♡Reminder♡ It's Ok to not be where you hoped you'd be right now♡

First off ,I get it, I really do.. you are up right now laying in bed struggling to get comfy, and wishing you could fall into a deep peaceful sleep. Instead you're up right now feeling like life passes you by while you only exist. Perhaps life brought some disappointments, that love situation not working out, not getting that job, failing that exam or test, close friends turning their back on you, Maybe you see other people around you getting the things you want, whatever the case might be I want to remind you that it is Ok to not be where you hoped you would be right now. Yes we all had hope that something would work out a certain way, and yes it hurts so much seeing that it does not especially when we invested so much love, passion, emotions, energy, and time into it.. All things happen for a reason and all doors shut for a good reason, sometimes things aren't meant for us the way we think it is. Sometimes one door has to close so one million new and so much more fulfilling doors can open. So please baby loves, Please do not get discouraged, Please don't feel as if you are unworthy of beautiful things, Please don't fall into the trap of feeling that you don't deserve good things, because none of that is true.. But most of all... Please don't be feel ashamed to not be where you hoped you would be at this point of life. Life moves at a different pace for everyone. If your tradition(s) is not supported by the Holy Scriptures, you need to stop it right away.

Since you believe in God, believe God's Word; search the scriptures for yourself and don't be gullible. Know God's ordinances for yourself. Sometimes you're in the middle of doing something and you wonder where did it originate, don't brush the thought aside, head to the Bible and see what God has placed in His Word about it.

This is how we ought to live.

10 Things in Life that my Personal (and often painful) Experience Has Taught Me:

Friends... if you’re reading this... thank you for being here! I have not shared my written thoughts here for a while and yet, I’m here again... and I look forward to sharing more :) See below for 10 VALUABLE things Life has taught me that I was pondering over the weekend and beyond...

1. Seek the full and complete TRUTH… it will always set you free.

---> even if it’s painful, humbling, devastating, heartbreaking... there is Love and wholeness available on the other side of discovering the TRUTH no matter how messy the healing process may be.

2. Love Heals... Tolerance isn’t love… choose LOVE

3. Deception isn’t blatant... otherwise it wouldn’t work. TAKE CAUTION.

4. The easiest way to be convinced of a lie, is when you’re told the truth SLIGHTLY twisted … which is still a lie. TAKE NOTE.

5. FEAR is one of the easiest ways of controlling people … don’t give into the bait!

6. Follow the money trail … nuff said

7. The hunger for more money, power and control never satisfies … it’s an endless appetite for more. PURPOSE is GREATER.

8. If we believe we don’t have a choice, it’s often because we’ve been convinced that we don’t have a choice... not that we ACTUALLY do not. CRITICALLY THINK for ONESELF.

9. At the end of the day (month, year, decade, century, or world), LOVE always wins 💕

10. Lastly… RELATIONSHIP really IS the most important thing 💕💕

I have so many stories and examples of things I’ve walked through around each of the above statements. Be Yourself

You are a beautiful person.

Being yourself means you like who you are. Being yourself means living life how you want to live it, regardless of other people's opinions. And it means you respect yourself.

Don't aim to please others. You are who you are and you do not need to apologize for it.

Don't worry about what other people may think, you let your light shine because you were born with a purpose and you bring your own style to life, so be proud of that. Be confident in who you are.

Do not allow anyone to tell you who you are supposed to be. These days the world has a way of making you feel that you are supposed to act a certain way or feel a certain way because of who you are but to hell with those "rules!" everyone is born unique and you should do what makes you happy.

Don't be negative about yourself or put yourself down because others don't "approve." because ..

Those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Always remember that.

Look at you. So strong and powerful.

Even in your tears is what I think the word overcome would taste like.

Even after you’ve wiped your tears and the white film of tear dust stains your cheeks, your face, feels like positivity. You practically sweat warm compliments and optimism. Even when you’re on the dark side, inside. Your skin is my favorite affirmation.

Your words are what I fell for. The way you use them to pick brains and make others feel confident, understood, or even offended if that is the intent. Smooth as silk, your words could be spread evenly over the face and wash off to reveal a radiant glow.

Your stance, firm, easily maintained, attractive. Even on the bed with your knees touching your lips while tears fall cross your face making a small wet spot on your blanket, your stance exudes strength. See It comes in two extremes, on one end you show the careless and fearless strength of a young child. On the other side you are like fine China. Strong in the understanding of your value even if fragile on the surface.

If your ambition was a drug you’d want to take It everyday. You are so creative and such an opitimist. You make It happen and have life changing creations. An opioid, ironically, describes my love for your drive. With all opiods, they have an addictive feature and a withdrawal feature. As your drive decreases, or as you shrink yourself into settling for less... your chest burns, your ears tingle, your heart beats audibly in your chest. I wish I could eliminate your woes by encouraging you to take your drug. Drive on. Drive fast. Drive hard.
