Idk if people still do this but I want to start a rap/emo/hyperpop collective. A group of really creative people with to help each other and work with each other. Inspired by goth boy clique. My goal is to eventually have a live in studio where I can host anyone who wants to record or make something. This will also be very lgbt friendly, and friendly to absolutely everyone else. If ur down comment or something idk how Tumblr works.
modern college au where model ivan comes home late after photoshoots and listens to till's demos for hours on repeat to wallow in his agony (the songs are always for mizi)
jb’s music has more in common with the emo/hardcore/post-hardcore music she’s influenced by than it has in common with her indie contemporaries despite the way she’s categorized and that’s why you get a lot of bg fans who say they can’t get into her music iN THIS ESSAY I WILL-
we’re pinkshift! a band from baltimore. here to shitpost, amplify art related to our project, have conversations, share new music and playlists, and write blog posts. we don’t really have a plan, but it feels better to share about our lives and our inspirations here than anywhere else. it will be chaotic, unpredictable, and hopefully a place to connect. welcome to the void.
merch, touring, music, and general info can be found at pinkshiftmd.com. Pinkshift is Ash (they/them, vocals), Paul (he/him, guitar), & Myron (he/him, drums). below is our latest release, an EP about grief, suraksha.
kinda went for a midwest emo influence (you'd hear it especially in a full band context with a vocalist) mostly inspired by the band HUM. i'm not really doing anything super funky or special with this one, just having fun!!
‼️ PHOTOSENSITIVY WARNING ‼️
the filter moves around a lot, it's not really flashing lights but it might be overstimulating to some
quick reminder that it’s fine to like music that other people think is cringey. you should be able to vibe to whatever the hell you want without feeling ashamed about it.
