make it fancy.

I'm the advice about Emmy Rossum potentially supporting Isr@el anon; nvm I've found actual proof (she shared Obama's instagram post about Isr@el having a right to defend itself etc.) SO can I please ask for some alternatives of Emmy Rossum??
