i always catch myself going,

“if only they see what i see.”

“if only they see how i feel and if only they saw how happy it makes me.”

sometimes people are just not meant to understand, but it just gets difficult when the people that want you happy, which is most likely those who you’re closest with, don’t see the happiness you’re talking about.

it sucks when you want to share your happiness but you don’t see the point in trying because it’s a brick wall with those that can’t see it.

this also causes you to unconsciously begin to please others than yourself, which takes away your happiness.

God 1st, Yourself 2nd.

But wear a mask. Be safe. Social distance, even if it isn’t fun, and if like mine, your friends don’t agree… You being safe could save someone else’s life legitimately. You not being safe could kill someone else. So let’s all at least be on the team of keeping our friends and families (and strangers and senior citizens) safe, and having a family to come home to that’s still alive.

I do not pretend this hasn’t been awful, but look at the world. Other places have done much better because they’ve worked collectively. Full stop. We have stupid numbers we shouldn’t have if we are so called “the best” guess what! We’re definitely not now, because we’ve lost about the same amount of people as WW2 to a disease that could’ve taken less if we got over ourselves. I love y’all, I love freedom. I get it. But this is actual

Life and death that people aren’t taking seriously…. I was raised in a volunteer fire dept. My father is retired chief. So I want to help people live, whether or not I agree with their politics. (Unlike trump literally threatening governors, sorry but that pissed me off. I was raised republican before, but he’s a pos. Threatening to withhold CARE TO PEOPLE because they don’t agree) it’s also proven because they were going to do a national mask mandate and mailing, but decided not to, because at the time it was hitting blue states the hardest. That’s so disgusting. Forget politics!

These are human lives!!! It’s not a game of monopoly but he acts like it is, and he can scare people into selling boardwalk for $2

You are worth more! WE ARE WORTH MORE THAN THIS! WE’VE ENDURED IT TOO LONG. please be safe. Wear a mask. Look up the symptoms and keep an eye on your personal health. I wish the best for you all. Truly.

“I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭5:16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

I saw this verse today and it started to make me think. Based off of Galatians 5:19-23 we can see clearly what are of the flesh and what are of The Spirit. 1 Corinthians 6:17 goes on to say that our Spirit is IDENTICAL to God’s and furthermore 1 John 4:17 state “.. as He is so WE are IN THIS WORLD.” I find that mind boggling to hear because quite honestly the church teaches us we are sinners saved by Grace. But that’s another story. What I’m saying here is I WAS a sinner and by grace THROUGH faith I am made righteous and Holy. My Spirit is IDENTICAL to God’s and as Jesus is, so am I in this world.

But then I look at myself in the mirror; my weight alone gives away the fact I lack self-control. So how can I have God’s Spirit (which includes self control) and yet be overweight?

The answer is found in the first verse I stated. I have not been “walking on The Spirit” in this area of my life. But what I want to note is “how” do we walk in The Spirit? Then God brought to remembrance this verse:

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”

-II Corinthians‬ ‭5:7‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

It’s by FAITH I walk in love, joy, peace etc. It’s by FAITH I have self-control. I have to BELIEVE I’ve already got everything I need inside me. The SAME Spirit that rose Jesus from the dead lives INSIDE me (and anyone who believes in Jesus). I know I’ve heard all this before but it was really hitting me hard today. By just believing in God’s Word.. by walking in FAITH that I already got it.. I will overcome the flesh.

Thank You Lord for Your Word.. I’m in awe.

“May you know in your core being that you are NOT defined by your past mistakes. May you humbly understand that neither are you defined by your accumulated achievements. You are someone God loves. You bear the image of the Most High God. Your name is written on His hand; your desires are close to His heart. The fact that you are on the heart and mind of Almighty God is what makes you a priceless, worthwhile treasure. Walk in the fullness of that truth today!” —Susie Larson

Don’t Spread Discouragement

So they spread this bad report.” Nu 13:32 NLT

Discouragement caused the Israelites to doubt God’s promise, give up their dream, and die in the wilderness. Ironically, they were only several days’ journey from the Promised Land! How did it happen? After spending forty days in Canaan, a land of such fruitfulness that it took two men to carry one cluster of grapes, ten out of twelve spies came back saying, “We can’t go up against them! They are stronger than we are! So they spread this bad report about the land among the Israelites” (vv. 31-32 NLT).

Now, would you like to know how God feels about people who spread such discouragement? “The ten men…who incited rebellion against the Lord with their bad report—were struck dead with a plague…only Joshua and Caleb remained alive” (Nu 14:36-38 NLT). So how about you? When you see others facing negative circumstances, do you express doubt about their ability to succeed? Can you listen to someone’s plans without making disheartening remarks? Even if you can’t quite envision their dreams, at least agree to stand in faith with them for God’s perfect will to be done concerning the proposed endeavor. Think of all the people who have encouraged you during your lifetime!

In a world plagued with negativity and bad news, everyone needs a little encouragement from time to time. So make a conscious effort to speak sincere words of affirmation, support, and inspiration to those within your circle of influence. And when you encounter a discourager, don’t let them derail you. Remind yourself and them that God is “able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think” (Eph 3:20 NKJV). Because He can!

You’re not ‘less than’, or ‘not equal to’.

That is a comparison construct made to assess and label value, or look for value and meaning.

There is nothing less about such a beautiful creation; everything contains value and meaning, you contain endless value and meaning.

And universe delivers what you sow with the energy and intention within the realm of that powerful energy.
